Abstract

本发明提供一种经棉纬向双包芯弹力免烫面料的整理方法,其特征在于:经纱使用纯棉11.7tex,纬纱使用纯棉14.5tex包覆低弹网络丝105D和氨纶弹力丝70D,三者的质量比是纯棉占90%~95%、低弹网络丝占5%~8%、氨纶弹力丝占2%~5%,其工艺流程依次为蒸纱、织造、翻布、烧毛、退浆、煮练、漂白、丝光、液氨、潮交联、堆置、水洗、拉幅、预缩和验装;纱线通过高温蒸汽蒸纱,释放氨纶弹力纱的部分应力,染整过程中不加工干定型,可以改善面料黄变、弹性低、卷边等问题,并且通过潮交联整理技术使面料在AATCC 124方法下30次水洗外观可达到3.5级以上,弹性在ASTM D3107‑2011方法下可达到20%以上。本发明处理后的面料穿着柔软舒适、弹性适中、回复性好,而且具有优良的免熨烫效果。

Description

经棉纬向双包芯弹力免烫面料的整理方法
技术领域
本发明提供一种经棉纬双包芯弹力免烫面料的整理方法,属于纺织印染技术领域。
背景技术
由于弹力织物具有较好的弹性,穿着舒适得到广大消费者的青睐,随着新的弹力纤维的不断出现以及人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对弹力面料的需求逐渐增加。尽管弹力面料具有诸多优点,但也存在不足之处,目前市场上弹力面料多数以氨纶为主,因纱线的特性该类面料在加工时需要经过高温定型,以此来保证面料的尺寸稳定性,同时防止面料卷边,面料在整理过程中容易出现黄变、弹性损失大,回复性差等问题,给生产带来极大的影响。
当前弹力面料多以纯棉包氨纶弹力丝为主,由于纯棉面料的存在,面料本身免烫性差洗涤后褶皱严重,无法满足高端消费者对弹力面料的需求,同时由于弹力纤维的存在,很多弹力纤维在免烫加工过程中容易出现断丝或者弹力受损的情况,从而影响面料的免烫性,因此弹力面料目前很少加工免烫整理,加工免烫的面料免烫性一般都较差,一般免烫性在3级左右,很难满足人们对于高端弹力面料的需求。
发明内容
本发明提供一种能够克服上述缺陷、面料在生产过程中黄变小、染整加工过程中无须定型,不存在卷边等问题、并且赋予面料较高的免烫性、尺寸稳定性的经棉纬向双包芯弹力免烫面料的加工方法。其技术方案为:
一种经棉纬双包芯弹力免烫面料的整理方法,其特征在于:经纱采用纯棉11.7tex,纬纱使用纯棉14.5tex包覆低弹网络丝105D和氨纶弹力丝70D三者的质量比是纯棉占90%~95%、低弹网络丝占5%~8%、氨纶弹力丝占2%~4%。,其工艺流程依次为纺纱、蒸纱、织造、翻布、烧毛、退煮、漂白、丝光、液氨、潮交联、堆置、水洗、拉幅、预缩和验装;其中:
蒸纱工序:在蒸纱机中采用高温汽蒸定型,汽蒸2~3分钟后停止通入蒸汽,抽取真空,反复4~5次将空气排除,再进行90℃~100℃汽蒸处理20~30分钟;
织造工序:车速750rpm,张力200kg,后梁高度4cm深度4cm,停经架高度5~-5mm,棕框页数1~4页,棕高126~130mm,主喷时间内开口角为250~300°;
丝光工序:张力200N~300N,碱浓度为270~280g/l;
潮交联工序:在拉幅机上进行,潮交联助剂的组分及重量配比为树脂FA220~260g/l、酸性催化剂UMP110~130g/l、纤维保护剂HDP 20~30g/l,盐酸1~2g/l,其余为水,烘房温度控制在90~120℃,落布湿度在6~8%之间,拉幅超喂5%,扩幅为成品幅宽的上限2~3cm;
堆置工序:将织物在落布处打卷,堆置时间18~24小时,堆置环境温湿度为30~35℃;
拉幅工序:面料保持松弛状态烘干。
本发明与现有技术相比,其优点在于:
1、蒸纱工艺的选择:纱线通过蒸纱达到一种比较稳定的状态,配合低弹网络丝使面料在加工过程中更加稳定,防止加工时面料造成卷边、幅宽不稳等问题。另外可以减少染整加工过程干定型工序,有利于提高面料弹性,改善布面黄变的问题。
2、提升面料的免烫性:通过蒸纱后面料免烫性可以提升0.1~0.2级,因通过蒸纱后纱线的应力得到释放,纱线卷曲程度得到降低,搭配潮交联树脂堆置后可以有效的改善面料外观,提高面料的免烫性,常规的弹力纱加工的树脂面料免烫性在3~3.2级左右。
3、采用本发明加工的高弹免烫面料可减少整理过程中的干定型工序,并且面料白度、弹性、回复性能均优于目前市场上常规弹力面料,用此面料手感柔软,透气性、吸湿性好,抗皱性更加优越,达到美国AATCC 124标准3.5级以上,弹性在ASTM D3107-2011方法下可达到20%以上,面料的弹性回复可达到80%以上,属于高档弹力免烫衬衫面料。
具体实施方式
实施例1,面料规格为:经纱采用纯棉11.7tex,纬纱使用纯棉14.5tex包覆低弹网络丝105D和氨纶弹力丝70D,三者的质量比是纯棉占92%,低弹网络丝占5%,氨纶弹力丝占3%,140*70*55/56的平纹面料,工艺流程依次为:
蒸纱:在蒸纱机中采用高温汽蒸定型,汽蒸3分钟后停止通入蒸汽,抽取真空,反复4次将空气排除,再进行100℃汽蒸处理20分钟;
织造:车速750rpm,张力200kg,后梁高度4cm深度4cm,停经架高度5mm,棕框页数4页,棕高126mm、126mm、128mm、128mm,主喷时间内开口角为270°;
翻布:烧毛、退煮、漂白、丝光、液氨、潮交联、堆置、水洗、拉幅、预缩和验装
翻布工序:正反面一致,缝头处平直、牢固;
烧毛工序:烧毛干净;
退浆煮练工序:退浆干净,退浆率达到98%以上,煮练后毛效达到5cm/5min,以保证免烫效果和手感;
漂白工序:漂白后的面料白度在D65光源下的CIE树脂达到87;
丝光工序:丝光充分,布面pH值为7;
液氨整理工序:采用常规的液氨整理,液氨整理后的面料pH值为6。
潮交联工序:在拉幅机上进行,潮交联助剂的组分及重量配比为树脂FA220g/l、酸性催化剂UMP110g/l、纤维保护剂HDP20g/l,盐酸1g/l,其余为水,烘房温度控制在110℃,落布湿度在6.8%,拉幅超喂5%,拉幅扩145cm(57英寸)。
堆置:将织物在落布处打卷,堆置时间20小时,堆置环境温度为35℃、湿度32℃。
水洗:在水洗机上进行70℃清洗,所用助剂的组分及重量配比为纯碱10g/l,醋酸2g/l。
拉幅:在拉幅机上进行,柔软剂FH-01浓度为40g/l,盐酸浓度为1g/l,渗透剂MRZ浓度为2g/l。
预缩:为满足面料的缩水要求,在预缩机上进行,缩水率控制在-2.5%。
实施例2,面料规格为:经纱采用纯棉11.7tex,纬纱使用纯棉14.5tex包覆低弹网络丝105D和氨纶弹力丝70D,三者的质量比是纯棉占94%,低弹网络丝占4%,氨纶弹力丝占2%,150*90*57/58的斜纹面料,工艺流程依次为:
蒸纱:在蒸纱机中采用高温汽蒸定型,汽蒸2分钟后停止通入蒸汽,抽取真空,反复4次将空气排除,再进行100℃汽蒸处理25分钟;
织造:车速700rpm,张力200kg,后梁高度4cm深度4cm,停经架高度4mm,棕框页数4页,棕高128mm、128mm、128mm、128mm,主喷时间内开口角为240°;
翻布:烧毛、退煮、漂白、丝光、液氨、潮交联、堆置、水洗、拉幅、预缩和验装
翻布工序:正反面一致,缝头处平直、牢固;
烧毛工序:烧毛干净;
退浆煮练工序:退浆干净,退浆率达到98%以上,煮练后毛效达到5cm/5min,以保证免烫效果和手感;
漂白工序:漂白后的面料白度在D65光源下的CIE树脂达到85;
丝光工序:丝光充分,布面pH值为7。
液氨整理工序:采用常规的液氨整理,液氨整理后的面料pH值为6。
潮交联工序:在拉幅机上进行,潮交联助剂的组分及重量配比为树脂FA240g/l、酸性催化剂UMP120g/l、纤维保护剂HDP25g/l,盐酸1.5g/l,其余为水,烘房温度控制在100℃,落布湿度在7%,拉幅超喂5%.幅宽扩149CM(58.6英寸)。
堆置:将织物在落布处打卷,堆置时间21小时,堆置环境温度为34℃、湿度30℃。
水洗:在水洗机上进行80℃清洗,所用助剂的组分及重量配比为纯碱12g/l,醋酸1g/l。
拉幅:在拉幅机上进行,柔软剂FH-01浓度为40g/l,盐酸浓度为1g/l,渗透剂MRZ浓度为2g/l。
预缩:为满足面料的缩水要求,在预缩机上进行,缩水率控制在-2.5%。
经测试,采用本发明处理后的面料免烫级别达到美国AATCC 124标准3.5级,弹性在ASTM D3107-2011方法下可达到20%以上,回复性达到80%以上,经纬向缩水控制在-3%以内,白度可达到150以上。
注:本发明中使用的树脂FA、酸性催化剂UMP、柔软剂FH-01,均为亨斯迈化工贸易(上海)有限公司的产品,纤维保护剂HDP、渗透剂MRZ为昂高化工(上海)有限公司。

Claims (1)

1.一种经棉纬向双包芯弹力免烫面料的整理方法,其特征在于:经纱采用纯棉11.7tex,纬纱使用纯棉14.5tex包覆低弹网络丝105D和氨纶弹力丝70D,三者的质量比是纯棉占90%~95%、低弹网络丝占5%~8%、氨纶弹力丝占2%~5%,其工艺流程依次为蒸纱、织造、翻布、烧毛、退浆、煮练、漂白、丝光、液氨、潮交联、堆置、水洗、拉幅、预缩和验装;其中:
蒸纱工序:在蒸纱机中采用高温汽蒸定型,汽蒸2~3分钟后停止通入蒸汽,抽取真空,反复4~5次将空气排除,再进行90℃~100℃汽蒸处理20~30分钟;
织造工序:车速750rpm,张力200kg,后梁高度4cm深度4cm,停经架高度5~-5mm,综框页数1~4页,综高126~130mm,主喷时间内开口角为250~300°;
丝光工序:张力200N~300N,碱浓度为270~280g/l;
潮交联工序:在拉幅机上进行,潮交联助剂的组分及重量配比为树脂FA220~260g/l、酸性催化剂UMP110~130g/l、纤维保护剂HDP 20~30g/l,盐酸1~2g/l,其余为水,烘房温度控制在90~120℃,落布湿度在6~8%之间,拉幅超喂5%,扩幅为成品幅宽的上限2~3cm;
堆置工序:将织物在落布处打卷,堆置时间18~24小时,堆置环境温湿度为30~35℃;
水洗工序:在水洗机上70℃~90℃清洗,所用助剂的组分及重量配比为纯碱10~15g/l,醋酸1~2g/l;
拉幅工序:面料保持松弛状态烘干,柔软剂FH-01用量30g/l~40g/l,渗透剂MRZ用量1~2g/l。
