本发明公开了一种螺旋上料搅拌式原料桶,包括固定安装的筒体,筒体的底部设有进料通道,进料通道的底部设有封板,且进料通道的一侧设有侧边进料口,筒体上与所述侧边进料口对应设有进料斗;进料通道内设有与封板旋转配合的进料螺杆,封板的下方设有用于驱动所述进料螺杆旋转的驱动机构;所述筒体内设有与所述进料螺杆同轴的内筒,所述内筒的顶端开口并低于所述筒体的顶面,所述进料螺杆延伸伸入所述内筒内,且所述进料螺杆上与所述进料通道对应设有进料螺旋桨叶、与所述内筒对应设有搅拌桨叶,所述内筒的底部设有回料口,所述外筒的底部设有出料口,且所述出料口设置在所述外筒内壁与所述内筒外壁之间,所述回料口和出料口上均设有开闭阀门。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种储料装置,具体的为一种螺旋上料搅拌式原料桶。
背景技术
在塑料回收再利用过程中,需要对回收的多种塑料进行存储,以方便后续工序的加工处理。现有的原料桶虽然能够满足存储的要求,但是仍存在以下几点不足:
1)必须采用人工或提升机将物料提升至原料桶顶端然后再倾倒进去,造成工作效率低下;
2)回收的多种塑料还需采用专门的搅拌装置混合均匀,增加了设备投入和工序流程。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种螺旋上料搅拌式原料桶,能够自动将物料上料至筒内,且还能够满足物料混合搅拌的技术目的。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种螺旋上料搅拌式原料桶,包括固定安装的筒体,所述筒体的底部设有进料通道,所述进料通道的底部设有封板,且所述进料通道的一侧设有侧边进料口,所述筒体上与所述侧边进料口对应设有进料斗;所述进料通道内设有与所述封板旋转配合的进料螺杆,所述封板的下方设有用于驱动所述进料螺杆旋转的驱动机构;
所述筒体内设有与所述进料螺杆同轴的内筒,所述内筒的顶端开口并低于所述筒体的顶面,所述进料螺杆延伸伸入所述内筒内,且所述进料螺杆上与所述进料通道对应设有进料螺旋桨叶、与所述内筒对应设有搅拌桨叶,所述内筒的底部设有回料口,所述外筒的底部设有出料口,且所述出料口设置在所述外筒内壁与所述内筒外壁之间,所述回料口和出料口上均设有开闭阀门。
进一步,所述搅拌桨叶呈螺旋状分布,且其螺旋方向与所述进料螺旋桨叶的螺旋方向相同。
进一步,所述搅拌桨叶与所述进料螺旋桨叶之间设有过渡桨叶,所述过渡桨叶的螺旋方向与所述进料螺旋桨叶的螺旋方向相同。
进一步,所述驱动机构包括驱动电机和与所述驱动电机传动连接的减速机,所述减速机与所述进料螺杆传动连接。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明的螺旋上料搅拌式原料桶,通过在筒体底部设置进料通道和在进料通道内设置进料螺杆,利用进料螺杆可将物料自动进料至筒内,通过在筒体内设置内筒和在进料螺杆上设置搅拌桨叶,可对物料进行搅拌,搅拌均匀后的物料通过内筒的顶端开口进入到内筒与外通之间,并通过出料口出料,即能够满足物料混合搅拌的技术目的。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,以使本领域的技术人员可以更好的理解本发明并能予以实施,但所举实施例不作为对本发明的限定。
如图1所示,为本发明螺旋上料搅拌式原料桶实施例的结构示意图。本实施例的螺旋上料搅拌式原料桶,包括固定安装的筒体1,筒体1的底部设有进料通道2,进料通道2的底部设有封板3,且进料通道2的一侧设有侧边进料口4,筒体1上与侧边进料口4对应设有进料斗5。进料通道2内设有与封板3旋转配合的进料螺杆6,封板3的下方设有用于驱动进料螺杆6旋转的驱动机构。本实施例的驱动机构包括驱动电机7和与驱动电机7传动连接的减速机8,减速机8与进料螺杆6传动连接。
筒体1内设有与进料螺杆6同轴的内筒9,内筒9的顶端开口并低于筒体的顶面,进料螺杆6延伸伸入内筒9内,且进料螺杆6上与进料通道2对应设有进料螺旋桨叶10、与内筒9对应设有搅拌桨叶11,内筒9的底部设有回料口12,外筒1的底部设有出料口13,且出料口13设置在外筒1内壁与内筒9外壁之间,回料口12和出料口13上均设有开闭阀门14。
进一步,本实施例的搅拌桨叶11呈螺旋状分布,且其螺旋方向与进料螺旋桨叶10的螺旋方向相同。本实施例的搅拌桨叶11与进料螺旋桨叶10之间设有过渡桨叶15,过渡桨叶15的螺旋方向与进料螺旋桨叶的螺旋方向相同。通过将搅拌桨叶11和过渡桨叶15设置为螺旋状分布,一方面可搅拌物料,另一方面可驱动物料向上运动从内筒顶端开口进入到外筒内。
本实施例的螺旋上料搅拌式原料桶,通过在筒体底部设置进料通道和在进料通道内设置进料螺杆,利用进料螺杆可将物料自动进料至筒内,通过在筒体内设置内筒和在进料螺杆上设置搅拌桨叶,可对物料进行搅拌,搅拌均匀后的物料通过内筒的顶端开口进入到内筒与外通之间,并通过出料口出料,即能够满足物料混合搅拌的技术目的。

1.一种螺旋上料搅拌式原料桶,其特征在于:包括固定安装的筒体,所述筒体的底部设有进料通道,所述进料通道的底部设有封板,且所述进料通道的一侧设有侧边进料口,所述筒体上与所述侧边进料口对应设有进料斗;所述进料通道内设有与所述封板旋转配合的进料螺杆,所述封板的下方设有用于驱动所述进料螺杆旋转的驱动机构;
所述筒体内设有与所述进料螺杆同轴的内筒,所述内筒的顶端开口并低于所述筒体的顶面,所述进料螺杆延伸伸入所述内筒内,且所述进料螺杆上与所述进料通道对应设有进料螺旋桨叶、与所述内筒对应设有搅拌桨叶,所述内筒的底部设有回料口,所述外筒的底部设有出料口,且所述出料口设置在所述外筒内壁与所述内筒外壁之间,所述回料口和出料口上均设有开闭阀门。
2.根据权利要求1所述的螺旋上料搅拌式原料桶,其特征在于:所述搅拌桨叶呈螺旋状分布,且其螺旋方向与所述进料螺旋桨叶的螺旋方向相同。
3.根据权利要求2所述的螺旋上料搅拌式原料桶,其特征在于:所述搅拌桨叶与所述进料螺旋桨叶之间设有过渡桨叶,所述过渡桨叶的螺旋方向与所述进料螺旋桨叶的螺旋方向相同。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的螺旋上料搅拌式原料桶,其特征在于:所述驱动机构包括驱动电机和与所述驱动电机传动连接的减速机,所述减速机与所述进料螺杆传动连接。
