Abstract

一种围流搅拌釜,涉及物料混合设备技术领域,所解决的是提高搅拌效率的技术问题。该搅拌釜包括釜体、搅拌轴;所述釜体的顶部开设有进料口,釜体的底部开设有卸料口,并且在釜体的底部装有卸料阀;所述搅拌轴通过轴承安装在釜体内,搅拌轴的顶部向上伸至釜体外部,搅拌轴上装有螺旋状布设的搅拌叶片;所述釜体内设有一个圆形的回流架,该回流架与搅拌轴固接,回流架上固定有围绕搅拌轴螺旋状布设的回流叶片,并且回流叶片的螺旋轴线与搅拌叶片的螺旋轴线重合,回流叶片的螺旋方向与搅拌叶片的螺旋方向相反;所述回流架上固定有多个用于刮除釜体内壁上的物料的刮板。本发明提供的搅拌釜,适用于多种物料的混合搅拌。

技术领域
本发明涉及物料混合设备技术,特别是涉及一种围流搅拌釜的技术。
背景技术
现有的搅拌釜主要由釜体及设置在釜体中的搅拌轴构成,搅拌轴上装有螺旋状布设的搅拌叶片,在搅拌过程中,物料的流动是无序的,物料容易堆积在搅拌轴两头,形成中间少两头多的状况,从而影响搅拌效率。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术中存在的缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种搅拌效率高的围流搅拌釜。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所提供的一种围流搅拌釜,包括釜体、搅拌轴;所述釜体的顶部开设有进料口,釜体的底部开设有卸料口,并且在釜体的底部装有用于控制卸料口开闭的卸料阀;所述搅拌轴通过轴承安装在釜体内,搅拌轴的顶部向上伸至釜体外部,搅拌轴上装有螺旋状布设的搅拌叶片;
其特征在于:所述釜体内设有一个圆形的回流架,该回流架与搅拌轴固接,回流架上固定有围绕搅拌轴螺旋状布设的回流叶片,并且回流叶片的螺旋轴线与搅拌叶片的螺旋轴线重合,回流叶片的螺旋方向与搅拌叶片的螺旋方向相反;
所述回流架上固定有多个用于刮除釜体内壁上的物料的刮板,各刮板沿竖向依次布设。
本发明提供的围流搅拌釜,通过中心区域的搅拌叶片与外围区域的回流叶片的配合,使得物料形成循环的围流,从而形成立体搅拌,具有搅拌效率高的特点。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图说明对本发明的实施例作进一步详细描述,但本实施例并不用于限制本发明,凡是采用本发明的相似结构及其相似变化,均应列入本发明的保护范围,本发明中的顿号均表示和的关系。
如图1所示,本发明实施例所提供的一种围流搅拌釜,包括釜体1、搅拌轴2;所述釜体1的顶部开设有进料口11,釜体1的底部开设有卸料口,并且在釜体1的底部装有用于控制卸料口开闭的卸料阀7;所述搅拌轴2通过轴承安装在釜体1内,搅拌轴2的顶部向上伸至釜体1外部,搅拌轴2上装有螺旋状布设的搅拌叶片4;
其特征在于:所述釜体1内设有一个圆形的回流架3,该回流架3与搅拌轴2固接,回流架3上固定有围绕搅拌轴2螺旋状布设的回流叶片5,并且回流叶片5的螺旋轴线与搅拌叶片4的螺旋轴线重合,回流叶片5的螺旋方向与搅拌叶片4的螺旋方向相反;
所述回流架3上固定有多个用于刮除釜体1内壁上的物料的刮板6,各刮板6沿竖向依次布设。
本发明实施例适用于多种物料的混合搅拌,其工作原理如下:
实施搅拌作业时,利用电机驱动搅拌轴转动,同时也带动回流架同步的转动;此时,搅拌轴通过搅拌叶片对釜体中心区域内的物料实施从上向下的螺旋推进,釜体中心区域内的物料被搅拌轴推至底部后会向外围方向流动,并在流动至回流叶片处时,由回流叶片实施从下向上的螺旋推进,在被推至回流架顶部后则会向中心区域方向流动,然后再进入下一循环(被搅拌轴向下推动螺旋推进),如此往复,使得物料在釜体内形成围流,使得搅拌效率得到明显提升。

1.一种围流搅拌釜,包括釜体、搅拌轴;所述釜体的顶部开设有进料口,釜体的底部开设有卸料口,并且在釜体的底部装有用于控制卸料口开闭的卸料阀;所述搅拌轴通过轴承安装在釜体内,搅拌轴的顶部向上伸至釜体外部,搅拌轴上装有螺旋状布设的搅拌叶片;
其特征在于:所述釜体内设有一个圆形的回流架,该回流架与搅拌轴固接,回流架上固定有围绕搅拌轴螺旋状布设的回流叶片,并且回流叶片的螺旋轴线与搅拌叶片的螺旋轴线重合,回流叶片的螺旋方向与搅拌叶片的螺旋方向相反;
所述回流架上固定有多个用于刮除釜体内壁上的物料的刮板,各刮板沿竖向依次布设。
