背景技术
芦荟纤维是采用高科技手段将芦荟原液在纤维素纤维纺丝时加入纤维内而制成的功能性纤维素纤维,使纤维体内和外表均匀分布着纳米芦荟原液。芦荟粘胶短纤维的化学和物理性能非常接近棉花,具有良好的吸湿性、放湿性,用其加工的织物穿着特别舒适。在纺织加工过程中,与合成纤维混纺可以改善混纺纤维的可纺性,利于加工。同时,又具有良好的染色性能,可用多种染料染成各种色泽鲜艳的颜色。主要用于纯纺或与棉、其他功能性纤维混纺也同样适用与涤沦等合成纤维混纺,可按照客户的不同需求制成各种织物。芦荟纤维手感柔软、悬垂好、外观亮丽,加之适宜的弹力决定了该产品可广泛应用于内衣、衬衣、毛衫、袜子等领域。
芦荟纤维作为一种新型的绿色环保型纤维素纤维原料,已经越来越受到下游消费者的喜爱,芦荟纤维产品的绿色环保、护肤、保健、柔软亮丽等特性逐渐被认可。芦荟纤维含有丰富的芦荟多糖,对人体皮肤有良好的滋养、增白作用;所含成分如活性酶、氨基酸、芦荟大黄素等,不仅对人体皮肤有良好的滋润作用,还能加速皮肤新陈代谢,增强皮肤弹性,从而使皮肤显得光滑柔软;芦荟的植株体内含有磷、硼、硅、钾、钠、钙、镁、锰、锌、铜、铬、铝、铁、钡、银、钴、钛、镍、钒和锗等矿物质,可以促进糖、脂肪及蛋白质的代谢,调节机体生理机能,维持渗透压及体内酸碱平衡;芦荟纤维中的多糖类物质是黏液的主要成分,能够提高人体免疫力,防止老化和治疗慢性过敏症。研究表明,多糖能促进蛋白质和核酸的生物合成,调节细胞的生长,从而提高人体的免疫力。芦荟纤维中含有丰富的胶黏液体,可以促进伤口愈合,刺激细胞生长,还可有效地治疗常见的皮肤及体表的各种疾病。尤其在国内市场,芦荟纤维产品的比重在逐步提升,将具有较广阔的市场发展前景。
但芦荟纤维存在以下问题:1、芦荟纤维蓬松、卷曲数少、纤维之间抱合力小,纺纱中易产生大量静电,影响纤维的可纺性,容易产生粘卷、绕罗拉、胶辊现象;2、强力比棉纤维及粘胶纤维强力要低,纺芦荟高支纱比纺棉纤维高支纱难度要大,由此在芦荟纤维生产和质量控制过程中,提高芦荟纱品种的强力是芦荟纤维纺高支纱的难点;3、生产高档针织用纱对成纱条干、细节、粗节、棉结、毛羽要求较高,减少纤维短绒、提高纤维的整齐度是关键;4、高档针织纱表面滑爽,易脱结,要解决脱结问题。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明提供一种芦荟棉混纺织物的生产工艺,干湿强度高、吸湿透气性好、护肤、保健、织物手感滑爽、色泽亮丽、布面组织丰满圆滑。
技术方案:一种芦荟棉混纺织物的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)络筒工艺:
采用TW2-D型络筒机,络筒速度为600-900m/min,卷绕密度为0.45-0.55g/cm3,络筒张力为5g;
(2)整经工艺:
采用GA124H高速分批整经机,车速为500-700m/min,整经配轴为:627根×10轴,采用分段配置张力方法,前 、中、后张力圈重量为10g,5g,边15g;
(3)浆纱工艺:
采用的浆料配方如下:变性淀粉50kg,PR-SU30kg,蜡片3kg,2-萘酚2kg;
具体浆纱工艺为:采用祖克S432型浆纱机,车速为45-60m/min,浆槽温度为97℃,预烘温度为125-135℃,烘干温度为105-115℃,压辊(Ⅰ)压力0.38MPa,压辊(Ⅱ)压力0.3MPa,浆液含固率9%,上浆率11%±0.5%,回潮率7%±0.5%,伸长率<1%;
(4)穿综工艺:
具体的穿综工艺参数如下:筘号95,地组织穿入数2入,边组织穿入数4入,综框为4页,穿综方法为1,2,3,4顺穿,第1、2页综综丝数各为1568根,第3、4页综综丝数各为1567根;
(5)织造工艺:
采用GA747型剑杆织机,综平时间280°-310°,上机张力1700N,车速160-180r/min,纬密牙68T,撑取牙数为3齿;
(6)后整理工艺:
包括退浆和拉幅,采用淀粉酶退浆,车速40-60m/min,水温75-80℃,拉幅温度为155-175℃,拉幅车速为50-60 m/min。
作为优化:所述的芦荟棉混纺织物的经纬纱均采用芦荟50/棉50混纺纱,均为白色,地组织和边组织均为平纹,总经根数为6270根,其中边纱80根,经纱百米用纱量为10.3816kg,纬纱百米用纱量为7.2804kg,织物百米用纱量17.6620kg。

采用的浆料配方如下:变性淀粉50kg,PR-SU30kg,蜡片3kg,2-萘酚2kg;

采用GA124H高速分批整经机,车速为500-700m/min,整经配轴为:627根×10轴,采用分段配置张力方法,前 、中、后张力圈重量为10g,5g,边15g;
(3)浆纱工艺:
采用的浆料配方如下:变性淀粉50kg,PR-SU30kg,蜡片3kg,2-萘酚2kg;
具体浆纱工艺为:采用祖克S432型浆纱机,车速为45-60m/min,浆槽温度为97℃,预烘温度为125-135℃,烘干温度为105-115℃,压辊(Ⅰ)压力0.38MPa,压辊(Ⅱ)压力0.3MPa,浆液含固率9%,上浆率11%±0.5%,回潮率7%±0.5%,伸长率<1%;
(4)穿综工艺:
具体的穿综工艺参数如下:筘号95,地组织穿入数2入,边组织穿入数4入,综框为4页,穿综方法为1,2,3,4顺穿,第1、2页综综丝数各为1568根,第3、4页综综丝数各为1567根;
(5)织造工艺:
采用GA747型剑杆织机,综平时间280°-310°,上机张力1700N,车速160-180r/min,纬密牙68T,撑取牙数为3齿;
(6)后整理工艺:
包括退浆和拉幅,采用淀粉酶退浆,车速40-60m/min,水温75-80℃,拉幅温度为155-175℃,拉幅车速为50-60 m/min。
2.根据权利要求1所述的芦荟棉混纺织物的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述的芦荟棉混纺织物的经纬纱均采用芦荟50/棉50混纺纱,均为白色,地组织和边组织均为平纹,总经根数为6270根,其中边纱80根,经纱百米用纱量为10.3816kg,纬纱百米用纱量为7.2804kg,织物百米用纱量17.6620kg。
3.根据权利要求1所述的芦荟棉混纺织物的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述的芦荟棉混纺织物的经向拉伸断裂强力为267.4N,纬向拉伸断裂强力为225.6N,经向撕破强力为13.3N,纬向撕破强力为10.5N。
