本发明公开了一种复合多功能面料的生产方法,属于特种服饰加工面料的生产方法技术领域。本发明为解决上述技术问题采用如下技术方案,一种复合多功能面料的生产方法,主要过程包括:A、纺纱织布;B、染色和防紫外整理;C、阻燃整理;D、抗菌防蚊处理;E、三防处理即防油、防水、防污处理。本发明生产的面料同时具备阻燃、防静电、防紫外、防油、防污、防水、抗菌和防蚊虫等八种功能,基本上满足了实际需求,为特殊环境的使用者提供了安全可靠的保障。

技术领域
本发明属于特种服饰加工面料的生产方法技术领域,具体涉及一种复合多功能面料的生产方法。
背景技术
工作在海上石油钻井平台,以及野外油气勘探、通信及电力线路维护等野外作业的工作人员,因各种气候和工作环境条件恶劣,他们需要能够同时满足野外生存和工作环境的多功能复合型面料制作的服装,尤其让他们难以忍受的是湿热环境下的蚊虫叮咬,很多人承受着巨大的痛苦,有的甚至被传染上疾病。目前市场上能够提供的都是单一功能或者最多具备2-3种功能的面料或服装,将阻燃、防静电、防紫外、防油、防污、防水、抗菌和防蚊虫八种功能同时赋予一种面料,能够解决这一特殊群体的实际需求。但是目前存在的技术难点是:(1)、各功能之间会存在一定的相互影响,需要寻找合适的化工助剂;(2)、各功能施加的先后有一定的科学顺序,不能出错。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是提供了一种复合多功能面料的生产方法,该方法将阻燃、防静电、防紫外、防油、防污、防水、抗菌和防蚊虫八种功能同时赋予一种面料,解决了这一特殊群体的实际需求。
本发明为解决上述技术问题采用如下技术方案,一种复合多功能面料的生产方法,其特征在于具体过程为:
A、纺纱织布:
a、纤维成分:80wt%棉、18wt%涤纶和2wt%黑色有机导电纤维,
b、面料纱支:32s/2*32s/2 密度:100根/英寸*50根/英寸,
c、纺纱方式:环锭纺,
d、面料纹路:2/2斜纹或3/1斜纹,
e、织布机器:喷气织机或箭杆织机,
f、导电纤维的加入方式:经向和纬向各每隔1.0cm并入一根导电纤维,形成1cm*1cm方格形式;
B、染色和防紫外整理:
a、工艺流程:翻布缝头、烧毛、退浆、煮练、漂白、丝光、染色、水洗烘干、防紫外整理、烘干拉幅;
b、防紫外线溶液的配制:
反应性防紫外吸收剂杂环化合物 10-50g/L,
纯碱 4-8g/L;
防紫外整理的工艺条件:浸轧防紫外线溶液,轧余率为70%-80%,于80-100℃烘干,用100-105℃的饱和蒸汽汽蒸60-90s或者于130℃焙烘2-3min,热水洗后冷水洗;
C、阻燃整理:
a、阻燃剂工作液的配制:
THPC阻燃剂 380-480g/L,
渗透剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 1-2g/L;
b、工艺流程:浸轧阻燃剂工作液,于90-100℃烘干,氨熏,氧化水洗,拉幅烘干;
D、抗菌防蚊处理:
a、抗菌防蚊工作液的配制:
防蚊剂苄氯菊酯 20-40g/L,
抗菌剂甲壳素 20-60g/L,
柠檬酸 1-2g/L;
b、工艺流程及条件:浸轧抗菌防蚊工作液,轧余率为60%-80%,于100℃烘干,再于130-160℃焙烘30-60s;
E、三防处理即防油、防水、防污处理:
a、整理剂工作液的配制:
有机氟化物分散液 60-100g/L,
醋酸 1-1.5g/L;
b、流程及条件:浸轧整理剂工作液,轧液率65%-75%,于100-130℃烘干,再于150-160℃焙烘1-2min,预缩,成品检验包装。
本发明生产的面料同时具备阻燃、防静电、防紫外、防油、防污、防水、抗菌和防蚊虫等八种功能,基本上满足了实际需求,为特殊环境的使用者提供了安全可靠的保障。

实施例
生产过程:
A、纺纱织布:
a、纤维成分:80wt%棉、18wt%涤纶和2wt%黑色有机导电纤维,
b、面料纱支:32s/2*32s/2 密度:100根/英寸*50根/英寸,
c、纺纱方式:环锭纺,
d、面料纹路:2/2斜纹或3/1斜纹,
e、织布机器:喷气织机或箭杆织机,
f、导电纤维的加入方式:经向和纬向各每隔1.0cm并入一根导电纤维,形成1cm*1cm方格形式,
由于在织布中加入了有机导电纤维,实现了面料的防静电功能,有机导电纤维本身具有永久抗静电功能,因为是经纬方向都加入,确保了防静电功能不会因后续的加工而消失或衰减;
B、染色和防紫外整理:
a、工艺流程:翻布缝头、烧毛、退浆、煮练、漂白、丝光、染色、水洗烘干、防紫外整理、烘干拉幅;
b、防紫外线溶液的配制:
反应性防紫外吸收剂杂环化合物 10-50g/L,
纯碱 4-8g/L;
防紫外整理的工艺条件:浸轧防紫外线溶液,轧余率为70%-80%,于80-100℃烘干,用100-105℃的饱和蒸汽汽蒸60-90s或者于130℃焙烘2-3min,热水洗后冷水洗,
在染色后添加了反应性防紫外吸收剂,与棉纤维发生了反应结合,具有耐50次以上水洗后还能保证防紫外性能UPF50+的能力,不受后工序的影响,也不会影响到其他功能的复合;
C、阻燃整理:
a、阻燃剂工作液的配制:
THPC阻燃剂 380-480g/L,
渗透剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 1-2g/L;
b、工艺流程:浸轧阻燃剂工作液,于90-100℃烘干,氨熏,氧化水洗,拉幅烘干;
D、抗菌防蚊处理:
a、抗菌防蚊工作液的配制:
防蚊剂苄氯菊酯 20-40g/L,
抗菌剂甲壳素 20-60g/L,
柠檬酸 1-2g/L;
b、工艺流程及条件:浸轧抗菌防蚊工作液,轧余率为60%-80%,于100℃烘干,再于130-160℃焙烘30-60s;
E、三防处理即防油、防水、防污处理:
a、整理剂工作液的配制:
有机氟化物分散液 60-100g/L,
醋酸 1-1.5g/L;
b、流程及条件:浸轧整理剂工作液,轧液率65%-75%,于100-130℃烘干,再于150-160℃焙烘1-2min,预缩,成品检验包装。
本工序中采用的三防整理剂要求为低温(160℃以下)交联型的,主要避免因温度过高会使抗菌防蚊剂挥发而影响抗菌、防蚊的效果。
测试报告:
本发明生产的面料同时具备阻燃、防静电、防紫外、防油、防污、防水、抗菌和防蚊虫等八种功能,基本上满足了实际需求,为特殊环境的使用者提供了安全可靠的保障。

1.一种复合多功能面料的生产方法,其特征在于具体过程为:
A、纺纱织布:
a、纤维成分:80wt%棉、18wt%涤纶和2wt%黑色有机导电纤维,
b、面料纱支:32s/2*32s/2 密度:100根/英寸*50根/英寸,
c、纺纱方式:环锭纺,
d、面料纹路:2/2斜纹或3/1斜纹,
e、织布机器:喷气织机或箭杆织机,
f、导电纤维的加入方式:经向和纬向各每隔1.0cm并入一根导电纤维,形成1cm*1cm方格形式;
B、染色和防紫外整理:
a、工艺流程:翻布缝头、烧毛、退浆、煮练、漂白、丝光、染色、水洗烘干、防紫外整理、烘干拉幅;
b、防紫外线溶液的配制:
反应性防紫外吸收剂杂环化合物 10-50g/L,
纯碱 4-8g/L;
防紫外整理的工艺条件:浸轧防紫外线溶液,轧余率为70%-80%,于80-100℃烘干,用100-105℃的饱和蒸汽汽蒸60-90s或者于130℃焙烘2-3min,热水洗后冷水洗;
C、阻燃整理:
a、阻燃剂工作液的配制:
THPC阻燃剂 380-480g/L,
渗透剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 1-2g/L;
b、工艺流程:浸轧阻燃剂工作液,于90-100℃烘干,氨熏,氧化水洗,拉幅烘干;

抗菌剂甲壳素 20-60g/L,
柠檬酸 1-2g/L;
b、工艺流程及条件:浸轧抗菌防蚊工作液,轧余率为60%-80%,于100℃烘干,再于130-160℃焙烘30-60s;
E、三防处理即防油、防水、防污处理:
a、整理剂工作液的配制:
有机氟化物分散液 60-100g/L,
