Abstract

本发明属于服装面料领域,公开了一种吸汗速干面料的编织工艺,一种吸汗速干面料由以下质量分数的原料制备而成:锦纶长丝:27.5%,粘胶长丝:60.5%,氨纶12%;将锦纶长丝、粘胶长丝和氨纶在纬编机上进行编织,在每一路纱线中,三种纱线同时进纱,在针筒织针中的高针上成圈,得到混合面料,采用36针高针数织布布面整洁度优越及弹力好;再将混合面料浸入染料中进行染色,染色过程中加入吸湿速干助剂。然后将混合面料放入清水中冲洗15‑25分钟,最后放入烘干机中进行烘干,温度控制在90‑95℃。本发明编织工艺简单,制得的面料舒适柔软,具有吸汗速干的功能,提高了穿着的舒适性。

技术领域
本发明属于服装面料领域,特别是涉及一种吸汗速干面料的编织工艺。
背景技术
随着生活质量的提高,人们对服装面料的舒适性、健康性、安全性和环保性等要求越来越高,当人们在夏季或者剧烈运动后,一身舒适的服装让人们免去了汗臭味,身上的衣服没有潮湿贴身的感觉,人们会感觉更惬意舒畅。现有的大多数面料不透气,不吸汗,使衣物穿起来不舒服,使人体感觉到闷热、潮湿。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种吸汗速干面料的编织工艺,这种面料具有舒适、吸汗速干等功能,这种面料的编织工艺简单、方便、易操作。
一种吸汗速干面料的编织工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)一种吸汗速干面料由以下质量分数的原料制备而成:锦纶长丝:27.5%,粘胶长丝:60.5%,氨纶12%;将锦纶长丝、粘胶长丝和氨纶在纬编机上进行编织,在每一路纱线中,三种纱线同时进纱,在针筒织针中的高针上成圈,得到混合面料,采用36针高针数织布布面整洁度优越及弹力好。
(2)将混合面料浸入染料中进行染色,染色过程中加入吸湿速干助剂。
(3)将混合面料放入清水中冲洗15-25分钟后,放入烘干机中进行烘干,温度控制在90-95℃。
所述染色过程中升温速率为1℃/min。
所述锦纶长丝的截面为十字断面结构。
所述的吸汗速干助剂是由水分散性聚酯、聚氨基甲酸酯、有机硅组成,三者的重量百分比为3:2:1。
锦纶长丝具有接触冷感、吸湿速干的功能。
接触冷感功能:触感凉爽的玉石以粉末的形式加入到锦纶长丝当中,使锦纶长丝具有良好的导热性能,因此它将人体的热量快速导出,锦纶长丝的高导热率的特性,会使其与人体肌肤接触的时候增加肌肤的凉爽感,并且具有良好的散热性能,给穿着者带来清凉的穿着体验。
吸湿速干功能:利用独特的十字断面结构和纤维表面的细微沟槽,使皮肤表层的湿气和汗水经由蕊吸扩散传输等作用迅速吸收至织物表面并迅速蒸发掉令肌肤保持干爽,吸湿性体现在织物能够快速吸收人体产生的汗液并且对湿气有良好的透气性能,速干性体现在织物吸收汗液之后能尽快散发到外界环境中,织物本身并不长时间保留汗液,吸湿速干织物的这些优异特性非常适合运动穿着。
粘胶长丝具有光滑凉爽、透气、抗静电的功能,粘胶长丝是粘胶纤维的一种,又叫粘纤,也叫人造丝、冰丝,在12种主要纺织纤维中,粘纤的含湿率最符合人体皮肤的生理要求,具有光滑凉爽、透气、抗静电、染色绚丽等特性,它是以天然纤维素为原料,经碱化、老化、黄化等工序制成可溶性纤维素黄酸酯,再溶于稀碱液制成粘胶,经湿法纺丝而制成。
有益效果:
1.本发明在染色过程中加入吸汗速干助剂,提升了吸汗速干效果,快速吸干身体产生的汗液,减少不适感。
2.本发明编织工艺简单,制得的面料舒适柔软,具有吸汗速干的功能,穿在身上很舒服。

实施例一
一种吸汗速干面料的编织工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)一种吸汗速干面料由以下质量分数的原料制备而成:锦纶长丝:27.5%,粘胶长丝:60.5%,氨纶12%;将锦纶长丝、粘胶长丝和氨纶在纬编机上进行编织,在每一路纱线中,三种纱线同时进纱,在针筒织针中的高针上成圈,得到混合面料,采用36针高针数织布布面整洁度优越及弹力好。
(2)将混合面料浸入染料中进行染色,染色过程中加入吸湿速干助剂。
(3)将混合面料放入清水中冲洗15分钟后,放入烘干机中进行烘干,温度控制在90℃。
锦纶长丝具有抗紫外线、接触冷感、吸汗速干的优点。
粘胶长丝具有光滑凉爽、透气、抗静电的优点。
染色过程中升温速率为1℃/min。
锦纶长丝的截面为十字断面结构。
吸汗速干助剂是由水分散性聚酯、聚氨基甲酸酯、有机硅组成,三者的重量百分比为3:2:1。
实施例二

所述的吸汗速干助剂是由水分散性聚酯、聚氨基甲酸酯、有机硅组成,三者的重量百分比为3:2:1。

1.一种吸汗速干面料的编织工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)一种吸汗速干面料由以下质量分数的原料制备而成:锦纶长丝:27.5%,粘胶长丝:60.5%,氨纶12%;
将锦纶长丝、粘胶长丝和氨纶在纬编机上进行编织,在每一路纱线中,三种纱线同时进纱,在针筒织针中的高针上成圈,得到混合面料,采用36针高针数织布布面整洁度优越及弹力好;
(2)将混合面料浸入染料中进行染色,染色过程中加入吸湿速干助剂;
(3)将混合面料放入清水中冲洗15-25分钟后,放入烘干机中进行烘干,温度控制在90-95℃。
