显示装置具备:多个显示部(31、32、33、34、35、36、37、38、50、61、21、22、23),它们彼此显示不同的内容;装饰部件(60),其装饰多个所述显示部的任一个;促动器(M2),其使所述装饰部件移动;以及控制部(41),其控制所述促动器,以使所述装饰部件朝装饰在从多个所述显示部中选择出的显示部的位置移动。

技术领域
本申请基于2014年7月18日申请的日本申请编号2014-147405号,并在此引用其记载内容。
本发明涉及具备装饰部件的显示装置。
背景技术
专利文献1记载有,使例如表示车速表的指针以及刻度显示于液晶显示面板,并且在液晶显示面板的视认方向近前侧配置了装饰环(装饰部件)的显示装置。该显示装置中,装饰环以能够沿着液晶显示面板的显示面移动的方式构成,在使液晶显示面板的车速表的显示位置移动的情况下,装饰环也随着该显示位置的移动而移动。
那么,在这种显示装置中,存在在与车速共同显示导航用地图的模式、与车速共同显示转速表的模式之间切换显示的情况。而且,伴随着这样的显示模式的切换,存在欲向转速表、地图引导视线来进行强调的情况。然而,专利文献1记载的显示装置中,使装饰环伴随着车速表的显示位置而移动,因此即使通过显示模式切换等使显示位置变化,通过装饰进行视线引导所强调的对象总是为车速表。

发明内容
本发明是鉴于上述点而完成的,其目的在于提供能够与多个显示部中的欲进行视线引导的显示部发生变化对应的显示装置。
本发明的一方式的显示装置具备:多个显示部,它们彼此显示不同的内容;装饰部件,其对多个显示部的任一个进行装饰;促动器,其使装饰部件移动;以及控制部,其控制促动器,以使装饰部件朝装饰在从多个显示部中选择出的显示部的位置移动。
根据上述装置,能够与显示装置的多个显示部中的欲视线引导的显示部变化对应。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图对用于实施本发明的多个方式进行说明。各方式中,有时对与以先行的方式进行了说明的事项所对应的部分标注相同的附图标记而省略重复的说明。各方式中,在仅对结构的一部分进行说明的情况下,结构的其他部分能够参照先行说明的其他方式而应用。
图1所示的显示装置组装于设置于车辆的室内的仪表板(仪表盘)中的位于运转席的车辆前方侧的部分。图1中,省略仪表盘的图示,并且图示显示装置中的组装于仪表盘的状态下视认的部分。
如图1以及图2所示,显示装置构成为具备:外壳10、文字板20(显示部)、液晶显示单元30(显示部)、电路基板40、指针50以及装饰环60(装饰部件)等。外壳10是具有遮光性的树脂制,并且在内部收纳并保持文字板20、液晶显示单元30以及电路基板40等。配置于后述的外壳10的上侧的面板11(上侧面板)以及配置于外壳10的下侧的面板12(下侧面板)利用树脂与外壳10成形为一体。
文字板20是具有透光性的树脂制,且具有通过光源L1被透射照亮的刻度显示部21、文字显示部22以及条形显示部23。以下,将这些显示部21、22、23集中称为文字板显示部,文字板20中的形成这些刻度显示部21、文字显示部22以及条形显示部23的部分分别与显示部相当。
文字板20中的形成有文字板显示部的部分、以及与液晶显示单元30对置的部分具有透光性,在其以外的部分印刷有遮光性的涂料。因此,若点亮光源L1,则文字板显示部被透射照亮从而被视认。另外,通过对光源L1的点亮范围进行控制,使条形显示部23的视认范围变化,由此,可表现表示车载电池的电力余量的电量计、以及表示燃油余量的燃油表。
上侧面板11以及下侧面板12相对于文字板20而配置于视认方向的近前侧(图2的左侧)。文字板20中的位于面板11、12的开口部11a、12a的内侧的部分成为能够视认的显示区域。换句话说,面板11、12作为文字板20的显示框发挥功能。
液晶显示单元30具有背光灯以及液晶面板而构成,并相对于文字板20而配置于视认方向的进深侧。液晶显示单元30的显示面30a位于文字板20的显示区域的中央部分,在显示面30a的左右两侧配置有文字板显示部。若点亮背光灯,则显示于显示面30a的图像透过文字板20被视认。
在图1所示的显示例中,指针图像31、刻度图像32以及数字图像33显示于显示面30a,通过这些图像表现车速表。换句话说,与车速对应地旋转显示指针图像31,通过由指针图像31指示的刻度图像32表示车速。
此外,在图5所示的显示例中,用数字表示车速的车速图像34、表示本车辆的现在位置的地图图像35、以及地图图像35中的对左右转弯预定位置进行引导显示的放大地图图像36显示于显示面30a。放大地图图像36可以总是显示,也可以在本车辆的现在行驶位置与左右转弯预定位置的分离距离不足规定期间弹出显示。另外,在图6所示的显示例中,上述车速图像34、表示工作油温度的油温图像37、以及表示内燃机的增压的增压图像38显示于显示面30a。液晶显示单元30中的显示这些图像的部分分别与显示部相当。以下,将这些图像显示部分集中称为液晶显示部。存在显示车速的显示部、显示发动机转速的显示部等显示不同内容的多种显示部。
电路基板40相对于液晶显示单元30配置于视认方向的进深侧。在电路基板40安装有微型计算机(微机41)、光源L1、L2以及电动马达M1、M2。微机41具有中央处理运算装置以及存储器等,并根据预先存储的程序执行各种运算处理,从而对光源L1、L2以及电动马达M1、M2的工作进行控制,并且朝液晶显示单元30输出图像信号。
在指针50安装有电动马达M1的旋转轴51。指针50相对于文字板20配置于视认方向的近前侧,若使电动马达M1驱动,则指针50沿着文字板20的表面转动。另外,指针50是具有透光性的树脂制,被从光源L2射出而入射至指针50的内部的光照亮,以指针50发光的方式被视认。在指针50的转动范围设置有位于下侧面板12的开口部12a的内侧而被视认的视认区域(参照图6)、和位于开口部12a的外侧而无法被视认的退避区域(参照图1以及图5)。
装饰环60相对于指针50位于视认方向的近前侧。在装饰环60的内周侧组装有显示板61,在显示板61安装有光源L3。电动马达M2是使装饰环60与显示板61以及光源L3共同移动的促动器,若驱动电动马达M2,则图3以及图4所示的移动机构70工作从而装饰环60移动。装饰环60的移动轨迹是与文字板20的表面平行并且沿着方向盘SH的圆弧的形状(参照图3)。换句话说,装饰环60沿着方向盘SH的内周侧的边缘部移动。而且,以在任何移动位置,装饰环60的整体均从方向盘SH露出而被视认的方式设定。
装饰环60是具有遮光性的树脂制,被任意颜色涂装。显示板61是具有透光性的树脂制,在显示板61的背面形成有槽形状的反射部61a、61b。从光源L3射出的光从显示板61的边缘部分向内部入射而被导光,在反射部61a、61b反射而从显示板61的表面射出。由此,以反射部61a、61b发光的方式被视认。反射部61a、61b形成为表示指针50所指示的刻度以及数字的形状。此外,从显示板61的边缘部分入射的光中的在显示板61的外周边缘部反射的光被装饰环60覆盖因此无法视认。
总之,若点亮光源L2、L3,则可视认基于显示板61的反射部61a、61b的刻度以及数字,并且指针50透过显示板61而被视认(参照图6)。图6的例子中,通过这些指针50以及反射部61a、61b来表示显示内燃机的转速的转速表。而且,通过外部光视认的装饰环60对位于该装饰环60的内侧的转速表进行装饰。另一方面,若熄灭光源L2、L3,则如图1以及图5所例示的那样透过显示板61视认液晶显示单元30。
此外,图1的例子中,通过液晶显示单元30显示的车速表的图像位于装饰环60的内侧而被装饰。另外,图5的例子中,通过液晶显示单元30显示的放大地图图像36位于装饰环60的内侧而被装饰。构成转速表的指针50以及显示板61与显示部相当,以下将这些集中称为转速表显示部。
接下来,利用图3以及图4对移动机构70的构造进行说明。
如图3所示,移动机构70具备基座部件71、导轨72、水平移动部73、上下移动部74、辊75、辊引导件76、带轮77以及带78等而构成。在基座部件71安装有导轨72、辊引导件76以及一对带轮77。水平移动部73在能够沿水平方向移动的状态下组装于导轨72。
上下移动部74在能够沿上下方向移动的状态下组装于水平移动部73。若利用图4详细地进行说明,则在水平移动部73安装有形成了沿上下方向延伸的上下引导槽730a的引导形成部730。另一方面,在上下移动部74安装有形成了插入上下引导槽730a的销740a的销形成部740。
辊75在能够旋转的状态下组装于上下移动部74,并嵌入形成于辊引导件76的圆弧引导槽76a。圆弧引导槽76a是与方向盘SH的圆弧平行的使上侧成为凸部的圆弧形状。上下移动部74以能够沿着圆弧引导槽76a移动的状态夹持并保持在辊引导件76与基座部件71之间。
在一对带轮77安装有带78,在带78固定有引导形成部730。因此,若驱动电动马达M2而使带78与带轮77共同旋转,则水平移动部73与引导形成部730共同沿着导轨72在水平方向上移动(参照图4中的箭头Y1)。这样,辊75在圆弧引导槽76a被引导,上下移动部74相对于水平移动部73相对地沿上下方向移动(参照图4中的箭头Y2)。换言之,上下移动部74与水平移动部73共同沿水平方向移动,并且沿上下方向相对移动,从而沿着圆弧引导槽76a以圆弧状移动。由此,装饰环60以及显示板61以圆弧状移动。
微机41通过以规定周期重复执行图7所示的处理,对电动马达M1、M2、光源L1、L2、L3以及液晶显示单元30的工作进行控制。此外,对电动马达M2进行驱动控制时的微机41与控制部相当。
即,首先在图7的步骤S10中,决定显示装置的显示模式。例如,在用户从预先设定的多种显示模式中通过手动操作进行选择的情况下,决定为其选择的显示模式。多种显示模式,例如可举出如图5所示显示地图图像35的导航模式、如图6所示显示转速表的转速模式、如图1所示显示车速表的标准模式等作为具体例子。此外,在不是基于手动操作的选择的情况下决定为标准模式。
在接下来的步骤S11中,将与步骤S10决定的显示模式对应的内容的图像信号向液晶显示单元30输出。例如,在标准模式的情况下,显示指针图像31、刻度图像32以及数字图像33,根据车速使指针图像31的显示位置旋转。在导航模式的情况下,显示与车速对应的车速图像34,并且显示与车辆的现在行驶位置对应的地图图像35以及放大地图图像36。在转速模式的情况下,显示车速图像34、油温图像37以及增压图像38。
在接下来的步骤S12中,以使装饰环60移动至与步骤S10决定的显示模式对应的位置的方式对电动马达M2进行驱动控制。例如,在标准模式的情况下,使装饰环60移动至图3的点划线所示的位置,将车速表作为装饰对象选择并装饰。在转速模式的情况,使装饰环60移动至图3的实线所示的位置,将通过指针50以及显示板61表示的转速表(转速表显示部)作为装饰对象选择并装饰。
在导航模式的情况下,使装饰环60移动至装饰放大地图图像36的位置。此外,在使放大地图图像36如前述那样弹出显示的情况下,在未弹出显示期间,以使地图图像35的中心位置、本车辆显示位置位于装饰环60的中心的方式使装饰环60移动。而且,在与弹出显示同时,使装饰环60移动至装饰放大地图图像36的位置。
总之,从通过液晶显示单元30显示的各个液晶显示部、以及基于指针50以及显示板61的转速表显示部中选择与显示模式对应的显示部。而且,使装饰环60移动至装饰选择出的显示部的位置。
在接下来的步骤S13中,对决定的显示模式是否是装饰指针50的模式(转速模式)进行判定。在为转速模式的情况下,以使指针50转动至与发动机转速对应的位置的方式对电动马达M1进行驱动控制。在接下来的步骤S15中,点亮光源L2而照亮指针50,并且点亮光源L3,视认基于反射部61a、61b的刻度以及数字。
另一方面,在步骤S13中判定为不是转速模式的情况下,以使指针50退避至退避区域而无法视认的方式对电动马达M1进行驱动控制。在接下来的步骤S17中,熄灭光源L2、L3,使液晶显示单元30以及文字板20透过显示板61而被视认。
此处,视线引导所优选的显示部根据显示模式而变化。例如,优选在标准模式时视线引导至车速表,在导航模式时视线引导至放大地图图像36,在转速模式时视线引导至转速表。鉴于该点的本实施方式中,使装饰环60移动至与显示模式对应的最佳位置,因此能够与欲视线引导的显示部变化对应。
即,例如在导航模式时装饰放大地图图像36,因此将视线引导至文字板显示部、车速图像34、地图图像35以及放大地图图像36中的放大地图图像36。另外,例如在转速模式时装饰转速表,因此将视线引导至文字板显示部、车速图像34、油温图像37、增压图像38以及转速表中的转速表。另外,例如在标准模式时装饰车速表,因此将视线引导至文字板显示部以及液晶显示部(车速表)中的车速表。
如上述那样,显示装置在多个显示部中的欲进行视线引导的显示部变化的情况下,能够以选择该显示部并使装饰部件朝装饰该显示部的位置移动的方式进行控制。因此,例如在使车速表以及转速表作为显示部同时显示,并欲将视线引导至车速表的情况下,选择车速表并通过装饰部件装饰。其后,在进行欲视线引导的对象从车速表变化为转速表的情况下,以选择转速表并装饰的方式使装饰部件移动。这样,根据上述显示装置,能够与欲视线引导的显示部变化对应。
另外,根据本实施方式,在配置于方向盘SH的车辆前方侧的显示装置中,装饰环60以能够沿着方向盘SH的圆弧移动的方式配置。因此,在操作方向盘SH的驾驶员看到显示装置的情况下,能够抑制装饰环60隐藏于方向盘SH的背后无法视认的情况,并且能够较大地确保装饰环60的移动范围。因此,能够增大能够通过装饰环60装饰的显示部的范围。
另外,根据本实施方式,具备具有透光性的显示板61,该显示板61具有反射光源L3的光而以规定的形状被视认的反射部61a、61b,并且相对于液晶显示部而配置于视认方向的近前侧。而且,具备切换为反射部显示模式与反射部非显示模式的光源控制部(步骤S15、S17)。在反射部显示模式中,使伴随着光源L3的点亮而被视认的反射部61a、61b被装饰环60装饰。在反射部非显示模式中,使伴随着光源L3的熄灭透过显示板61而被视认的液晶显示部被装饰环60装饰。
据此,若从反射部非显示模式切换为反射部显示模式,则以在液晶显示部的近前侧出现反射部61a、61b的方式被视认,因此能够提高朝反射部61a、61b的吸引性。并且,如这样出现的反射部61a、61b被装饰环60装饰,因此能够进一步提高向出现的反射部61a、61b的吸引性。
另外,根据本实施方式,电动马达M2使显示板61与装饰环60共同移动。因此,能够缩短装饰环60以及显示板61的视认方向上的分离距离。或者,能够使装饰环60以及显示板61的视认方向上的安装位置相同。因此,能够使显示装置在视认方向上小型化。
另外,根据本实施方式,具备:相对于装饰环60以及液晶显示部而配置于视认方向的近前侧,并作为规定显示区域的显示框发挥功能的下侧面板12。而且,构成为,伴随着装饰环60的移动,装饰环60中的通过下侧面板12遮盖的部分的面积发生变化。因此,能够造成装饰环60的形状伴随着移动而变化的错觉,因此能够提高对装饰环60的注意,从而能够提高吸引性。
(其他实施方式)
以上,对发明的优选实施方式进行了说明,但发明不局限于上述的实施方式,能够如以下例示那样进行各种变形实施。不仅是明示出各实施方式具体能够组合的部分彼此的组合,只要组合未特别产生妨碍,即使未明示也能够将实施方式彼此局部组合。
也可以在通过文字板显示部的燃油表显示的燃油余量减少至规定量的时刻,使装饰环60移动至装饰燃油表的位置,使视线引导至燃油表。另外,也可以在通过文字板显示部的电量计显示的电池电量余量减少至规定量的时刻,使装饰环60移动至装饰电量计的位置,将视线引导至电量计。另外,也可以在异常产生时警告显示该主旨的情况下,使装饰环60移动至装饰该警告显示部的位置,使视线引导至警告显示部。
上述实施方式中,将由显示于液晶显示单元30的液晶显示部、指针50以及显示板61构成的转速表显示部作为由装饰环60装饰的显示部应用。与此相对地,也可以将显示于文字板20的刻度显示部21、文字显示部22、条形显示部23等文字板显示部作为由装饰环60装饰的显示部应用。
例如,也可以从液晶显示部、转速表显示部以及文字板显示部中选择作为装饰对象的显示部,使选择的显示部由装饰环60装饰。或者,也可以从多个文字板显示部中选择作为装饰对象的显示部而装饰。或者,也可以从多个液晶显示部中选择作为装饰对象的显示部而装饰。该情况下,也可以取消配置于装饰环60的内侧的显示板61。
上述实施方式中,成为使显示板61与装饰环60共同移动的构造,但也可以为固定了显示板61的构造。该情况下,需要使装饰环60以及显示板61的视认方向上的位置不同。
在上述实施方式中,作为对液晶显示部或者文字板显示部进行装饰的装饰部件,使用环状的装饰环60。但是,本发明的装饰部件不局限于环状,例如,也可以是沿着显示部的周围局部延伸的圆弧形状。
在图7所示的实施方式中,切换了显示模式的情况下,在使基于液晶显示单元30的图像变更为与显示模式对应的内容后,使装饰环60移动。与此相对地,也可以在使装饰环60移动后,使图像变更为与显示模式对应的内容,从而实现针对显示部的吸引性的提高。
为了使用户注意到装饰环60移动,也可以伴随着该移动而产生报知音。报知音产生的时机可以是移动之前,可以是移动之后,也可以是移动期间。
在上述实施方式中,将装饰环60的移动范围设定为包括液晶显示单元30的显示面30a的比显示面30a更大的范围。与此相对地,也可以以不超过显示面30a的范围的方式设定装饰环60的移动范围。
在上述实施方式中,设定为装饰环60能够沿着规定的圆弧移动。但是,本发明不限定于此,例如,也可以设定为能够沿着规定的直线移动,也可以设定为在规定的平面范围内能够二维移动。
在上述实施方式中,伴随着显示模式的切换使装饰环60移动至最佳位置。与此相对地,即使是相同的显示模式,也可以使装饰环60移动至与显示内容的变化对应的最佳位置。例如,在导航模式下,也可以在放大地图图像36被弹出显示期间装饰放大地图图像36,在放大地图图像36未显示期间,装饰地图图像35。另外,例如在标准模式下,也可以在显示于燃油表的燃油余量不足规定量的情况下,装饰燃油表。
在上述实施方式中,通过显示装置的外部的光(外光)照亮装饰环60,但也可以设置照亮装饰环60的光源,优选该光源与装饰环60共同移动。此时,也可以根据情况,使照亮装饰环60的颜色变化、或切换点亮、闪烁、熄灭、或使闪烁周期变化。例如,在标准模式下装饰车速表时,优选若车速为规定值以上则使装饰环60的光源从蓝色变更为红色、或从点亮变更为闪烁,从而提高吸引性。
本发明依据实施例进行了记述,但是应理解的是本发明并不限定于该实施例及构造。本发明也包含各种变形例及等同范围内的变形。除此以外,各种组合及形态、还有在它们中仅包含一要素、其以上或其以下的其他组合或形态也包含在本发明的范畴及思想范围内。
Claims (4)
1.一种显示装置,其特征在于,具备:
多个显示部(31、32、33、34、35、36、37、38、50、61、21、22、23),它们彼此显示不同的内容;
装饰部件(60),其装饰多个所述显示部的任一个;
促动器(M2),其使所述装饰部件移动;

2.根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,
所述显示装置配置于方向盘(SH)的车辆前方侧,
所述装饰部件配置为能够沿着所述方向盘的圆弧移动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,
所述促动器使所述显示板与所述装饰部件共同移动。
4.根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的显示装置,其特征在于,还具备:
面板(12),其相对于所述装饰部件以及所述显示部配置于视认方向的近前侧,并作为规定显示区域的显示框发挥功能,
伴随着所述装饰部件的移动,所述装饰部件中的被所述面板遮盖的部分的面积变化。
