本发明涉及一种高耐静水压持久抗菌面料的制备方法,属于纺织印染技术领域。
背景技术
汉麻具有广谱抗菌效果,并有极佳的吸湿透气性能,将汉麻用于厨师服、餐厅服务员围裙、护士罩衣等劳保面料可有效改善从业人员的工作条件,大部分此类劳保用品都具有防水甚至耐高静水压的功能。但麻类面料的防水加工难度大,麻结、织疵多使得耐静水压性能也较差。
目前主流解决高耐静水压的方案是在面料里面覆膜,但是此工艺加工流程长,透气性差,完全损失了汉麻透气性的优势。
专利CN201910667102.1中公开了一种抗菌复合面料,其通过在面料层表面设置抗菌TPU膜层来实现防水功能,面料层和抗菌TPU膜层之间设置有胶黏层,胶黏层包括1-10wt%的阻燃型环氧树脂和90-99wt%的热熔胶,制得的复合面料具有防水性能,但是其使用的粘合剂安全性低、透气性差。
在纺织印染领域经常用到的设备为空气洗设备,而空气洗设备配有料槽、轧车、烘房,可以对面料进行轧料处理,但目前空气洗设备主要是进行轧水或面料直接进入烘房,即现有技术中并未对该设备进行充分利用。

发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高耐静水压持久抗菌面料的制备方法,其设计科学合理,工艺流程简短,制得的面料耐可静水压500mm H2O以上,具有优异的持久抗菌、防水、高耐静水压功能。
本发明所述的高耐静水压持久抗菌面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
面料整理工艺流程为:冷堆→煮漂→染色→空气洗→焙烘;
面料采用新疆长绒棉纤维与汉麻纤维为原料的混纺纱织造;
所述混纺纱选用普梳环锭纺纱线。
优选的,新疆长绒棉纤维的用量为55%-70%,汉麻纤维的用量为30%-45%。
为了实现最佳抗净水压效果,需要调整面料的最佳密度与组织。优选的,面料成品规格:C/L30*C/L30*145*85*55/56,组织:1/1。
优选的,冷轧堆工序中,堆置时间18-26h,堆置温度30-36℃,车速40-50m/min,冷堆液组成为:烧碱30-35g/L,双氧水3-5g/L,螯合剂3-4g/L,精炼剂4-5g/L,渗透剂3-5g/L,余量为水。
其中,渗透剂、螯合剂、精炼剂可以选择市售任意产品。
进一步优选的,螯合剂选择鲁瑞精细化工有限公司的SQ-A;渗透剂选择鲁瑞精细化工有限公司的WA-M;精炼剂选择鲁瑞精细化工有限公司的SA-U。
优选的,煮漂工序中,工作液组成为:双氧水12-15g/L,烧碱2-3g/L,渗透剂3-5g/L,精炼剂3-4g/L,稳定剂4-5g/L,余量为水;经过蒸箱的时间为20-25分钟,车速40-45m/min。其中,渗透剂、精炼剂、稳定剂可以选择市售任意产品。
进一步优选的,渗透剂选择鲁瑞精细化工有限公司的WA-M;精炼剂选择科莱恩化工有限公司的Hostapal*UH;稳定剂选择鲁瑞精细化工有限公司的HP-S。
优选的,染色工序中:
轧干工序,染料使用高日晒还原染料,轧干车速30-40m/min;
固色工序中,车速40--50m/min,蒸箱温度99±2℃,溢流水3000-3600L/H,水洗槽温度95±2℃,元明粉:120-150g/L,纯碱:10-20g/L,防染盐:1-3g/L。
优选的,空气洗工序中:温度110-120℃,上风量80%,下风量45%,排风量:70%,烘房处理时间25-30min,工作液使用C6三防整理剂与抗菌助剂,工作液组成为:疏水剂120-180g/L,交联促进剂40-60g/L,抗菌剂:30-60g/L,余量为水。
所述疏水剂为氟碳化合物共聚物,进一步优选的,疏水剂为青岛欧诺思化工有限公司AM-5602;所述交联促进剂为封端聚氨酯,进一步优选的,交联促进剂为青岛欧诺思化工有限公司NN-1;所述抗菌剂为银离子无机盐、氢氧化铵以及乙醇的混合物,进一步优选的,抗菌剂为陶氏化学(中国)投资有限公司的930-flex。
优选的,焙烘工序中,烘房温度为165-175℃,焙烘时间为3-4min。
本发明通过使用棉麻混纺纱线,改善麻类面料手感,提高布面均匀程度;并研发空气洗技术,提升面料的毛羽效果,填充纱线间空隙、弥补织疵;在空气洗设备中将三防助剂、抗菌助剂有机结合,最终实现短流程的高耐静水压持久抗菌面料制备方法,并实现持久抗菌、防水等多种功能的整合,可用于包括厨师服、餐厅服务员围裙、护士罩衣等在内的劳保面料以及装饰用途。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明所述的面料使用普梳环锭纺纱线,提高了面料纱线间的填充程度,面料成本低;
(2)本发明所述的面料汉麻纤维的用量为30%-45%,纱线材料上具有广谱抗菌效果,再叠加银离子抗菌技术,能够实现持久抗菌;
(3)本发明通过优选组织规格,C/L30*C/L30*145*85*55/56,组织:1/1,结合三防整理可实现最佳耐静水压效果,耐静水压可达500mm H2O以上;
(4)本发明通过空气洗技术,改善面料手感,并填充纱线间的孔隙以及纱疵造成的空洞;
(5)本发明在空气洗中将抗菌助剂与三防助剂一浴,防水(AATCC 22)洗前100分15次洗后90分;50次水洗后抗菌效果仍能达到金黄色葡萄球均抑制率99%,大肠杆菌抑制率99%。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但其并不限制本发明的实施。
所用原料如无特别说明,均为市售常规产品。
实施例1
一种高耐静水压持久抗菌面料,面料成品规格:C/L30*C/L30*145*85*55/56,组织:1/1,采用新疆长绒棉纤维与汉麻纤维为原料的混纺纱织造,新疆长绒棉纤维与汉麻的混纺比例为65%:35%;所述混纺纱选用普梳环锭纺纱线。
面料整理工艺流程为:冷堆→煮漂→染色→空气洗→焙烘;具体步骤如下:
(1)冷堆:堆置时间18h,堆置温度30℃,车速40m/min,冷堆液组成为:烧碱30g/L,双氧水3g/L,螯合剂3g/L,精炼剂4g/L,渗透剂3g/L,余量为水。
螯合剂选择鲁瑞精细化工有限公司的SQ-A;渗透剂选择鲁瑞精细化工有限公司的WA-M;精炼剂选择鲁瑞精细化工有限公司的SA-U。
(2)煮漂:工作液组成为:双氧水12g/L,烧碱2g/L,渗透剂3g/L,精炼剂3g/L,稳定剂4g/L,余量为水;经过蒸箱的时间为20分钟,车速40m/min。
渗透剂选择鲁瑞精细化工有限公司的WA-M;精炼剂选择科莱恩化工有限公司的Hostapal*UH;稳定剂选择鲁瑞精细化工有限公司的HP-S。
(3)染色:轧干工序,染料使用高日晒还原染料,轧干车速30m/min,固色工序中,车速40m/min,蒸箱温度99±2℃,溢流水3000L/H,水洗槽温度95±2℃,元明粉:120g/L,纯碱:10g/L,防染盐:1g/L
高日晒染料为Huntsman生产的BCL-BR。
(4)空气洗:温度110℃,上风量80%,下风量45%,排风量:70%,烘房处理时间30min,工作液组成为:疏水剂180g/L,交联促进剂60g/L,抗菌剂:60g/L,余量为水。
疏水剂选择青岛欧诺思化工有限公司的AM-5602;交联促进剂选择青岛欧诺思化工有限公司的NN-1;抗菌剂选择陶氏化学(中国)投资有限公司的930-flex。
(5)焙烘:温度175℃,焙烘时间3min。
实施例2
面料成品规格::C/30*C/L30*145*85*55/56,组织:1/1,新疆长绒棉纤维与汉麻的混纺比例为65%:35%;所述混纺纱选用普梳环锭纺纱线。
面料整理工艺流程为:冷堆→煮漂→染色→空气洗→焙烘;具体步骤如下:
(1)冷堆:堆置时间26h,堆置温度36℃,车速50m/min,冷堆液组成为:烧碱35g/L,双氧水5g/L,螯合剂4g/L,精炼剂5g/L,渗透剂5g/L,余量为水。
螯合剂选择鲁瑞精细化工有限公司的SQ-A;渗透剂选择鲁瑞精细化工有限公司的WA-M;精炼剂选择鲁瑞精细化工有限公司的SA-U。
(2)煮漂:工作液组成为:双氧水15g/L,烧碱3g/L,渗透剂5g/L,精炼剂4g/L,稳定剂5g/L,余量为水;经过蒸箱的时间为25分钟,车速45m/min。

(4)空气洗:温度120℃,上风量80%,下风量45%,排风量:70%,烘房处理时间25-min,工作液组成为:疏水剂120g/L,交联促进剂40g/L,抗菌剂:30g/L,余量为水。
疏水剂选择青岛欧诺思化工有限公司的AM-5602;交联促进剂选择青岛欧诺思化工有限公司的NN-1;抗菌剂选择陶氏化学(中国)投资有限公司的930-flex。
(5)焙烘:温度165℃,焙烘时间4min。
实施例3
一种高耐静水压持久抗菌面料,面料成品规格:C/L30*C/L30*145*85*55/56,组织:1/1,采用新疆长绒棉纤维与汉麻纤维为原料的混纺纱织造,新疆长绒棉纤维与汉麻的混纺比例为65%:35%;所述混纺纱选用普梳环锭纺纱线。

(1)冷堆:堆置时间24h,堆置温度34℃,车速45m/min,冷堆液组成为:烧碱32g/L,双氧水4g/L,螯合剂3g/L,精炼剂4g/L,渗透剂3g/L,余量为水。
螯合剂选择鲁瑞精细化工有限公司的SQ-A;渗透剂选择鲁瑞精细化工有限公司的WA-M;精炼剂选择鲁瑞精细化工有限公司的SA-U。
(2)煮漂:工作液组成为:双氧水14g/L,烧碱3g/L,渗透剂4g/L,精炼剂3g/L,稳定剂4g/L,余量为水;经过蒸箱的时间为22分钟,车速42m/min。
渗透剂选择鲁瑞精细化工有限公司的WA-M;精炼剂选择科莱恩化工有限公司的Hostapal*UH;稳定剂选择鲁瑞精细化工有限公司的HP-S。
(3)染色:轧干工序,染料使用高日晒还原染料,轧干车速30m/min,固色工序中,车速35m/min,蒸箱温度99±2℃,溢流水3000L/H,水洗槽温度95±2℃,元明粉:120g/L,纯碱:10g/L,防染盐:1g/L
高日晒染料为Huntsman生产的BCL-BR。
(4)空气洗:温度115℃,上风量80%,下风量45%,排风量:70%,烘房处理时间28min,工作液组成为:疏水剂150g/L,交联促进剂45g/L,抗菌剂:50g/L,余量为水。
疏水剂选择青岛欧诺思化工有限公司的AM-5602;交联促进剂选择青岛欧诺思化工有限公司的NN-1;抗菌剂选择陶氏化学(中国)投资有限公司的930-flex。
(5)焙烘:温度170℃,焙烘时间3.5min。
对比例1
本对比例制备的面料,与实施例1的面料同材质、同纺纱方式,面料成品规格:C/30*C/L30*140*75*55/56,组织:1/1,新疆长绒棉纤维与汉麻的混纺比例为65%:35%;所述混纺纱选用普梳环锭纺纱线。
面料整理工艺流程与实施例1完全相同。
对比例2
本对比例制备的面料,与实施例1的面料同克重、同纺纱方式,面料成品规格CVC30*CVC 30*145*85*55/56,组织:1/1,涤纶短纤维与新疆长绒棉纤维的混纺比例为35%:65%;
面料整理工艺流程与实施例1完全相同。
对比例3
本对比例制备的面料,与实施例1的面料同克重、同材质,面料成品规格、组织、纱线完全相同。
面料整理工艺流程与实施例1基本相同,不同点仅在于:
空气洗工序中,三防整理剂使用碳氢化合物类无氟防水剂(此防水剂为青岛欧诺斯化工SA-9),SA-9:150g/L。
对比例4
本对比例制备的面料,与实施例1的面料同克重、同材质,面料成品规格、组织、纱线完全相同。
面料整理工艺流程与实施例1基本相同,不同点仅在于:
将空气洗工序替换为拉幅三防,工艺为:工作液组成为:疏水剂120g/L,交联促进剂40g/L,抗菌剂:30g/L,余量为水;烘干温度120℃,车速30m/min。
将实施例1-2和对比例1-4的布面料进行性能测试,测试结果如表1所示。

1.一种高耐静水压持久抗菌面料的制备方法,其特征在于:面料整理工艺流程为:冷堆→煮漂→染色→空气洗→焙烘;
面料采用新疆长绒棉纤维与汉麻纤维为原料的混纺纱织造;
所述混纺纱选用普梳环锭纺纱线;
新疆长绒棉纤维的用量为55%-70%,汉麻纤维的用量为30%-45%;
面料成品规格:C/L30* C/L30*145*85*55/56,组织:1/1;
空气洗工序中,工作液使用C6三防整理剂与抗菌助剂,进烘房在110-120℃温度下拍打25-30min;
工作液组成为:疏水剂AM-5602 120-180g/L,交联促进剂NN-1 40-60g/L,抗菌剂930-flex:30-60g/L,余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高耐静水压持久抗菌面料的制备方法,其特征在于:焙烘工序中,烘房温度为165-175℃,焙烘时间为3-4min。
