我国是牛仔布生产大国,年产量在30亿平方米左右,以牛仔布制成的服装,如牛仔裤、牛仔外套等作为现今时尚的服饰之一,由于具有耐磨、耐脏、休闲舒适、穿着舒服、随意、粗犷豪放、富有线条形体美等优点,深受广大消费者喜爱。
普通牛仔上衣的正面和反面都是平整光滑的,保暖性能不强,如果将牛仔上衣穿在保暖衣外部,又显得臃肿,为解决此问题,现有技术在制作牛仔上衣时,一般采用加厚的牛仔布,或在牛仔布中添加保温棉等材料,但一方面保暖保温效果一般,另一方面,在增加保温棉的厚度后,牛仔上衣的透气性就会变差,消费者穿上后会觉得憋闷,且活动不灵活,由于不透气不透湿,衣服内层会由于汗液而滋生细菌、产生霉变,影响消费者的健康。

d、经纬纱纱线的制备:采用由40D的竹原/C58.3tex棉竹纱、40D的竹原/C53tex棉竹纱按照重量比为2: 1,混合纺制形成含有竹原纤维的棉竹包芯纱线,即纬纱纱线,
e、将上述步骤c中制备好的经纱纱线与步骤d中制备好的纬纱纱线通过织机以3/1右斜纹的地组织、2/2经重平的边组织进行织造,制成牛仔坯布,
f、将上述步骤e中制备好的牛仔坯布经过烧毛、拉斜、预烘、预缩、检验工序制得牛仔布层;
(3)化纤层和羊绒层贴合制作保暖定型层;
(4)预缩处理

保暖抗菌牛仔上衣100,包括前衣体110、后衣体120,前肩部130和后肩部140,前衣体110、后衣体120上侧分别与前肩部130、后肩部140的下侧缝合连接。
如图3和图4所示,分别为本发明的保暖抗菌牛仔上衣的前衣体和前肩部的结构示意图。
前肩部130、后肩部140包括第一外层131、第一里层132和保暖定型层,保暖定型层设置在第一外层131和第一里层132之间的夹层内,前衣体110、后衣体120包括第二外层111和第二里层112,其中,前衣体110和后衣体120一体剪裁而成,前肩部130和后肩部140一体剪裁而成。
第一外层131和第二外层111均为牛仔布层,第一里层132和第二里层112均为木棉纤维层,牛仔布层由棉花与竹原纤维制成;保暖定型层为相互贴合的化纤层133和羊绒层134,化纤层133位于羊绒层134和第一外层131之间。
本发明的保暖抗菌牛仔上衣100,前衣体110和后衣体120均包括第一外层131和第一里层132,前衣体110和后衣体120均包括第二外层111和第二里层112,其中,第一外层131和第二外层111均为牛仔布层,第一里层132和第二里层112均为木棉纤维层,由于木棉纤维面料具有保暖效果好(传导热阻比全棉产品高20%以上,对流热阻为全棉产品的2-3倍)、触感柔软温暖(超细木棉与棉产品的触感差异类似羊绒与羊毛的差异)和吸湿导湿、弹性舒适四大特点,使得本发明同时兼具牛仔面料的舒适美观、耐脏耐磨和木棉面料的高保暖、高透气、高舒适、且抗菌防霉防毒等优点,能同时满足消费者对美观、保暖、穿着舒适和抗菌的需求,有利于消费者的健康。
在前肩部130、后肩部140的第一外层131和第一里层132之间设有由化纤层133和羊绒层134相互贴合形成的保暖定型层,一方面定型层使牛仔上衣的肩部保持笔挺,且定型层为化纤层133、定型效果好,另一方面保暖层加强肩部的保暖作用,减少肩部因受凉而产生例如肩周炎的疾病,加强对肩部的保护,进一步有利于消费者的健康,且保暖层为羊绒层134,保暖效果好。
前衣体110和后衣体120一体剪裁而成,前肩部130和后肩部140一体剪裁而成。剪裁方便,一次成型,缝合工序少,提高了生产效率,减少了材料的浪费,节约了生产成本。
具体实施例2
一种制作保暖抗菌牛仔上衣100的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)制作木棉纤维层
a、纺纱:取木棉纤维和其他纤维,经A002型抓棉机抓棉、006型混棉机混棉、-036型开棉机开棉、092型双棉箱给棉机给棉、AD76型成卷机成卷、FA22 l型梳棉机梳棉、302型并条机并条、粗纱机纺织粗沙、细纱机纺织细沙后制得木棉纤维纱线,
其中,开棉时,木棉纤维含量为60%-90%,本实施例中木棉纤维含量为80%,由于木棉纤维较短,抱合力差,易分散,故在配料时可适当增加木棉纤维比例,以保证成品配比准确,且在开棉前进行48h预加湿,增大相对湿度,使木棉纤维不易被损伤,同时可减少车间尘埃和飞花,有利于保持车间洁净。
并条时,采用三道并条工艺,相对湿度控制为63%,由于木棉纤维较短,通过三道并条和增加湿度,以增加原料的可纺性。
b、制作木棉纤维布料:取步骤a中制备好的木棉纤维纱线,经纱筒子纱、在GAl25H高速分批整经机整经、在浆染联合机上浆染、穿综穿筘、在GAMMAX-190必佳乐剑杆织机上织造后制得木棉纤维层;
整经时,由于木棉纤维纱为紧密纺棉纱,遵守中车速、中张力、保伸长的原则,采用高速分批整经机整经,其中,中部纱线张力33g,边部纱线张力43g,以保证张力、排列、卷绕三均匀,以便浆染和织造。
浆染时,采用浆染联合机,其中,浆液为薯类淀粉,浆液粘度为8,上浆率为10%,由于紧密纱上浆率高时会造成浆纱大量端头、坯布丰满度降低,影响成衣质量,浆液采用高浓低粘、流动性好、易于渗透、分绞容易的薯类淀粉,对木棉纤维纱具有较好的上浆效果。
织造时,车间温度为26℃,相对湿度为76%,符合木棉纤维的特点,便于织造的顺利进行和改善织造效果。
(2)制作牛仔布层
c、经纱纱线的制备:采用由C97.2tex棉纱、C58.3tex棉纱以及OEC58.3tex竹节纱按照重量比为2: 1: 1,混合纺制形成混纺竹节纱线, 即经纱纱线,
d、经纬纱纱线的制备:采用由40D的竹原/C58.3tex棉竹纱、40D的竹原/C53tex棉竹纱按照重量比为2: 1,混合纺制形成含有竹原纤维的棉竹包芯纱线,即纬纱纱线,
e、将上述步骤c中制备好的经纱纱线与步骤d中制备好的纬纱纱线通过织机以3/1右斜纹的地组织、2/2经重平的边组织进行织造,制成牛仔坯布,
f、将上述步骤e中制备好的牛仔坯布经过烧毛、拉斜、预烘、预缩、检验工序制得牛仔布层;
(3)化纤层133和羊绒层134贴合制作保暖定型层;
(4)预缩处理
将步骤(1)中的木棉纤维层、步骤(2)中的牛仔布层和步骤(3)中的保暖定型层分别用水浸泡后晾干;
(5)裁剪前肩部130和后肩部140
将步骤(1)中的木棉纤维层、步骤(2)中的牛仔布层和步骤(3)中的保暖定型层,分别一体裁剪制成前肩部130和后肩部140;
(6)裁剪前衣体110和后衣体120
将步骤(1)中的木棉纤维层和步骤(2)中的牛仔布层分别一体裁剪制成前衣体110和后衣体120;
(7)缝制
将步骤(5)中的前衣体110、后衣体120上侧分别与步骤(4)中的前肩部130、后肩部140的下侧缝合连接,制得保暖抗菌牛仔上衣100。
本方法,通过制作木棉纤维层、制作牛仔布层、制作保暖定型层、预缩处理、裁剪前肩部130和后肩部140、裁剪前衣体110和后衣体120、缝制等工艺生产出的牛仔上衣,保暖效果好、穿着舒适美观、透气抗菌。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (9)

1.保暖抗菌牛仔上衣,其特征在于:包括前衣体、后衣体,前肩部和后肩部,所述前衣体、后衣体上侧分别与前肩部、后肩部的下侧缝合连接;所述前肩部、后肩部包括第一外层、第一里层和保暖定型层,所述保暖定型层设置在所述第一外层和第一里层之间的夹层内,所述前衣体、后衣体包括第二外层和第二里层;所述第一外层和第二外层均为牛仔布层,所述第一里层和第二里层均为木棉纤维层,所述牛仔布层由棉花与竹原纤维制成;所述保暖定型层为相互贴合的化纤层和羊绒层,所述化纤层位于羊绒层和第一外层之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保暖抗菌牛仔上衣,其特征在于:所述前衣体和后衣体一体剪裁而成,所述前肩部和后肩部一体剪裁而成。
3.一种制作权利要求1-2中任一项所述保暖抗菌牛仔上衣的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)制作木棉纤维层
a、纺纱:取木棉纤维和其他纤维,经抓棉、混棉、开棉、给棉、成卷、梳棉、并条、纺织粗沙、纺织细沙后制得木棉纤维纱线,
b、制作木棉纤维布料:取步骤a中制备好的木棉纤维纱线,经纱筒子纱、整经、浆染联合、穿综穿筘、织造后制得木棉纤维层;
(2)制作牛仔布层
c、经纱纱线的制备:采用由C97.2tex棉纱、C58.3tex棉纱以及OEC58.3tex竹节纱按照重量比为2:1:1,混合纺制形成混纺竹节纱线,即经纱纱线,
d、经纬纱纱线的制备:采用由40D的竹原/C58.3tex棉竹纱、40D的竹原/C53tex棉竹纱按照重量比为2:1,混合纺制形成含有竹原纤维的棉竹包芯纱线,即纬纱纱线,
e、将上述步骤c中制备好的经纱纱线与步骤d中制备好的纬纱纱线通过织机以3/1右斜纹的地组织、2/2经重平的边组织进行织造,制成牛仔坯布,
f、将上述步骤e中制备好的牛仔坯布经过烧毛、拉斜、预烘、预缩、检验工序制得牛仔布层;
(3)化纤层和羊绒层贴合制作保暖定型层;
(4)预缩处理
将步骤(1)中的木棉纤维层、步骤(2)中的牛仔布层和步骤(3)中的保暖定型层分别用水浸泡后晾干;
(5)裁剪前肩部和后肩部
将步骤(1)中的木棉纤维层、步骤(2)中的牛仔布层和步骤(3)中的保暖定型层,分别一体裁剪制成前肩部和后肩部;
(6)裁剪前衣体和后衣体
将步骤(1)中的木棉纤维层和步骤(2)中的牛仔布层分别一体裁剪制成前衣体和后衣体;
(7)缝制
将步骤(5)中的前衣体、后衣体上侧分别与步骤(4)中的前肩部、后肩部的下侧缝合连接,制得保暖抗菌牛仔上衣。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种保暖抗菌牛仔上衣的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述保暖定型层由化纤层和羊绒层贴合而成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种保暖抗菌牛仔上衣的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤a中开棉时,木棉纤维含量为60%-90%,且在开棉前进行48h预加湿。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种保暖抗菌牛仔上衣的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤a中并条时,采用三道并条工艺,相对湿度控制为60%-65%。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种保暖抗菌牛仔上衣的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤b中整经时,采用高速分批整经机整经,其中,中部纱线张力30g-35g,边部纱线张力40g-45g。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种保暖抗菌牛仔上衣的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤b中浆染时,采用浆染联合机,其中,浆液为薯类淀粉,浆液粘度为7-9,上浆率为9%-11%。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种保暖抗菌牛仔上衣的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤b中织造时,车间温度为25℃-30℃,相对湿度为75%~78%。
