背景技术
骨密度是指骨单位面积的骨质密度,也指骨组织结合的紧密程度,是骨骼强度的一个重要指标,骨密度越高,骨质强度越好。而随着年龄的增加,人体周身各骨骼的骨密度均呈逐渐下降的趋势,当骨密度下降到一定程度时,易于发生骨折。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种增强骨密度的姜黄素组合物,其不仅可提供骨骼生长所需的胶原蛋白及钙、铁等矿物质,还可通过原料相互作用达到滋补肝肾、活血强身的功效,从而有效改善骨密度下降的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种增强骨密度的姜黄素组合物,其原料组成按重量份计包括:葛仙米粉8-10粉、鸭儿芹粉6-8份、皂角米粉3-5份、鹿心草提取物6-8份、黄山梅提取物3-5份、姜黄素2-3份。
优选地,其原料组成按重量份计包括:葛仙米粉10粉、鸭儿芹粉8份、皂角米粉5份、鹿心草提取物6份、黄山梅提取物3份、姜黄素3份。
所述鸭儿芹粉是将鸭儿芹的茎叶洗净后,加入其重量3-4倍的水进行打浆,然后过滤,所得滤液浓缩后喷雾干燥制得。
所述鹿心草提取物是将鹿心草破碎后加入其重量3-5倍的水,80-100℃水浴条件下提取50-80min,过滤,所得滤渣再加入原料重量3-5倍的水,重复水浴提取30-50min,过滤,合并2次滤液,浓缩后喷雾干燥。
所述黄山梅提取物是将黄山梅的根茎干燥后粉碎,加入其重量3-5倍的水,80-100℃水浴条件下提取50-80min,过滤,所得滤渣再加入原料重量2-3倍、70-80vol%的乙醇溶液,超声提取10-20min,然后过滤,合并2次滤液,蒸发回收乙醇后喷雾干燥。
所述增强骨密度的姜黄素组合物的原料组成中还可包括沙棘果粉、红景天苷等。
中医认为,骨密度下降的原因之一是肾精不足,中医学理论中有“肾主骨,生髓充脑,其华在发”之说,故肾精不足则筋骨无力;另一原因是脾肾气虚,脾虚失运化之功则肾精亏虚,骨骼失养,故而脆弱无力。本发明在利用葛仙米、鸭儿芹、皂角米富含骨骼生长所需的多种矿物质及胶原蛋白等营养成分的基础上,通过其与鹿心草、黄山梅、姜黄素的相互作用,达到理气健脾、滋补肝肾、活血强身的功效,从而有效改善骨密度下降的问题。
本发明所得增强骨密度的姜黄素组合物可制备成胶囊、口服液等常规药物剂型,也可用于制备保健速食粥、保健米粉等保健食品。

所用葛仙米粉是将葛仙米干燥后粉碎制得。
所用鸭儿芹粉是将鸭儿芹的茎叶洗净后,加入其重量3倍的水进行打浆,然后过滤,所得滤液浓缩后喷雾干燥制得。
所用皂角米粉是将皂角米粉碎制得。
所述鹿心草提取物是将鹿心草破碎后加入其重量5倍的水,100℃水浴条件下提取50min,过滤,所得滤渣再加入原料重量3倍的水,重复水浴提取30min,过滤,合并2次滤液,浓缩后喷雾干燥。

试验前,先将大鼠随机分为手术组和正常对照组,两组的大鼠数量比为6:1。手术组经腹腔注射50mg/kgBW戊巴比妥钠溶液麻醉,中下腹部去毛用碘酒和酒精进行局部消毒后,沿腹壁正中线做1cm左右切口对大鼠实施去势手术,即摘除双侧卵巢;正常对照组手术操作同上但不摘除卵巢。之后,将手术组大鼠再随机分为模型组、碳酸钙对照组及实验1-4组,共六组,每组10只,实验1-4组按人体推荐剂量的10倍,即40mg /kgBW灌胃给予相应实施例1-4所得组合物的水溶液2mL,碳酸钙对照组官网给予碳酸钙2mL(40mg /kgBW),模型组灌胃给予等量去离子水。
喂养12周后断头处死,剥离出右侧股骨,105℃烘至恒重,称量骨重,用骨矿物质测量仪测量大鼠股骨中点及股骨远心端的骨密度,并采用原子吸收分光光度法测定股骨钙含量,其结果见表1、2。

由表1可见,与模型组相比,正常对照组大鼠的单位股骨钙含量较高,其差异有显著性(P<0.05),证明造模成功;而与模型组相比,碳酸钙对照组及各实验组大鼠的单位股骨钙含量也明显升高,其中实验2-4组与模型组的差异显著(P<0.05),证明鹿心草提取物及黄山梅提取物的加入具有明显增效作用。

由表2可见,与模型组相比,碳酸钙对照组及各实验组大鼠的股骨远心端骨密度值、股骨中点骨密度值均高于模型组,其中实验2-4组与模型组的差异显著(P<0.05),证明鹿心草提取物及黄山梅提取物的加入具有明显增效作用;而股骨长度碳酸钙对照组及各实验组与模型组间无显著差异。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,凡依本发明申请专利范围所做的均等变化与修饰,皆应属本发明的涵盖范围。
Claims (5)
1.一种增强骨密度的姜黄素组合物,其特征在于:其原料组成按重量份计包括:葛仙米粉8-10粉、鸭儿芹粉6-8份、皂角米粉3-5份、鹿心草提取物6-8份、黄山梅提取物3-5份、姜黄素2-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述增强骨密度的姜黄素组合物,其特征在于:其原料组成按重量份计包括:葛仙米粉10粉、鸭儿芹粉8份、皂角米粉5份、鹿心草提取物6份、黄山梅提取物3份、姜黄素3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述增强骨密度的姜黄素组合物,其特征在于:所述鸭儿芹粉是将鸭儿芹的茎叶洗净后,加入其重量3-4倍的水进行打浆,然后过滤,所得滤液浓缩后喷雾干燥制得。
4.根据权利要求1所述增强骨密度的姜黄素组合物,其特征在于:所述鹿心草提取物是将鹿心草破碎后加入其重量3-5倍的水,80-100℃水浴条件下提取50-80min,过滤,所得滤渣再加入原料重量3-5倍的水,重复水浴提取30-50min,过滤,合并2次滤液,浓缩后喷雾干燥。
5.根据权利要求1所述增强骨密度的姜黄素组合物,其特征在于:所述黄山梅提取物是将黄山梅的根茎干燥后粉碎,加入其重量3-5倍的水,80-100℃水浴条件下提取50-80min,过滤,所得滤渣再加入原料重量2-3倍、70-80vol%的乙醇溶液,超声提取10-20min,然后过滤,合并2次滤液,蒸发回收乙醇后喷雾干燥。
