本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供取料纯植物、纯天然、高蛋白、低脂肪、无胆固醇的感观、口感酷似动物肉的一种“纯植物功能性养生素肉”在一定程度上取代动物肉在人类饮食中的占比。
本发明的技术方案是:一种纯植物功能性养生素肉,其原料按质量百分比计,包含:薏仁米30%-60%,亚麻10%-30%,双孢菇5%-15%,竹荪2%-8%,大刀豆5%-15%和黑花生5%-15%。
