自古以来,粥便是最养人的食物,饕客们对各类粥品也是如数家珍,古曰:“世间第一补人之物乃粥也。”常喝粥有养生延年之效;清代章穆的《饮食调疾辩》曾载:“粥能滋 养,虚实百病固己。若因病所宜,用果、菜、鱼、肉及药物之可入食料者同煮食之,是饮食即药饵也,其功更奇更速。”粥作为中国百姓的一种传统主食,以其营养丰富、易于消化的特点成为患者特别是术后患者常用的食品。现有技术中有具有保健功能的营养粥,其功能涵盖了营养、益寿、壮骨、温肾益精、降低血压或血糖等多种治疗效果,本发明提供了一种艾草鸡汁养生粥及其制作方法。

(3)按重量份称取花生仁、栗子仁、蚕豆、火龙果分别清洗后混合,加8-12倍温开水,常温浸泡5~10小时,然后升温至90-100℃加热煎煮2~3小时,打磨成浆,得营养液,备用;

实施例1:艾草鸡汁养生粥,其组成原料的重量(g)为:高粱120、小米60、红薯粉50、花生仁9、栗子仁8、蚕豆6、鸡汁120、艾草6、向日葵籽6、丹参4、干银耳6、炒菜菔子3、厚朴花4、枳实3、丝瓜络4、火龙果5、菠菜根5、莼菜3、野菊花4、海藻粉5、甘草3、茶多酚3、低聚半乳糖适量、低聚果糖适量。
艾草鸡汁养生粥的制作方法,包括以下内容:
(1)按组成原料的重量份称取各原料,先将高粱、小米洗净混合,然后放入冷水中浸泡2.5小时,备用;
(2)称取艾草、向日葵籽、丹参、干银耳、炒菜菔子、厚朴花、枳实、丝瓜络、甘草洗净后混合,然后加入15倍量的纯净水,混合水煎半个小时,过滤得水煎液,备用;
