本发明提供一种新口感且具有一定食疗作用的南瓜果蔬汁饮料,主要成分为南瓜汁、苹果汁、甜味剂、水溶性膳食纤维、黄原胶、柠檬酸、苹果酸、食盐、维生素C及纯净水。上述各组成成分质量百分比为:南瓜汁10%-25%、苹果汁5%-15%、甜味剂3%-8%、水溶性膳食纤维1%-3%、黄原胶0.08%-0.2%、柠檬酸0.005%-0.09%、苹果酸0.005%-0.09%、食盐0.02%-0.08%、维生素C0.01%-0.05%、纯净水50%-80%。所述甜味剂为木糖醇,水溶性膳食纤维为聚葡萄糖。产品营养价值高,调节脂类代谢,降低胆固醇,减少糖量吸收,能通便减肥。

技术领域
本发明属于一种饮品,特别涉及一种南瓜果蔬汁饮料。
背景技术
消费者都注重引导健康的生活方式,对于营养(例如一份水果和/或蔬菜)的健康饮料的需求越来越高,为避免不健康的体重增加,对低卡或膳食饮料的需求也开始增加。
南瓜是一种营养丰富的蔬菜,每100克南瓜含蛋白质0.6克,脂肪0.1克,碳水化合物5.7克,粗纤维1.1克,灰分0.6克,钙10毫克,磷32毫克,铁0.5毫克,胡萝卜素0.57毫克,核黄素0.04毫克,尼克酸0.7毫克,抗坏血酸5毫克。此外,还含有瓜氨素、精氨酸、天门冬素、葫芦巴碱、腺膘吟、葡萄糖、甘露醇、戊聚糖、果胶等,其中有益成分有:多糖、氨基酸、活性蛋白、类胡萝卜素及多种微量元素等。目前,市场上南瓜食品日渐丰富,种类形式多样。
为了减少水果制成的饮料中的卡路里,饮料生产商通常去除天然来源于水果的糖。例如,苹果汁由于相对高的含糖率而具有较高的卡路里,因此饮料生产商通常从苹果汁中去除一些糖以制成低卡饮料。苹果汁中的糖能被减少到每100克的用于制作苹果汁的苹果约8克的糖。
现代人各方面的压力都比较大,,便秘是许多人存在的问题,为了有效预防和改善便秘,增加膳食纤维的摄入量是一个有效的办法,但是都市生活节奏快,大多数时候吃水果不是很方便,因此,既有益于身体健康又不失水果原有风味的多功能饮品是被需要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种新口感且具有一定食疗作用的南瓜果蔬汁饮料。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是:一种南瓜果蔬汁饮料,主要成分为:南瓜汁、苹果汁、甜味剂、水溶性膳食纤维、黄原胶、柠檬酸、苹果酸、食盐、维生素C及纯净水。
上述各组成成分质量百分比为:南瓜汁10%-25%、苹果汁5%-15%、甜味剂3%-8%、水溶性膳食纤维1%-3%、黄原胶0.08%-0.2%、柠檬酸0.005%-0.09%、苹果酸0.005%-0.09%、食盐0.02%-0.08%、维生素C 0.01%-0.05%、纯净水50%-80%。
所述甜味剂为木糖醇。木糖醇是一种具有营养价值的天然健康的甜味物质,也是人体糖类代谢的正常中间体。在体内缺少胰岛素影响糖代谢情况下,无须胰岛素促进,木糖醇也能透过细胞膜,被组织吸收利用,促进肝糖元合成,减少脂肪和肝组织中的蛋白质的消耗,而且不会引起血糖的上升,使肝脏受到保护和修复,防龋齿的同时还能稳定激素降低乳腺癌风险,并且不会因食用而为发胖忧虑。
所述水溶性膳食纤维为聚葡萄糖。聚葡萄糖是一种新型的水溶性膳食纤维,具有热量低,调整肠胃功能,促进营养物质的吸收,调节肠道菌群平衡的益生元,降低血糖反应,促进矿物元素的吸收的作用。
本发明的有益效果在于,南瓜补中益气是补血妙品,含有丰富的钴,钴能活跃人体的新陈代谢,促进造血功能,并参与人体内维生素B12的合成,是人体胰岛细胞所必需的微量元素,对防治糖尿病、降低血糖有特殊的疗效,南瓜还含有锌,参与人体内核酸、蛋白质的合成,是肾上腺皮质激素的固有成分,为人体生长发育的重要物质,产品营养价值高,调节脂类代谢,降低胆固醇,减少糖量吸收,最重要的是有一定的食疗作用具有通便功能。
具体实施方式
以下详细描述本发明的实施例,但本发明的保护范围不限于以下实施例。
1)将成熟的新鲜南瓜洗净、去皮、去瓤、破碎、软化、打浆和酶解制成南瓜浆,经过滤获得南瓜汁;
2)A液:按重量比称取20%南瓜汁和16%苹果汁,放入化糖罐中,加入纯净水(60-70℃)搅拌;
3)B液:按重量比称取6%木糖醇、3%聚葡萄糖、0.1%黄原胶、0.075%柠檬酸、0.045苹果酸、0.08%食盐及0.02%维生素,放入化糖罐中,加入纯净水(60-70℃),搅拌至完全溶解;
4)将A液和B液打入搅碎灌搅拌至充分混合,定溶,检测合格后,经真空脱气、均质、高温瞬时灭菌后包装。
本发明产品于2013年3月送到华中科技大学同济医学院保健食品功能学检测中心进行小鼠排便情况试验,,样品按人体推荐摄入量的10、20、30倍(分别为33.3、66.6、99.9ml/㎏.bw)设低、中、高三个剂量组,同时设置空白对照组和模型对照组,选取昆明SPF级雄性小鼠,其灌胃体积为0.2ml/10g.bw,连续灌胃14天后,禁食不禁水16h。实验结果如表1。

实验结果:小鼠排便实验情况,低、中2个剂量组小鼠5小时内排黑便的粒数高于模型对照组(P<0.05),低剂量组小鼠排黑便的重量高于模型对照组(P<0.01),低剂量组小鼠排首粒黑便排出时间低于模型对照组(P<0.01),可判定产品对小鼠黑便粒数和黑便重量以及首粒黑便排除时间均为阳性,判定产品具有通便功能。

1.一种南瓜果蔬汁饮料,其特征在于:主要成分为南瓜汁、苹果汁、甜味剂、水溶性膳食纤维、黄原胶、柠檬酸、苹果酸、食盐、维生素C及纯净水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种南瓜果蔬汁饮料,其特征在于:各组成成分质量百分比为:南瓜汁10%-25%、苹果汁5%-15%、甜味剂3%-8%、水溶性膳食纤维1%-3%、黄原胶0.08%-0.2%、柠檬酸0.005%-0.09%、苹果酸0.005%-0.09%、食盐0.02%-0.08%、维生素C 0.01%-0.05%、纯净水50%-80%。
3.根据权利要求1-2所述的一种南瓜果蔬汁饮料,其特征在于:所述甜味剂为木糖醇。
4.根据权利要求1-2所述的一种南瓜果蔬汁饮料,其特征在于:所述水溶性膳食纤维为聚葡萄糖。
