发明内容

本发明的车辆座椅总成10允许造型表面得到保持且因此呈现美观,舒适挠曲z连同至H点的全部Z挠曲得到保持。这通过利用气囊14结合弹性体罐20来完成,如在此进一步描述的。
参考图4,正常使用期间,在车辆座椅总成10中,从座椅12的中间到后部放置气囊14。罐20放置在座椅气囊14的前端且被容纳在刚性限制单元24内。在正常使用中,弹性体罐20向座椅气囊14和弹性体罐20之间共享的流体容量施加压力。因此,弹性体罐20促使空气进入座椅气囊14使得座椅气囊14通常是满的且向气囊14上的薄泡沫层50施加压力。因此,座椅表面18被向上推动使得车辆座椅总成10和车辆座椅表面包括完整美观的外观。如前所述,上述情况大体上在图4中说明。
现参考图4A,在用户坐在车辆座椅总成10之后由用户施加重量时,位于气囊14内的流体22被排出到再次设置在刚性限制单元24中的弹性体罐20内。所以,气囊14的整体体积减小。因此,乘员的H点与设置用于车辆座椅总成10的H点对齐。
参考图5,气囊14可以包括设置在其中的形状保持挡板。可以使用任何数量的形状保持挡板。在图5的说明中,第一保持挡板40和第二保持挡板42用于在多次使用之后帮助保持大体结构和气囊14的形状。形状保持挡板同样可以用于当乘客坐在座椅12上时防止座椅气囊14的完全放气。

刚性限制单元,所述刚性限制单元配置为容纳所述罐且限制所述罐的膨胀。
2.如权利要求1所述的车辆座椅总成,还包含:
设置在所述座椅气囊周围的多个形状保持挡板。
3.如权利要求2所述的车辆座椅总成,其中所述多个形状保持挡板防止当乘客坐在所述座椅上时所述座椅气囊的完全放气。
4.如权利要求1所述的车辆座椅总成,其中所述弹性体罐设置在所述座椅前部的下方。
5.如权利要求1所述的车辆座椅总成,其中当乘客坐在所述座椅上时,所述座椅气囊通过所述流体管路将所述流体排到所述弹性体罐内。
