目前,对于上述组分的药物的应用主要是以简单的散剂为主,需要经过人体机体的消化后方能被吸收,使得其这些制剂生物利用率相对较低,使用不方便,起效慢,而若采用传统水提法制备口服液制剂,其提取率仅为25%~32%,根本达不到工业生产的需要,造成了物料的严重浪费。
发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题在于提供一种茯苓天麻含片,以解决上述技术背景中的缺陷。
本发明所解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
茯苓天麻含片,包括以下质量份的原料:
茯苓:100~160份、莲心:50~60份、天麻:30~40份、灵芝:15~30份、薄荷:10~15份、乳糖:8~15份、精炼蜂蜜:10~20份。
其优选质量份为:茯苓:120份、莲心:58份、天麻:36份、灵芝:24份、薄荷:68份、乳糖:12份、精炼蜂蜜:15份。
其具体制备方法如下:
1)按上述质量份取薄荷提取薄荷油,将提取的薄荷油按每100g薄荷5~8ml的比例溶于无水乙醇中,同时将天麻炮制、烘干,然后取炮制好的天麻与灵芝一同通过胶体磨进行超微粉碎,过200~300目筛,再加50%乙醇,然后合并两组乙醇并进行回流提取,提取回收乙醇并浓缩成浸膏。
2)将提取过薄荷油的薄荷渣与茯苓、莲心合并,按每500g药物总质量加入5000~6000ml的比例加水,然后大火煮沸后转小火煎煮2~3h,进行固液分离,然后再加入2000~3000ml水,大火煮沸后转小火煎煮1~2h,进行固液分离后合并两次的煎液,过滤,滤液浓缩至密度为1.05~1.25的清膏。
3)将步骤1中制得的浸膏加入清膏中,同时加入乳糖以及精炼蜂蜜,并以精炼蜂蜜作赋形剂,将混合料含水量控制在10%以内,制成软材,将上述软材用颗粒摇摆机过筛制成湿颗粒;
4)将上述湿颗粒用恒温箱热风干燥,将含水量控制在3%以下,再将干燥后的颗粒再通过40目~60目颗粒摇摆机整粒,按每百份质量份料加0.3~0.5份的量加入硬脂酸镁进行拌合后干燥压片成型即得成品。
作为上述步骤的进一步改进:
所述薄荷油采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取。
所述步骤2)中煎液过滤时用180~200目滤布进行过滤。
所述步骤3)中进行颗粒摇摆机过筛制粒时,其颗粒粒径控制在2mm内。
所述步骤4)中进行干燥操作时,恒温箱温度控制在50℃~60℃之间,干燥时间控制为6~8小时。
有益效果:本发明茯苓天麻含片,通过在茯苓中添加天麻进行调和补充,配合灵芝中的多种有效物质可有效提高人体免疫力、具有强身、健脑、增智、抗疲劳、抗衰老及增强机体免疫的功效。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例一:
在该实施例中包括以下组分的原料:
茯苓:100g、莲心:52g、天麻:34g、灵芝:18g、薄荷:66g、乳糖:10g、精炼蜂蜜:18g。
制备时,先按上述质量份取薄荷提取薄荷油,将提取的薄荷油溶与7ml的无水乙醇中,同时将天麻炮制、烘干,并与灵芝一同送入胶体磨中进行超微粉碎,并过200目筛,将过筛的灵芝与天麻加入50%的乙醇中,并将无水乙醇与50%的乙醇混合,并进行回流提取并将进行回收乙醇操作后的液体浓缩成浸膏。然后将提取过薄荷油的薄荷渣与茯苓、莲心合并,与2600ml水一并加入容器中加热,大火煮沸后转小火煎煮150min,进行固液分离后,液渣部分中再加入1300ml水,大火煮沸后转小火煎煮90min,进行固液分离后合并两次的煎液,用200目滤布进行过滤,然后浓缩至密度为1.25的清膏。
将清膏与浸膏合并,同时加入乳糖以及精炼蜂蜜搅拌均匀,调整混合料中含水量,并将其控制在8%,制成软材,将上述软材用颗粒摇摆机过筛制粒,大颗粒粒径≤2mm,制成湿颗粒后用恒温箱热风干燥,温度控制在58℃,时间6小时,干燥后,检测综合含水量为2.6%,再将干燥后的颗粒再通过60目颗粒摇摆机整粒,按每百份质量份料加0.4份的量加入硬脂酸镁进行拌合后干燥压片成型即得成品。
实施例二:
在该实施例中包括以下组分的原料:
茯苓:120g、莲心:58g、天麻:36g、灵芝:24g、薄荷:68g、乳糖:12g、精炼蜂蜜:15g。
制备时,先按上述质量份取薄荷提取薄荷油,将提取的薄荷油溶与7ml的无水乙醇中,同时将天麻炮制、烘干,并与灵芝一同送入胶体磨中进行超微粉碎,并过300目筛,将过筛的灵芝与天麻加入50%的乙醇中,并将无水乙醇与50%的乙醇混合,并进行回流提取并将进行回收乙醇操作后的液体浓缩成浸膏。然后将提取过薄荷油的薄荷渣与茯苓、莲心合并,与2700ml水一并加入容器中加热,大火煮沸后转小火煎煮170min,进行固液分离后,液渣部分中再加入1300ml水,大火煮沸后转小火煎煮100min,进行固液分离后合并两次的煎液,用200目滤布进行过滤,然后浓缩至密度为1.10的清膏。
将清膏与浸膏合并,同时加入乳糖以及精炼蜂蜜搅拌均匀,调整混合料中含水量,并将其控制在7%,制成软材,将上述软材用颗粒摇摆机过筛制粒,大颗粒粒径≤2mm,制成湿颗粒后用恒温箱热风干燥,温度控制在60℃,时间7小时,干燥后,检测综合含水量为2.5%,再将干燥后的颗粒再通过50目颗粒摇摆机整粒,按每百份质量份料加0.4份的量加入硬脂酸镁进行拌合后干燥压片成型即得成品。

Claims (7)
1.茯苓天麻含片,其特征在于,包括以下质量份的原料:茯苓:100~160份、莲心:50~60份、天麻:30~40份、灵芝:15~30份、薄荷:50~75份、乳糖:8~15份、精炼蜂蜜:10~20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的茯苓天麻含片,其特征在于,包括以下质量份的原料:茯苓:120份、莲心:58份、天麻:36份、灵芝:24份、薄荷:68份、乳糖:12份、精炼蜂蜜:15份。
3.一种茯苓天麻含片的制备方法,其特征在于,采用权利要求1或2中所述的各组分的原料制备茯苓天麻含片,其具体制备方法如下:
1)按上述质量份取薄荷提取薄荷油,将提取的薄荷油按每100g薄荷5~8ml的比例溶于无水乙醇中,同时将天麻炮制、烘干,然后取炮制好的天麻与灵芝一同通过胶体磨进行超微粉碎,过200~300目筛,再加50%乙醇,然后合并两组乙醇并进行回流提取,提取回收乙醇并浓缩成浸膏;
2)将提取过薄荷油的薄荷渣与茯苓、莲心合并,按每500g药物总质量加入5000~6000ml的比例加水,然后大火煮沸后转小火煎煮2~3h,进行固液分离,然后再加入2000~3000ml水,大火煮沸后转小火煎煮1~2h,进行固液分离后合并两次的煎液,过滤,滤液浓缩至密度为1.05~1.25的清膏;
3)将步骤1中制得的浸膏加入清膏中,同时加入乳糖以及精炼蜂蜜,并以精炼蜂蜜作赋形剂,将混合料含水量控制在10%以内,制成软材,将上述软材用颗粒摇摆机过筛制成湿颗粒;
4)将上述湿颗粒用恒温箱热风干燥,将含水量控制在3%以下,再将干燥后的颗粒再通过40目~60目颗粒摇摆机整粒,按每百份质量份料加0.3~0.5份的量加入硬脂酸镁进行拌合后干燥压片成型即得成品。
4.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤1)中的薄荷油采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取。
5.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤2)中煎液过滤时用180~200目滤布进行过滤。
6.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤3)中进行颗粒摇摆机过筛制粒时,其颗粒粒径控制在2mm内。
7.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤4)中进行干燥操作时,恒温箱温度控制在50℃~60℃之间,干燥时间控制为6~8小时。
