为了达到上述目的,本发明提供以下基础方案:
一种儿童用织物的生产工艺,包括以下几个步骤:
S1:内层纱、经纱和纬纱的制备,制备过程如下:
步骤a:经纱采用竹纤维:活性连接纤维:棉混合制备,竹纤维:活性连接纤维:棉的比重为:30%:10%:60%,混合制备时需处于搅拌状态;

本基础方案的有益效果在于:
1.采用内层纱、经纱和纬纱制备织物,使得整体织物强度更高,自然状态下,经纱和纬纱交错垂直编织,不容易损坏,使用寿命更久,经纱和纬纱的收尾处连接在内层纱上,使得三者成为独立整体,提高了使用寿命。
2.将内层纱作为皮肤接触面,提高了舒适性,穿着者会感觉到非常舒适、贴身合体、无束缚感,对儿童细嫩的肌肤,具备清爽柔软、透气性、保暖、贴身的效果。
