背景技术
提供车内舒适座椅接触面的重要性随着驾驶者和乘客在车辆中花费更多的时间而增加。这些车辆的座椅总成同样应该是耐用且美观的。
发明内容
根据本发明的一方面,车辆座椅总成包括具有座椅的车辆座椅总成。座椅气囊设置在支撑件和装饰材料面之间。当座椅未被占用时气囊肯定是被增压的。弹性体罐可操作地通过流体管路与座椅气囊连接,其中当乘客坐在座椅上时流体流动到且压入罐中。刚性限制单元(rigid containment unit)配置为容纳罐和限制罐的膨胀。

参考图3,人体模型M的H点放置在座椅表面上使得人体模型M的H点与车辆座椅总成的H点对齐。默认地,坐着的人体模型的底面和造型座椅装饰表面(studio seat trimsurface)之间竖直距离由图3所示的大写字母“Z”限定。然而,允许座椅装饰表面下的座椅舒适度的穿透距离显示为小写字母“z”。本发明解决了调和Z和z之间差异的大且频繁的困难。如果造型表面被施加且座椅表面是压低的以满足人体模型的H点,则座椅表面会被压缩到完全的Z值且将不会给乘客提供牢固支撑。如果造型表面被用于舒适凹陷中且满足z,则人体模型不会穿入到座椅12的座椅12的H点和将不符合车辆座椅组件10的规定和实际要求。或者,如果造型座椅表面是较低的或人体模型的H点与车辆座椅总成10的H点对齐,则座椅的外观将受到负面影响。
本发明的车辆座椅总成10允许造型表面得到保持且因此呈现美观,舒适挠曲z连同至H点的全部Z挠曲得到保持。这通过利用气囊14结合弹性体罐20来完成,如在此进一步描述的。
参考图4,正常使用期间,在车辆座椅总成10中,从座椅12的中间到后部放置气囊14。罐20放置在座椅气囊14的前端且被容纳在刚性限制单元24内。在正常使用中,弹性体罐20向座椅气囊14和弹性体罐20之间共享的流体容量施加压力。因此,弹性体罐20促使空气进入座椅气囊14使得座椅气囊14通常是满的且向气囊14上的薄泡沫层50施加压力。因此,座椅表面18被向上推动使得车辆座椅总成10和车辆座椅表面包括完整美观的外观。如前所述,上述情况大体上在图4中说明。
现参考图4A,在用户坐在车辆座椅总成10之后由用户施加重量时,位于气囊14内的流体22被排出到再次设置在刚性限制单元24中的弹性体罐20内。所以,气囊14的整体体积减小。因此,乘员的H点与设置用于车辆座椅总成10的H点对齐。
参考图5,气囊14可以包括设置在其中的形状保持挡板。可以使用任何数量的形状保持挡板。在图5的说明中,第一保持挡板40和第二保持挡板42用于在多次使用之后帮助保持大体结构和气囊14的形状。形状保持挡板同样可以用于当乘客坐在座椅12上时防止座椅气囊14的完全放气。

刚性限制单元,所述刚性限制单元配置为容纳所述罐且限制所述罐的膨胀。
2.如权利要求1所述的车辆座椅总成,还包含:
设置在所述座椅气囊周围的多个形状保持挡板。
3.如权利要求2所述的车辆座椅总成,其中所述多个形状保持挡板防止当乘客坐在所述座椅上时所述座椅气囊的完全放气。
4.如权利要求1所述的车辆座椅总成,其中所述弹性体罐设置在所述座椅前部的下方。
5.如权利要求1所述的车辆座椅总成,其中当乘客坐在所述座椅上时,所述座椅气囊通过所述流体管路将所述流体排到所述弹性体罐内。
