(2)调配:按照比例把薏米粉、杏鲍菇粉、香菇粉、杏仁粉和红薯粉混合蜂蜜水溶液和柠檬酸水溶液,加纯化水搅拌均匀,得到薏米素肉混合料;
(3)成型:将步骤(2)所述的薏米素肉混合料倒入膨化机进行挤压膨化及产品成型,得到长为10~20cm,宽为5~10cm,厚度0.02~0.05cm薏米素肉片;
(4)烘干和杀菌:步骤(3)所述薏米素肉片经过微波烘干和杀菌;
(5)检验入库:步骤(4)所述的产品经检验合格后进行包装,喷码及入库。
优选的,步骤(1)中,所述的薏米粉、杏鲍菇粉、香菇粉、杏仁粉的加工方法,将薏米、杏鲍菇、香菇、杏仁粉碎成颗粒,将薏米、杏鲍菇、香菇和杏仁磨粉并炒熟,制成粒径为200μm~500μm的熟粉。
优选的,步骤(1)中,所述的红薯清洗净、去皮、切片、风干、磨粉、炒熟,制成粒径为200μm~500μm的熟红薯粉。
优选的,所述的一种一种薏米素肉的制备方法,步骤(2)中,所述的纯化水是饮用水经过多介质过滤后,并经过200~500目活性炭处理。
优选的,步骤(2)中,所述的蜂蜜水溶液的配制,按照蜂蜜和水重量比为1:2的比例混合后搅拌均匀。
优选的,步骤(2)中,所述的柠檬酸水溶液的配制,按照柠檬酸和水重量比为1:2的比例混合后搅拌均匀。
优选的,步骤(3)中,所述的薏米素肉混合料成型后并不局限于加工成薏米素肉片,还包括加工成薏米素肉条、薏米素肉丝和薏米素肉颗粒。
优选的,根据权利要求3所述的一种具有保健功能的素肉的制备方法,步骤(4)中,所述的经过烘干的薏米素肉片含水量为15~17%。
有益效果:本发明利用多种具有食药两用的原料,采用物理方法精心制作,得到营养成分丰富,营养结构搭配合理的素肉,其具有抗衰老、美容、抗癌防癌等保健功效,该素肉色泽好、酸甜可口、香味浓郁,尤其适合女性和肥胖症患者。

实施例1
一种薏米素肉,由以下重量份原料制成:
薏米45份、脱脂大豆15份、杏鲍杏鲍菇10份、香菇7份、杏仁7份、谷朊粉5份、花生蛋白粉5份、红薯4份、蜂蜜1.5份、柠檬酸1.5份、纯化水40份。
一种薏米素肉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1、磨粉:把精选过的薏米、杏鲍菇、香菇、杏仁和红薯分别加工成粉末;
2、调配:按照比例把步骤1所述薏米粉、杏鲍菇粉、香菇粉、杏仁粉和红薯粉混合蜂蜜水溶液和柠檬酸水溶液,加纯化水搅拌均匀,得到薏米素肉混合料;
3、成型:将步骤2所述的薏米素肉混合料倒入膨化机进行挤压膨化及产品成型,得到长为15cm,宽为8cm,厚度0.035cm薏米素肉片;
4、烘干和杀菌:步骤3所述薏米素肉片经过微波烘干和杀菌;
5、检验入库:步骤4所述的产品经检验合格后进行包装,喷码及入库。
实施例2
一种具有保健功能的素肉,由以下重量份原料制成:
薏米40份、脱脂大豆10份、杏鲍杏鲍菇5份、香菇5份、杏仁5份、谷朊粉3份、花生蛋白粉3份、红薯3份、蜂蜜1份、柠檬酸1份、纯化水38份。

1.一种薏米素肉,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制成:薏米40~50份,脱脂大豆粉10~20份,杏鲍菇5~10份、香菇5~10份、杏仁5~10份、谷朊粉3~8份、花生蛋白粉3~8份、红薯3~5份、蜂蜜1~2份、柠檬酸1~2份、纯化水38~42份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种薏米素肉,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制成:薏米45份,脱脂大豆15份,杏鲍菇7份、香菇7份、杏仁7份、谷朊粉5份、花生蛋白粉5份、红薯4份、蜂蜜1.5份,柠檬酸1.5份,纯化水40份。
3.根据权利要求1或者2所述的一种具有保健功能的素肉的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述的纯化水是饮用水经过滤后,并经过200~500目活性炭处理。
4.一种具有保健功能的素肉的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)磨粉:把精选过的薏米、杏鲍菇、香菇、杏仁和红薯分别加工成粉末;
(2)调配:按照比例把薏米粉、杏鲍菇粉、香菇粉、杏仁粉和红薯粉混合蜂蜜水溶液和柠檬酸水溶液,加纯化水搅拌均匀,得到薏米素肉混合料;
(3)成型:将步骤(2)所述的薏米素肉混合料倒入膨化机进行挤压膨化及产品成型,得到长为10~20cm,宽为5~10cm,厚度0.02~0.05cm薏米素肉片;
(4)烘干和杀菌:步骤(3)所述薏米素肉片经过微波烘干和杀菌;
(5)检验入库:步骤(4)所述的产品经检验合格后进行包装,喷码及入库。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种具有保健功能的素肉的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述的薏米粉、杏鲍菇粉、香菇粉、杏仁粉的加工方法,将薏米、杏鲍菇、香菇、杏仁粉碎成颗粒,将薏米、杏鲍菇、香菇和杏仁磨粉并炒熟,制成粒径为200μm~500μm的熟粉。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种具有保健功能的素肉的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述的红薯清洗净、去皮、切片、风干、磨粉、炒熟,制成粒径为200μm~500μm的熟红薯粉。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种具有保健功能的素肉的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述的蜂蜜水溶液,按照蜂蜜和水重量比为1:2的比例混合后搅拌均匀。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一种具有保健功能的素肉的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述的柠檬酸水溶液,按照柠檬酸和水重量比为1:2的比例混合后搅拌均匀。
9.根据权利要求4所述的一种具有保健功能的素肉的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,所述的薏米素肉混合料成型后并不局限于加工成薏米素肉片,还包括加工成薏米素肉条、薏米素肉丝和薏米素肉颗粒。
10.根据权利要求4所述的一种具有保健功能的素肉的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中,所述的经过烘干的薏米素肉片含水量为15~17%。
