背景技术
糖尿病是一组由遗传和环境等多种病因引起以慢性高血糖为特征的代谢性疾病群。由于胰岛素分泌相对或绝对不足;或胰岛素作用缺陷引起糖、蛋白质、脂肪、水和电解质等一系列代谢紊乱。持续高血糖是基本特征。久病可引起多系统损害,导致眼、肾、神经、及心脑血管、下肢等器官的慢性并发症。
糖尿病是一种常见病、多发病,可发生于任何年龄段,其患病人数随着人民生活水平的提高、人口老化、生活方式的改变以及诊断技术的进步而迅速增加,全世界已有1亿多糖尿病病人,我国近年来发病率也有增高趋势,据1995年5月统计,北京地区糖尿病发病率已由1978年的0.7%~1.0%增至4%。一般来讲,城市发病率高于农村,目前我国糖尿病患者总数已达2500万以上。
现代医学技术还没有发现彻底治疗糖尿病的有效手段,目前的临床处理多是以药物控制为主,以饮食控制配合来控制病情的发展。虽然饮食治疗作为基础治疗的原则,被世界卫生组织(WHO)和国际糖尿病联盟(IDF)列为糖尿病五种治疗措施之一。但是,目前大多数糖尿病患者的营养配方食品都不全面和完善,微量元素吸收差,营养不均衡,缺少纯天然食物配方的添加,患者在服用过程中,不能有效使血糖稳定,且口感差,不易吸收,从而达不到很好的效果。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明要解决的技术问题在于提供一种组合物及其作为糖尿病全营养配方食品的应用。本发明提供的组合物能够有效稳定血糖;能够作为糖尿病患者的全营养配方食品。
本发明提供的一种组合物,包括:平卧菊三七提取物、硒酵母、铬酵母、酪蛋白钙肽、益生元、营养物质、能量物质;
其中,平卧菊三七提取物的质量分数为5%~15%。优选的,其质量分数为8%~9%。
平卧菊三七(Gynura procumbens),属菊科草本植物,平卧菊三七嫩茎叶营养丰富,据《中国中草药汇编》下册记载:其疗效为味甘淡,性平,通经活络,消炎止咳,散瘀消肿,活血生肌。主要用于治疗跌打损伤、风湿关节痛和痛风。前期研究发现平卧菊三七或其提取物具有降低血脂、血糖的功效。
所述平卧菊三七提取物中富含黄酮类物质和膳食纤维,其可为自行制备也可为市场购得,本发明对其来源不做限定。
优选的,对平卧菊三七全草进行提取,提取以乙醇水溶液作为提取溶剂,超声辅助提取。
本发明采用的平卧菊三七提取物的制备方法中,乙醇水溶液中乙醇的体积分数为50%~95%;优选为70%。
乙醇水溶液与平卧菊三七全草的质量比为1:15。
提取的温度为65℃~75℃,优选为70℃。
超声提取的次数为2次,每次30min。
超声频率:28kHz;功率:400W。
超声提取后,合并提取液、过滤、浓缩、喷雾干燥,制得平卧菊三七提取。
所述浓缩为减压浓缩,温度为75℃。
本产品组合物中含有全面、均衡的维生素和矿物质,其中添加平卧菊三七蔬菜提取物,有助于增强抗氧化性,修复胰岛B细胞,维持肠道健康;另添加了稀有元素铬(来自铬酵母),帮助葡萄糖代谢,稳定餐后血糖,增强胰岛素的活性,改善糖耐量的作用,本配方添加的铬为有机铬(或铬酵母),更易吸收,更安全有效,本配方中还添加了有机硒(来自硒酵母),硒对糖尿病患者的康复有较强的辅助功能,与药物有协同增效作用,加速恢复胰岛功能。硒既有胰岛素类似作用,有助于控制血糖浓度,又能降低各种并发病的发生。因此,本发明提供的组合物能够具有稳定血糖的作用,从而可以作为糖尿病患者的全营养配方食品。
在本发明的实施例中,平卧菊三七提取物、硒酵母、铬酵母、酪蛋白钙肽、益生元、营养物质、能量物质的质量比为(3150~3850):(0.0126~0.0154):(0.0792~0.0968):(7650~9350):(686.7~839.3):(2223.9~2718.1):(22289.3~27242.5)。
一些具体实施例中,平卧菊三七提取物、硒酵母、铬酵母、酪蛋白钙肽、益生元、营养物质、能量物质的质量比为3500:0.014:0.088:8500:763:2471:24765.9。
一些具体实施例中,平卧菊三七提取物、硒酵母、铬酵母、酪蛋白钙肽、益生元、营养物质、能量物质的质量比为3150:0.0126:0.0792:7650:686.7:2223.9:22289.3。
一些具体实施例中,平卧菊三七提取物、硒酵母、铬酵母、酪蛋白钙肽、益生元、营养物质、能量物质的质量比为3850:0.0154:0.0968:9350:839.3:2718.1:27242.5。
益生元(Probiotics)是一种膳食补充剂,通过选择性的刺激一种或少数种菌落中的细菌的生长与活性而对寄主产生有益的影响从而改善寄主健康的不可被消化的食品成分。在本发明的实施例中,益生元选自大豆多糖、麦芽糖醇、低聚果糖。
本发明所提供的组合物中营养物质的设置符合GB29922-2013的要求。本发明提供的组合物能够作为单一营养来源满足目标人群营养需求。
在本发明的实施例中,营养物质包括牛磺酸、左旋肉碱、肌醇、维生素A、维生素D3、维生素K1、维生素C、叶酸、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B12、维生素B6、维生素E、烟酸、泛酸钙、生物素、氯化胆碱、磷酸钠、氯化钾、碳酸钙、硫酸锰、硫酸镁、硫酸亚铁、硫酸铜、硫酸锌和膳食纤维。

本发明所述的维生素A中包括棕榈酸盐VA和β-胡萝卜素,所述棕榈酸盐VA和β-胡萝卜素的质量比为(0.25~0.30):(0.27~0.33)。
一些实施例中,棕榈酸盐VA和β-胡萝卜素的质量比为0.28:0.30。
一些实施例中,棕榈酸盐VA和β-胡萝卜素的质量比为0.25:0.27。

在本发明的实施例中,碳水化合物为麦芽糊精;所述脂肪为高油酸葵花籽油。
在本发明的实施例中,组合物中还包括食用香精;所述食用香精占组合物的质量分数为0.1%。
食用香精是用于食品增香的添加剂;本发明采用的使用香精选自:水蜜桃香精、甜橙香精、黑莓香精、草莓香精、菠萝香精、苹果香精、荔枝香精、芒果香精、柠檬香精、杏仁香精、葡萄香精、樱桃香精、山楂香精、梨香精、甜瓜香精、椰子香精、香蕉香精、无花果香精、杨梅香精、覆盆子香精、橘子香精、咖啡香精、可乐香精、可可香精、巧克力香精、蜂蜜香精、奶油香精、色拉香精、生姜香精、朗姆酒香精、白兰地香精或薄荷香精。

本发明制得的组合物营养丰富、均衡。该组合物取材简易,成本低,效果确切,营养均衡,更易人体快速吸收,实验表明,该组合物具有稳定血糖的功能,可满足糖尿病患者的营养需求。能够作为糖尿病患者的特定全营养配方食品。
本发明提供的组合物在制备糖尿病患者的全营养配方食品中的应用。
本发明提供的组合物的制备方法为,将各组分与乙醇水溶液混合,造粒、干燥、整粒后,制得组合物。
其中,乙醇水溶液中乙醇的体积分数为70%。
乙醇水溶液与组合物的质量-体积比为1:5。
干燥温度为60~65℃。
本发明将平卧菊三七提取物、硒酵母、铬酵母、酪蛋白钙肽、益生元、营养物质、能量物质进行复配,制得的组合物营养丰富、均衡。该组合物取材简易,成本低,效果确切,营养均衡,更易人体快速吸收,实验表明,该组合物具有稳定血糖的功能,可满足糖尿病患者的营养需求。能够作为糖尿病患者的特定全营养配方食品。
具体实施方式
本发明提供了一种组合物及其作为糖尿病全营养配方食品的应用,本领域技术人员可以借鉴本文内容,适当改进工艺参数实现。特别需要指出的是,所有类似的替换和改动对本领域技术人员来说是显而易见的,它们都被视为包括在本发明。本发明的方法及应用已经通过较佳实施例进行了描述,相关人员明显能在不脱离本发明内容、精神和范围内对本文的方法和应用进行改动或适当变更与组合,来实现和应用本发明技术。
本发明采用的配料皆为普通市售品,皆可于市场购得。其中:
硒酵母,又称富硒酵母,就是在培养酵母的过程中加入硒元素,酵母生长时吸收利用了硒,使硒与酵母体内的蛋白质和多糖有机结合转化为生物硒,从而消除了化学硒(如亚硒酸钠)对人体的毒副反应和肠胃刺激,使硒能够更高效、更安全地被人体吸收利用。
铬酵母,又称富铬酵母,为通过人工开发的方式将酵母作为载体,培养出富集铬元素功能的可食用功能性酵母。
酪蛋白钙肽,简称CCP,是一种高效的钙吸收促进剂,可阻止体内磷酸钙的沉淀,使钙离子一直处于溶解状态,从而提高钙吸收率。
麦芽糊精,也称水溶性糊精或酶法糊精。它是以各类淀粉作原料,经酶法工艺低程度控制水解转化,提纯,干燥而成。
高油酸葵花籽油是指油酸含量大于80%的葵花籽油。与普通葵花籽油相比,油酸含量增加3倍多,碘值明显降低;α-VE含量明显减少;氧化诱导期增长近10h。
低聚果糖,又名果糖低聚糖;是由1~3个果糖基通过β(2-1)糖苷键与蔗糖中的果糖基结合生成的蔗果三糖、蔗果四糖和蔗果五糖等的混合物。
牛磺酸,牛磺酸(Taurine)又称β-氨基乙磺酸,具有多种生理功能。
左旋肉碱,又称L-肉碱,是一种促使脂肪转化为能量的类氨基酸。
本发明泛酸来自泛酸钙。泛酸又称维生素b5,为维生素类药物,是辅酶A的组成部分。
本发明胆碱来自氯化胆碱。胆碱是卵磷脂的组成成分,也存在于神经鞘磷脂之中,是机体可变甲基的一个来源而作用于合成甲基的产物,同时又是乙酰胆碱的前体。
下面结合实施例,进一步阐述本发明:
实施例1
1)选择生长周期半年左右的平卧菊三七全草,洗净,烘干后备用。
2)加入15倍量的70%乙醇采用超声波提取,每次30分钟,共提取2次,温度控制在65℃~75℃,频率:28kHz;功率:400W;过滤,合并过滤液。
3)减压浓缩,温度控制在75℃,浓缩液进行喷雾干燥,即得平卧菊三七提取物。
实施例2~4
处方如表1:

将各组粉混匀后,倒入10L体积分数为70%乙醇水溶液,搅拌均匀后制粒,60℃~65℃干燥,整粒,分装即得。

实施例5
随机选取250名志愿者,志愿者年龄18~50岁,皆为糖尿病患者。将志愿者随机分为5组,每组50人。各组志愿者分别给予实施例2~4、对比例1及市售营养食品(市场采购的雅培益力佳sRR营养配方粉)。
各组志愿者每天服用全营养配方食品的量为每人每日52g,服用1个月,比较空腹血糖、餐后血糖情况,调查有效率。结果如表3:

结果表明,服用实施例2提供全营养配方食品的志愿者中,有96%的志愿者的空腹血糖和餐后血糖得到了稳定,而对比例1和市售营养品的效果则远不及实施例2。实施例3~4的调查结果与实施例2相似,总有效率分别为94%和96%。
以上仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种组合物,包括:平卧菊三七提取物、硒酵母、铬酵母、酪蛋白钙肽、益生元、营养物质、能量物质;
所述平卧菊三七提取物的质量分数为5%~15%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述平卧菊三七提取物、硒酵母、铬酵母、酪蛋白钙肽、益生元、营养物质、能量物质的质量比为(3150~3850):(0.0126~0.0154):(0.0792~0.0968):(7650~9350):(686.7~839.3):(2223.9~2718.1):(22289.3~27242.5)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述益生元选自大豆多糖、麦芽糖醇、低聚果糖。
4.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述营养物质包括牛磺酸、左旋肉碱、肌醇、维生素A、维生素D3、维生素K1、维生素C、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、维生素E、烟酸、泛酸钙、生物素、氯化胆碱、磷酸钠、氯化钾、碳酸钙、硫酸锰、硫酸镁、硫酸亚铁、硫酸铜、硫酸锌和膳食纤维。

6.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述能量物质包括碳水化合物和脂肪;所述碳水化合物与脂肪的质量比为(20~25):(5.5~6.7)。
7.根据权利要求5所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述碳水化合物为麦芽糊精;所述脂肪为高油酸葵花籽油。
8.根据权利要求1~7任一项所述的组合物,其特征在于,还包括食用香精;所述食用香精占组合物的质量分数为0.1%。
9.权利要求1~8任一项所述的组合物在制备糖尿病全营养配方食品中的应用。
10.权利要求1~8任一项所述的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,将各组分与乙醇水溶液混合,造粒、干燥、整粒后,制得组合物。
