本发明参考了《中国居民膳食纤维摄入白皮书2016》和《中国居民膳食指南2016版》,申请发明宗旨是:想从居民每日基本营养需要这一侧面提供一份科学的、快捷的高营养的食品饮料。有了这样一份高营养的饮料,无论是忙忙碌碌的上班族、辛辛苦苦的老人、还是成长发育的儿童,都会使身体得到滋养,使健康更有保证,实为社会效益,高于企业经济效益。
枸杞全草:主五内邪气,热中消渴,周痹风湿,久服,坚筋骨,轻身不老,耐寒暑,下胸胁气,客热头痛,补内伤,大劳嘘吸,强阴,利大小肠,补精气,诸不足,易颜色,明目安神,令人长寿。其苗(叶)乃天精草,苦甘而凉,上焦心肺客热者而宜之,根乃地骨,甘淡而寒,下焦肝肾虚热者宜之。至于子甘平而润,性滋而补,不能退热,只能补肾润肺,生精益气。分而用之,则各有所主,兼而用之,则一举两得。
菊花:菊花性凉,味甘,入肺肝二经,具有疏风清热,明目解毒功效。现在研究,有明显的扩张冠状动脉作用,可增加微血管抵抗力,抑制微血管的通透性,有抗病毒作用,还有镇静和解热作用。
大枣:性温,味甘,入脾胃经,有补脾和胃,益气生津作用,补中益气,强力,适用于胃虚食少、脾弱便溏、心悸失眠、健忘多梦、心烦易燥等。
甘草:甘草味甘,性平,入脾、胃、心、肺四经,具有补脾润肺、益气复脉、缓急止痛、清热解毒、调和药性功效。《名医制录》说:甘草:“温中下气,烦满短气,伤脏咳嗽,止渴,通经脉,利血气,解百药毒”,适用于脾胃虚弱,食欲不振,腹痛便溏,心悸不宁,咳嗽喘息,劳倦发热,咽喉肿痛,痛疽疮疡,调和诸药解百草毒等。
麦麸子:小麦麸营养成分很丰富,还是一种传统的中药,内服具有润肺、滋润皮肤、防癌抗癌、健康和胃、乌发固发、清理肠胃、滋阴养阳等作用。对于虚汗、盗汗、泄利、糖尿病、口腔炎、热疮、折伤、风湿痹痛有一定的生理功能,小麦麸也是一种高营养食品,含有蛋白质15%,比白面还高,含有很高的膳食纤维,丰富的B族维生素及多种矿物质,是人体不可缺少的营养素;小麦麸(麦麸子)每100克营养素的含量:
圆苞车前子壳粉:圆苞车前子草种子外壳,经研磨后制得。2014年5月30日国家卫生计生委发布2014年第10号公告,批准圆苞车前子壳为新食品原料(使用范围不包括婴幼 儿食品)。它总膳食纤维含量89.55%。其中不可溶性膳食纤维40.33%,可溶性膳食纤维49.22%。适当的摄入膳食纤维,能帮助胃肠蠕动,防止便秘,有效预防肥胖症,高血压,高血脂,动脉硬化等心血管疾病,预防糖尿病及癌症(直肠癌、结肠癌、乳腺癌)。
发明的有益效果是:
(1)以枸杞全草(根、茎、叶、花、果)、菊花、大枣、甘草为原料,营养丰富,具有很好的养生保健功效,可调理肠道、健脾、补肾、祛湿、补气、补血,是一种非常健康的饮品,长期服用有强身健体的作用。
(2)圆苞车前子壳粉和麦麸子含有丰富的膳食纤维,通过膨化后粉碎,添加入饮品中,其口味和口感更容易被消费者接受,以枸杞全草、菊花、大枣、甘草中加入麦麸、圆苞车前子壳粉,其膳食纤维营养更丰富、更全面,口感好,适合中老年人饮用。
具体实施方式
实施例1
(1)称取小麦麸40kg粉碎并过30目筛,与圆苞车前子壳粉8kg,糖7kg混匀,然后用8kg的饮用水,溶解0.12kg盐,0.06kg小苏打,用该水溶液湿润上述混合粉,搅拌均匀送入双螺杆膨化挤出机,设定温度在130℃,压力在2.5kg/cm2,膨化挤出机螺杆转速为200转/分钟,进行挤压膨化后经剪切,得到半成品,先进入热风循环烘道进行干燥,然后冷却,膨化干燥后的颗粒水分为7%,粉碎40目,得到小麦麸-圆苞车前子壳粉膨化粉,备用;
(2)称取枸杞全草(根、茎、叶、花、果)20kg,菊花3kg,大枣5kg,甘草3kg清洗后,加465kg水,用中火熬制70分钟,用80目滤网过滤残渣,得枸杞全草汤汁,备用;
(3)按小麦麸-圆苞车前子壳粉膨化粉:水=1:16的重量比加入沸水中,煮沸20分钟,冷却至50℃时,用80目滤网过滤,得滤液;将滤液和枸杞全草汤汁勾兑在一起,进行搅拌20分钟后,进行灌装封口,再送到灭菌柜灭菌,即得成品。
实施例2
(1)称取小麦麸55kg粉碎并过30目筛,和圆苞车前子壳粉10kg混匀,然后用10kg的饮用水溶解0.3kg食盐,0.08kg的小苏打和0.13kg甜菊糖苷,用该水溶液湿润上求混合粉,搅拌均匀送入双螺杆膨化挤出机,设定温度135℃,压力在2kg/cm2,膨化挤出机,螺杆转速为200转/分钟,进行挤压膨化,经剪切,得到半成品,先后送入热风循环烘道进行干燥和冷却,膨化干燥后的颗粒水分为5%,粉碎40目,得到小麦麸-圆苞车前子壳粉膨化粉,备用;
(2)称取枸杞全草(根、茎、叶、花、果)5kg,菊花10kg,大枣20公斤,甘草5公斤,清洗后,加入600kg的水,熬制60分钟,用80目过滤残渣,得枸杞全草汤汁,备用;
(3)按小麦麸-圆苞车前子壳粉膨化粉:水=1:16的重量比加入沸水中,煮沸15分钟,冷却到50℃时,用80目滤网过滤,得滤液;将滤液和枸杞全草汤汁勾兑在一起,进行搅拌20分钟后,进行灌装封口,再送到灭菌柜灭菌,即得成品(无糖型)。
实施例3
(1)称取小麦麸70kg和圆苞车前子壳粉5kg混匀,然后用13kg的饮用水溶解0.2kg食盐,0.08kg的小苏打和20kg糖,用该水溶液湿润上求混合粉,搅拌均匀送入双螺杆膨化挤出机,设定温度132℃,压力在2.2kg/cm2,膨化挤出机,螺杆转速为200转/分钟,进行挤压膨化,经剪切,得到半成品,先后送入热风循环烘道进行干燥和冷却,膨化干燥后的颗粒水分为6%,粉碎40目,得到小麦麸-圆苞车前子壳粉膨化粉,备用;
(2)称取枸杞全草(根、茎、叶、花、果)40kg,菊花5kg,大枣10公斤,甘草10公斤,清洗后,加入975kg的水,熬制60分钟,用80目过滤残渣,得枸杞全草汤汁,备用;
(3)按小麦麸-圆苞车前子壳粉膨化粉:水=1:16的重量比加入沸水中,煮沸15分钟,冷却到50℃时,用80目滤网过滤,得滤液;将滤液和枸杞全草汤汁勾兑在一起,进行搅拌20分钟后,进行灌装封口,再送到灭菌柜灭菌,即得成品。
实施例4
称取小麦麸35kg圆苞车前子壳粉10kg,糖10kg混匀备用,称取枸杞全草(根、茎、叶、花、果)20kg,菊花3kg,大枣5kg,甘草3kg洗净,加入150kg的饮用水,用中火熬制60分钟,用40目过滤残渣得汤汁备用,将备制好的小麦麸50kg加入枸杞全草汤汁10kg(食盐0.12kg,小苏打0.06kg)进行绞拌均匀,送入双螺杆膨化机,设定温度在130℃压力在2.5kg/cm2,膨化挤出机螺杆转速为200转/每分钟,进行挤压膨化,经剪切,得到半成品,先后进入热风循环烘道进行干燥、冷却,膨化颗粒的水分5%,粉碎过100目筛网,然后进行按25g进行包装,即成为固体饮料。食用时,可根据个人口味喜好,加水调配,方便快捷,营养可口。
以上仅为本发明的具体实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (7)
1.一种麦麸枸杞全草营养食品饮料,其特征是:
按重量份数计,组成如下:
小麦麸:20份—70份;
圆苞车前子壳粉:5份—30份;
枸杞全草:5份—40份;
菊花:3份—10份;
甘草:3份—20份;
大枣:5份—30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的麦麸枸杞全草营养食品饮料,其特征是:
按重量份数计,组成如下:
小麦麸:40份—70份;
圆苞车前子壳粉:5份—10份;
枸杞全草:5份—40份;
菊花:3份—10份;
甘草:3份—10份;
大枣:5份—20份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的麦麸枸杞全草营养食品饮料,其特征是:所述小麦麸与圆苞车前子壳粉的质量比为5:1—14:1。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的麦麸枸杞全草营养食品饮料,其特征是:所述麦麸枸杞全草营养食品饮料还包括:糖7份—20份,盐0.1份—0.3份。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种麦麸枸杞全草营养食品饮料的制作方法,其特征是:
具体步骤如下:
(1)先将麦麸、圆苞车前子壳粉、糖和盐混合,膨化后,粉碎至40目,备用;
(2)将枸杞全草、菊花、大枣、甘草用水洗净后,按照枸杞全草、菊花、大枣和甘草总重量15倍的水熬煮60分钟—70分钟后,过滤,得到枸杞全草的汤汁,备用;
(3)将膨化后的麦麸、圆苞车前子壳粉称重,按麦麸和圆苞车前子壳粉总重量与水的重量比1:16的比例加入沸水中煮15分钟—20分钟,冷却至50℃时,用80目滤网过滤,将滤液和枸杞全草的汤汁混合后搅拌,再用压滤机精滤,得出滤液,进行灌装,将灌装好成品,用灭菌柜灭菌,灭菌冷却后,得到麦麸枸杞全草营养食品饮料。
6.如权利要求4所述的一种麦麸枸杞全草营养食品饮料的制作方法,其特征是:
具体步骤如下:
(1)将枸杞全草,菊花,大枣和甘草洗净,加入饮用水,熬制,用40目滤网过滤残渣,得汤汁,备用;
(2)将小麦麸粉碎,并与圆苞车前子壳粉和糖混匀,加入步骤(1)熬制的汤汁,并加入食盐和小苏打进行绞拌均匀,送入双螺杆膨化机,进行挤压膨化,经剪切,得到半成品,先后进入热风循环烘道进行干燥、冷却,粉碎过100目筛网,得到麦麸枸杞全草营养食品固体饮料。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的麦麸枸杞全草营养食品饮料,其特征是:所述小麦麸与圆苞车前子壳粉的质量比为5:1—14:1。
