玛咖是新资源食品,对人体有滋补强身的功用,可以补肾益气,坚骨强身,抗疲劳、增强体力,提高免疫功能。黄精具有补气益肾,健脾润肺等功能,可用于治疗脾胃虚弱,口干食少,肺虚燥咳,精血不足,内热消渴等症。此外,黄精还具有抗疲劳,增强免疫力等作用。中国古代将灵芝称做仙草、瑞草和吉祥草,还称之为长生不老药。灵芝对多种理化及生物因素引起的肝损伤有保护作用。灵芝中灵芝多糖具有增强免疫力的作用。普洱具有清热作用,可以抵消玛咖的温热之性,从而使人长期服用在补益的同时不至于上火。
在现有技术中,玛咖粉、黄精提取物、普洱提取物和灵芝提取物,单个或任意二个与其他产品分别组合得到的产品均有出售,但本发明采用这四者按配比量组合得到了意想不到的效果,效果较以前的产品有很大的提高。
与现有技术相比,采用本发明的有益效果表现在:
本发明采用玛咖、黄精、灵芝、普洱等纯天然原料作为有效成分,各原料之间互相配伍,经实验验证,具有增强免疫力的功效,易吸收,食用方便,没有任何副作用。

实施例1:提高免疫力功能实验
1.材料与方法
1.1实验动物:SPF级健康昆明小鼠,雄性。由北京维通利华实验动物技术有限公司提供,实验动物生产许可证:SCXK(京)2006-0009。饲养环境为屏障级,实验环境温度23℃~24℃,湿度54%~58%。
1.2实验方法
1.2.1动物分组
将昆明种雄性小鼠分为5组,每组10只,分别为低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组、空白对照组和阳性对照组。低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组受试物为0.4、0.8、1.2g/kg实施例11制备的玛咖速溶茶,阳性对照组受试物为1.2g/kg的安利松果菊健体片,空白组为同体积生理盐水,每10g体重给予受试物0.2mL,采取灌胃法,连续灌胃给药30d后。
1.2.2实验方法
根据卫生部《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》(2003版),进行淋巴细胞增殖能力OD差值、足跖肿胀度、半数溶血值(HC50)和小鼠碳廓清试验(吞噬指数a)进行功能评价。试验结果见表1。

实验结果表明:经口给予小鼠各剂量的本发明保健品30天,中剂量组能显著提高小鼠单核一巨噬细胞碳廓清的能力(p<0.05)、小鼠足跖肿胀度(p<0.05)、淋巴细胞增殖能力(p<0.05)和半数溶血值(p<0.05);高剂量组能明显增强小鼠单核一巨噬细胞碳廓清的能力(p<0.01)、小鼠足跖肿胀度(p<0.01)和淋巴细胞增殖能力(p<0.01)和提高小鼠的半数溶血值(p<0.01),与阳性对照组相比,无显著性(p>0.05)。实验表明本发明保健品具有增强免疫力的保健功能。
实施例2:
与专利CN-102429066A、CN-104489841A报道组方制备成品进行功效对比试验,以相同试验方法,以实施例12制成冲剂作为给药组,以专利、CN-102429066A、CN-104489841A报道组方制备成品为对照组1和对照组2,空白组为同体积生理盐水,进行功效对比试验,试验结果如下:

由表2可知,与空白组相比,给药组、对照组1和对照组2吞噬指数、跖肿胀度、淋巴细胞增殖能以及半数溶血值都有显著改善(p<0.01);表明给药组、对照组1和对照组2都具有增强免疫力作用。与对照组1、对照组2相比,给药组吞噬指数、跖肿胀度、淋巴细胞增殖能以及半数溶血值具有显著差异(p<0.01);表明给药组增强免疫力效果优于对照组1和对照组2。综述所述,该保健食品具有增强免疫力作用且效果明显。
实施例3:
与专利CN-104054863A、CN-103536832A报道组方制备成品进行功效对比试验,以相同试验方法,以实施例11制成冲剂作为给药组,以专利、CN-104054863A、CN-103536832A报道组方制备成品为对照组1和对照组2,空白组为同体积生理盐水,进行功效对比试验,试验结果如下:

与专利CN-104187628A、CN-102218114A报道组方制备成品进行功效对比试验,以相同试验方法,以实施例11制成冲剂作为给药组,以专利、CN-104187628A、CN-102218114A报道组方制备成品为对照组1和对照组2,空白组为同体积生理盐水,进行功效对比试验,试验结果如下:

按下列配方制备本发明的含玛咖速溶冲剂:玛咖1150g,甘露醇870g,黄精提取物140g,普洱提取物140g,灵芝提取物88g,羧甲基淀粉钠80g,甜菊糖苷32g。所述玛咖速溶冲剂经过筛、混合、制粒、杀菌、包装制得。
其中:将新鲜玛咖清洗、晒干后粉碎,过筛制得玛咖粉。
将黄精晒干后粉碎,过筛,采用热回流工艺,以水为提取溶剂,提取温度70~90℃,提取时间1~2h,提取次数2~3次,过滤,合并提取液,提取物液经浓缩,喷雾干燥制得黄精提取物。
将新鲜普洱清洗、晒干后粉碎,过筛,采用热回流工艺,以水为提取溶剂,提取温度70~90℃,提取时间1~2h,提取次数2~3次,过滤,合并提取液,提取物液经浓缩,喷雾干燥制得普洱提取物。
将灵芝晒干后粉碎,过筛,采用热回流工艺,以水为提取溶剂,提取温度70~90℃,提取时间1~2h,提取次数2~3次,过滤,合并提取液,提取物液经浓缩,喷雾干燥制得灵芝提取物。
实施例6
按下列配方制备本发明的含玛咖速溶冲剂:玛咖1100g,甘露醇860g,黄精提取物200g,普洱提取物150g,灵芝提取物100g,羧甲基淀粉钠60g,甜菊糖苷30g。所述玛咖速溶冲剂经过筛、混合、制粒、杀菌、包装制得,提取方法同实施例5。
实施例7
按下列配方制备本发明的含玛咖速溶冲剂:玛咖粉1000g,甘露醇830g,黄精提取物300g,普洱提取物200g,灵芝提取物100g,羧甲基淀粉钠60g,甜菊糖苷24g。所述玛咖速溶冲剂经过筛、混合、制粒、杀菌、包装制得,提取方法同实施例5。
实施例8
按下列配方制备本发明的含玛咖速溶冲剂:玛咖900g,甘露醇800g,黄精提取物350g,普洱提取物250g,灵芝提取物130g,羧甲基淀粉钠50g,甜菊糖苷20g。所述玛咖速溶冲剂经过筛、混合、制粒、杀菌、包装制得,提取方法同实施例5。
实施例9
按下列配方制备本发明的含玛咖速溶冲剂:玛咖800g,甘露醇770g,黄精提取物400g,普洱提取物300g,灵芝提取物170g,羧甲基淀粉钠44g,甜菊糖苷16g。所述玛咖速溶冲剂经过筛、混合、制粒、杀菌、包装制得,提取方法同实施例5。
实施例10
按下列配方制备本发明的含玛咖速溶冲剂:速溶冲剂包括玛咖750g,甘露醇700g,黄精提取物450g,普洱提取物350g,灵芝提取物200g,羧甲基淀粉钠38g,甜菊糖苷12g。所述玛咖速溶冲剂经过筛、混合、制粒、杀菌、包装制得,提取方法同实施例5。
实施例11
按下列配方制备本发明的含玛咖速溶冲剂:玛咖粉4公斤,甘露醇3.3公斤,黄精提取物1.2公斤,普洱提取物0.8公斤,灵芝提取物0.4公斤,羧甲基淀粉钠0.25公斤,甜菊糖苷0.05公斤。
按配方量将玛咖粉、甘露醇、黄精提取物、普洱提取物、灵芝提取物、羧甲基淀粉钠和甜菊糖苷经过筛、混合、制粒、杀菌、包装制得。
其中,将新鲜玛咖清洗、晒干后粉碎,过筛制得玛咖粉。
将黄精晒干后粉碎,过筛,采用热回流工艺,以水为提取溶剂,提取温度80℃,提取时间1.5h,提取次数3次,过滤,合并提取液,提取物液经浓缩,喷雾干燥制得黄精提取物。
将新鲜普洱清洗、晒干后粉碎,过筛,采用热回流工艺,以水为提取溶剂,提取温度90℃,提取时间1.2h,提取次数3次,过滤,合并提取液,提取物液经浓缩,喷雾干燥制得普洱提取物。
将灵芝晒干后粉碎,过筛,采用热回流工艺,以水为提取溶剂,提取温度75℃,提取时间2h,提取次数3次,过滤,合并提取液,提取物液经浓缩,喷雾干燥制得灵芝提取物。
实施例12
按下列配方制备本发明的具有增强免疫力作用的含玛咖速溶冲剂,玛咖粉40公斤,甘露醇33公斤,黄精提取物12公斤,普洱提取物8公斤,灵芝提取物4公斤,羧甲基淀粉钠2.5公斤,甜菊糖苷0.5公斤。
按配方量将玛咖粉、甘露醇、黄精提取物、普洱提取物、灵芝提取物、羧甲基淀粉钠和甜菊糖苷经过筛、混合、制粒、杀菌、包装制得;
其中,将新鲜玛咖清洗、晒干后粉碎,过筛制得玛咖粉;
将黄精晒干后粉碎,过筛,采用热回流工艺,以水为提取溶剂,提取温度90℃,提取时间1.2h,提取次数3次,过滤,合并提取液,提取物液经浓缩,喷雾干燥制得黄精提取物;
将新鲜普洱清洗、晒干后粉碎,过筛,采用热回流工艺,以水为提取溶剂,提取温度85℃,提取时间2h,提取次数3次,过滤,合并提取液,提取物液经浓缩,喷雾干燥制得普洱提取物;
将灵芝晒干后粉碎,过筛,采用热回流工艺,以水为提取溶剂,提取温度90℃,提取时间1h,提取次数3次,过滤,合并提取液,提取物液经浓缩,喷雾干燥制得灵芝提取物。

1.一种具有增强免疫力作用的含玛咖速溶冲剂的制备方法,其特征在于包括按质量百分含量计的以下组分:
玛咖粉30~50%甘露醇20~35%
黄精提取物10~20%普洱提取物5~25%
灵芝提取物1~10%羧甲基淀粉钠1~5%
甜菊糖苷0.3~0.8%
按以下方法制备:按配方量将玛咖粉、甘露醇、黄精提取物、普洱提取物、灵芝提取物、羧甲基淀粉钠和甜菊糖苷经过筛、混合、制粒、杀菌、包装制得;其中玛咖粉是将新鲜玛咖清洗、晒干后粉碎,过筛制得玛咖粉;将黄精晒干后粉碎,过筛,采用热回流工艺,以水为提取溶剂,提取温度70~90℃,提取时间1~2h,提取次数2~3次,过滤,合并提取液,提取物液经浓缩,喷雾干燥制得黄精提取物;将新鲜普洱清洗、晒干后粉碎,过筛,采用热回流工艺,以水为提取溶剂,提取温度70~90℃,提取时间1~2h,提取次数2~3次,过滤,合并提取液,提取物液经浓缩,喷雾干燥制得普洱提取物;将灵芝晒干后粉碎,过筛,采用热回流工艺,以水为提取溶剂,提取温度70~90℃,提取时间1~2h,提取次数2~3次,过滤,合并提取液,提取物液经浓缩,喷雾干燥制得灵芝提取物。
