Abstract
本发明属于纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种抗酚黄变白色锦纶免烫面料的制备方法。面料退浆、预拉幅、干定型、免烫、浸轧、卷染、拉幅、预缩,即得;其中,预拉幅中加入抗黄变整理剂,免烫温度为155‑165℃,卷染中加入抗酚黄变剂。本发明获得的白色锦纶免烫面料与常规白色锦纶面料相比,采用高温免烫工艺,具有良好的免烫性、洗可穿的特点,且根据白度要求,面料使用奥斯本堆置法浸轧漂白,提高面料白度的稳定性。卷染中加入抗酚黄变剂,且拉幅使用对黄变影响小的弱阳离子柔软剂,既改善面料手感,又不影响织物的抗酚黄变牢度,面料抗酚黄变牢度达4级及以上,可满足高档面料高品质的要求。

背景技术
锦纶免烫面料即有较好的免烫性、又有良好的弹性舒适度且手感柔软,从而得到人们的喜爱。但纺织品在加工及贮存、运输过程中,由于包装材料聚乙烯高分子材料所含的抗氧化剂BHT与含氮氧化物反应,在外界包装和湿热条件下会产生明显的黄变,导致产生酚黄变。对于经高温定型的含有氨纶的产品,更容易发生黄变,影响外观、强力以及服用性能,尤其是白色面料,影响面料的品质。
中国专利CN 105821657 A公开一种免烫面料及其制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:步骤一、将面料在免烫整理液中两浸两轧,控制面料的带液率为50-100%,然后进行密封打卷并于33-35℃存储6-20h;所述免烫整理液的pH值为1-3;步骤二、将经步骤一处理后的面料于80-100℃烘干,控制面料的含潮率为8-10%,然后将面料密封打卷并于33-35℃存储6-20h;步骤三、将经步骤二处理后的面料于100-150℃焙烘0.5-10min,然后水洗、定型,得到免烫面料。
中国专利CN 103485168 A公开一种羊毛面料免烫处理工艺,该工艺包括以下步骤:A.将纯羊毛纱线送入浸轧烘干装置的第一浸渍槽和第二浸渍槽进行两次浸轧,然后轧去多余的浸渍液,轧液率70-80%;B.将浸轧后的混纺纱线进行平整处理,于80-90℃将羊毛混纺纱线在预烘1分钟;C.预烘整理后的羊毛纱线送入烘干机内进行焙烘,烘干温度为100-120℃,烘干时间3-5分钟;D.烘干后的羊毛纱线由收卷机收卷后,再安装到织机上,由织机制成面料即可。
中国专利CN 103866559 A公开一种防静电免烫抗螨防蚊面料,由以下方法制成:①免烫整理:采用含有免烫整理剂的分散液对面料进行浸轧处理,处理后115~125℃下烘干,165~175℃下焙烘,得免烫面料;②抗螨防蚊整理:采用抗螨防蚊整理剂对所述免烫面料进行功能性整理,整理后于105~115℃下烘干,于135~145℃下焙烘。
上述专利的免烫工艺中增加焙烘工序,流程长、生产不连续;且经过烘干-焙烘两个步骤,对织物性能损伤大,能耗高,增加生产成本。
目前,亟需提供一种具有较好的免烫效果、可以保持较高的白度及牢度的抗酚黄变白色锦纶免烫面料的制备方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种抗酚黄变白色锦纶免烫面料的制备方法,工艺科学易操作,制得的白色锦纶免烫面料在不影响手感、强力等各项指标的前提下,可以实现大货的连续化生产,有较好的免烫效果,保持较高的白度及牢度,抗酚黄变牢度达到4级以上,可满足高档面料高品质的要求。
本发明所述的抗酚黄变白色锦纶免烫面料的制备方法是面料退浆、预拉幅、干定型、免烫、浸轧、卷染、拉幅、预缩,即得;其中,预拉幅中加入抗黄变整理剂,免烫温度为155-165℃,卷染中加入抗酚黄变剂。
所述的面料为径向为纯棉、天丝、棉天丝混纺或粘胶涤混纺中的一种,纬向为尼龙包缠氨纶的白色交织面料。
所述的抗黄变整理剂为羧酸酰胺。
所述的抗酚黄变剂为烷基磺酸盐。
本发明所述的抗酚黄变白色锦纶免烫面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)面料退浆:面料高温退浆;
(2)预拉幅:将抗黄变整理剂、尼龙增白剂和中和酸加入到定型机的轧料槽中,面料在定型机上通过轧料槽两浸两轧后,烘干;
(3)干定型:在定型机上进行定型;
(4)免烫:将助剂、催化剂、纤维保护剂、柔软剂和渗透剂加入到定型机的轧料槽中,面料在定型机上通过轧料槽两浸两轧后,烘干;
(5)浸轧:通过浸轧机浸轧助剂后打卷堆置;
(6)卷染:在卷染机中先用清水处理,然后加入抗酚黄变剂处理,出布烘干;
(7)拉幅:将柔软剂、甲醛捕捉剂和中和酸加入到定型机的轧料槽中,面料在定型机上通过轧料槽两浸两轧后,烘干;
(8)预缩:机械预缩,即得。
步骤(1)中所述的高温退浆温度为85-95℃。
步骤(2)中所述的尼龙增白剂为二苯乙烯衍生物,抗黄变整理剂的用量为2-4g/L,尼龙增白剂的用量为18-22g/L,中和酸的用量为3-5g/L,烘干温度为110-130℃,烘干车速为40-60m/min;抗黄变整理剂优选上海佳和公司生产的抗黄变整理剂SAM,尼龙增白剂优选拓纳公司生产的尼龙增白剂CLE-B:20g/L,中和酸优选鲁瑞化工有限公司生产的中和酸PH-N。
步骤(3)中所述的定型温度为180-195℃,定型车速为30-40m/min。
步骤(4)中所述的助剂为N-羟甲基酸胺类树脂,催化剂为氯化镁催化剂,纤维保护剂为聚乙烯蜡分散乳液,柔软剂为弱阳离子柔软剂,渗透剂为聚乙二醇醚衍生物渗透剂,助剂的用量为80-130g/L,催化剂的用量为24-40g/L,纤维保护剂的用量为20-30g/L,柔软剂的用量为20-30g/L,渗透剂的用量为0.8-1.2g/L,烘干温度为155-165℃,烘干车速为25-35m/min;助剂优选为先进化工有限公司生产的树脂EFR-N,催化剂优选为先进化工有限公司生产的催化剂530,纤维保护剂优选为鲁瑞化工有限公司生产的纤维保护剂SF-P,柔软剂优选为鲁瑞化工有限公司生产的弱阳离子柔软剂SMI-50,渗透剂优选为鲁瑞化工有限公司生产的渗透剂WA-M。
步骤(5)中所述的助剂为碱稳定剂、酸稳定剂、活性剂和补助剂的混合物,碱稳定剂的用量为2-3g/L,酸稳定剂的用量为10-20g/L,活性剂的用量为10-20g/L,补助剂的用量为2-3g/L,堆置时间为4-6小时;碱稳定剂优选为OSAKA NISHIN CO.,LTD.提供的碱稳定剂U-25,酸稳定剂优选为OSAKA NISHIN CO.,LTD.提供的酸稳定剂MH-25,活性剂优选为OSAKANISHIN CO.,LTD.提供的活性剂SW-512,补助剂优选为OSAKA NISHIN CO.,LTD.提供的补助剂H。
步骤(6)中所述的抗酚黄变剂的用量为18-22g/L,清水处理温度为65-75℃,清水处理时间为15-25min,抗酚黄变剂处理温度为75-85℃,抗酚黄变剂处理时间为30-40min;抗酚黄变剂优选为拓纳公司生产的抗酚黄变剂AY-T01
步骤(7)中所述的柔软剂为弱阳离子型柔软剂,甲醛捕捉剂为咪唑啉衍生物,柔软剂的用量为30-60g/L,甲醛捕捉剂的用量为30g/L,中和酸的用量为1-2g/L,烘干温度为100-120℃,烘干车速为60-70m/min,布面pH值控制在6-8;柔软剂优选为鲁瑞化工有限公司生产的弱阳离子型柔软剂SM-50,甲醛捕捉剂优选为鲁瑞化工有限公司生产的甲醛捕捉剂FDS,中和酸优选为鲁瑞化工有限公司生产的中和酸PH-N。
步骤(8)中所述的机械预缩的条件为胶毯温度90-100℃,呢毯温度100-120℃,车速50-60m/min。
本发明高温免烫工艺轧料及树脂反应一体化,可提高生产效率。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明工艺科学、流程简单、容易操作,本发明获得的白色锦纶免烫面料与常规白色锦纶面料相比,采用高温免烫工艺,具有良好的免烫性、洗可穿的特点,且根据白度要求,面料使用奥斯本堆置法浸轧漂白,提高面料白度的稳定性。此法是通过特殊的催化剂反应,使其分解出有效氧原子,对纤维进行漂白,与氧漂相比,白度更加稳定,不会出现纤维脆化及白度不匀的现象。卷染中加入抗酚黄变剂,且拉幅使用对黄变影响小的弱阳离子柔软剂,既改善面料手感,又不影响织物的抗酚黄变牢度,面料抗酚黄变牢度达4级及以上,可满足高档面料高品质的要求。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明做进一步描述。
实施例1
织物:CPT50*NYLON68D(SPANDEX30D)*150*120*53/4,经纱纯棉紧密纺50S,纬纱尼龙68D(包缠氨纶30D),组织:高牛8/6,具体步骤如下:
(1)面料经过90℃高温退浆后,进行预拉幅抗黄变处理。
(2)预拉幅:采用上海佳和公司生产的抗黄变整理剂SAM:3g/L,拓纳公司生产的尼龙增白剂CLE-B:20g/L,鲁瑞化工有限公司生产的中和酸PH-N:4g/L,在定型机上通过轧料槽,两浸两轧后采用120℃,车速50m/min进行烘干。
(3)干定型:通过在定型机上,采用190℃,车速35m/min进行定型。
(4)免烫:采用先进化工有限公司生产的树脂EFR-N:130g/L,催化剂530:40g/L,鲁瑞化工有限公司生产的纤维保护剂SF-P:30g/L,弱阳离子柔软剂SMI-50:30g/L,渗透剂WA-M:1g/L,在定型机上通过轧料槽,两浸两轧后采用160℃,车速30m/min进行烘干。
(5)浸轧:采用奥斯本漂白冷堆法,使用OSAKA NISHIN CO.,LTD.提供的碱稳定剂U-25:2g/L,酸稳定剂MH-25:10g/L,活性剂SW-512:10g/L,补助剂H:2g/L,通过浸轧机浸轧助剂后打卷堆置4小时。
(6)卷染:在卷染机中,先70℃清水处理20min后加入拓纳公司生产的抗酚黄变剂AY-T01:20g/L,升温80℃处理30min,出布烘干。
(7)拉幅:采用鲁瑞化工有限公司生产的弱阳离子柔软剂SMI-50:60g/L,甲醛捕捉剂FDS:30g/L,中和酸PH-N:1g/L,布面pH值控制在6-8。在定型机上通过轧料槽,两浸两轧后采用110℃,车速65m/min进行烘干。
(8)预缩:通过机械预缩,胶毯温度95℃,呢毯温度110℃,车速:55m/min制得。
经过上述步骤,即可得到本实施例的抗酚黄变白色锦纶免烫面料。
实施例2
织物:TENCELCPT50*NYLON40D(SPANDEX20D)*140*100*53/4,经纱天丝紧密纺50S,纬纱尼龙40D(包缠氨纶20D),组织:1/1平纹,具体步骤如下:
(1)面料经过95℃高温退浆后,进行预拉幅抗黄变处理。
(2)预拉幅:采用上海佳和公司生产的抗黄变整理剂SAM:3g/L,拓纳公司生产的尼龙增白剂CLE-B:20g/L,鲁瑞化工有限公司生产的中和酸PH-N:4g/L,在定型机上通过轧料槽,两浸两轧后采用130℃,车速60m/min进行烘干。
(3)干定型:通过在定型机上,采用195℃,车速40m/min进行定型。
(4)免烫:采用先进化工有限公司生产的树脂EFR-N:90g/L,催化剂530:30g/L,鲁瑞化工有限公司生产的纤维保护剂SF-P:20g/L,弱阳离子柔软剂SMI-50:30g/L,渗透剂WA-M:1g/L,在定型机上通过轧料槽,两浸两轧后采用165℃,车速35m/min进行烘干。
(5)浸轧:采用奥斯本漂白冷堆法,使用OSAKA NISHIN CO.,LTD.提供的碱稳定剂U-25:3g/L,酸稳定剂MH-25:20g/L,活性剂SW-512:20g/L,补助剂H:3g/L,通过浸轧机浸轧助剂后打卷堆置6小时。
(6)卷染:在卷染机中,先70℃清水处理20min后加入拓纳公司生产的抗酚黄变剂AY-T01:20g/L,升温80℃处理40min,出布烘干。
(7)拉幅:采用鲁瑞化工有限公司生产的弱阳离子柔软剂SMI-50:40g/L,甲醛捕捉剂FDS:30g/L,中和酸PH-N:2g/L,布面pH值控制在6-8。在定型机上通过轧料槽,两浸两轧后采用120℃,车速70m/min进行烘干。
(8)预缩:通过机械预缩,胶毯温度100℃,呢毯温度120℃,车速:60m/min制得。
经过上述步骤,即可得到本实施例的抗酚黄变白色锦纶免烫面料。
实施例3
织物:C/TENCELCPT50*NYLON40D(SPANDEX20D)*150*100*53/4,经纱棉天丝混纺50S,纬纱尼龙40D(包缠氨纶20D),组织:2/1,具体步骤如下:
(1)面料经过85℃高温退浆后,进行预拉幅抗黄变处理。
(2)预拉幅:采用上海佳和公司生产的抗黄变整理剂SAM:3g/L,拓纳公司生产的尼龙增白剂CLE-B:20g/L,鲁瑞化工有限公司生产的中和酸PH-N:4g/L,在定型机上通过轧料槽,两浸两轧后采用110℃,车速40m/min进行烘干。
(3)干定型:通过在定型机上,采用180℃,车速30m/min进行定型。
(4)免烫:采用先进化工有限公司生产的树脂EFR-N:90g/L,催化剂530:27g/L,鲁瑞化工有限公司生产的纤维保护剂SF-P:20g/L,弱阳离子柔软剂SMI-50:20g/L,渗透剂WA-M:1g/L,在定型机上通过轧料槽,两浸两轧后采用155℃,车速25m/min进行烘干。
(5)浸轧:采用奥斯本漂白冷堆法,使用OSAKA NISHIN CO.,LTD.提供的碱稳定剂U-25:3g/L,酸稳定剂MH-25:20g/L,活性剂SW-512:20g/L,补助剂H:3g/L,通过浸轧机浸轧助剂后打卷堆置6小时。
(6)卷染:在卷染机中,先70℃清水处理20min后加入拓纳公司生产的抗酚黄变剂AY-T01:20g/L,升温80℃处理40min,出布烘干。
(7)拉幅:采用鲁瑞化工有限公司生产的弱阳离子柔软剂SMI-50:30g/L,甲醛捕捉剂FDS:30g/L,中和酸PH-N:1g/L,布面pH值控制在6-8。在定型机上通过轧料槽,两浸两轧后采用100℃,车速60m/min进行烘干。
(8)预缩:通过机械预缩,胶毯温度90℃,呢毯温度100℃,车速:50m/min制得。
经过上述步骤,即可得到本实施例的抗酚黄变白色锦纶免烫面料。
实施例4
织物:BAM/POLYCPT50*NYLON40D(SPANDEX20D)*150*100*53/4,经纱粘胶涤混纺50S,纬纱尼龙40D(包缠氨纶20D),组织:1/1平纹,具体步骤如下:
(1)面料经过90℃高温退浆后,进行预拉幅抗黄变处理。
(2)预拉幅:采用上海佳和公司生产的抗黄变整理剂SAM:3g/L,拓纳公司生产的尼龙增白剂CLE-B:20g/L,鲁瑞化工有限公司生产的中和酸PH-N:4g/L,在定型机上通过轧料槽,两浸两轧后采用125℃,车速52m/min进行烘干。
(3)干定型:通过在定型机上,采用185℃,车速30m/min进行定型。
(4)免烫:采用先进化工有限公司生产的树脂EFR-N:80g/L,催化剂530:27g/L,鲁瑞化工有限公司生产的纤维保护剂SF-P:20g/L,弱阳离子柔软剂SMI-50:30g/L,渗透剂WA-M:1g/L,在定型机上通过轧料槽,两浸两轧后采用165℃,车速30m/min进行烘干。
(5)浸轧:采用奥斯本漂白冷堆法,使用OSAKA NISHIN CO.,LTD.提供的碱稳定剂U-25:2g/L,酸稳定剂MH-25:10g/L,活性剂SW-512:10g/L,补助剂H:2g/L,通过浸轧机浸轧助剂后打卷堆置4小时。

(8)预缩:通过机械预缩,胶毯温度90℃,呢毯温度110℃,车速:55m/min制得。
经过上述步骤,即可得到本实施例的抗酚黄变白色锦纶免烫面料。
对比例1
织物:CPT50*NYLON68D(SPANDEX30D)*150*120*53/4,经纱纯棉紧密纺50S,纬纱尼龙68D(包缠氨纶30D),组织:高牛8/6,具体步骤如下:
(1)面料经过90℃高温退浆后,进行干定型。
(2)干定型:通过在定型机上,采用190℃,车速35m/min进行定型。
(3)拉幅:采用鲁瑞化工有限公司生产的弱阳离子柔软剂SMI-50:60g/L,甲醛捕捉剂FDS:30g/L,中和酸PH-N:1g/L,布面pH值控制在6-8。在定型机上通过轧料槽,两浸两轧后采用110℃,车速65m/min进行烘干。
(4)预缩:通过机械预缩,胶毯温度95℃,呢毯温度110℃,车速:55m/min制得。
对比例2
织物:C/TENCELCPT50*NYLON68D(SPANDEX40D)*144*90*53/4,经纱棉天丝紧密纺50S,纬纱尼龙68D(包缠氨纶40D),组织:1/1平纹,具体步骤如下:
(1)面料经过85℃高温退浆后,进行干定型。
(2)干定型:通过在定型机上,采用180℃,车速30m/min进行定型。
(3)免烫:采用先进化工有限公司生产的树脂EFR-N:90g/L,催化剂530:27g/L,鲁瑞化工有限公司生产的纤维保护剂SF-P:20g/L,弱阳离子柔软剂SMI-50:30g/L,渗透剂WA-M:1g/L,在定型机上通过轧料槽,两浸两轧后采用100℃,车速60m/min进行烘干。
(4)焙烘:通过在焙烘机上,采用155℃,车速50m/min进行焙烘。
(5)拉幅:采用鲁瑞化工有限公司生产的弱阳离子柔软剂SMI-50:60g/L,甲醛捕捉剂FDS:30g/L,中和酸PH-N:1g/L,布面pH值控制在6-8。在定型机上通过轧料槽,两浸两轧后采用100℃,车速60m/min进行烘干。
(6)预缩:通过机械预缩,胶毯温度90℃,呢毯温度100℃,车速:50m/min制得。
实施例1-4和对比例1-2的成品检测结果见表1。

从表1可知:本发明制得的面料免烫性达3级及以上,具有洗可穿的特点,且手感柔软,白度值稳定达140以上,抗酚黄变牢度达4级及以上,可满足高档面料高品质的要求。
Claims (10)
1.一种抗酚黄变白色锦纶免烫面料的制备方法,其特征在于面料退浆、预拉幅、干定型、免烫、浸轧、卷染、拉幅、预缩,即得;其中,预拉幅中加入抗黄变整理剂,免烫温度为155-165℃,卷染中加入抗酚黄变剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗酚黄变白色锦纶免烫面料的制备方法,其特征在于所述的面料为径向为纯棉、天丝、棉天丝混纺或粘胶涤混纺中的一种,纬向为尼龙包缠氨纶的白色交织面料;抗黄变整理剂为羧酸酰胺,抗酚黄变剂为烷基磺酸盐。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的抗酚黄变白色锦纶免烫面料的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)面料退浆:面料高温退浆;
(2)预拉幅:将抗黄变整理剂、尼龙增白剂和中和酸加入到定型机的轧料槽中,面料在定型机上通过轧料槽两浸两轧后,烘干;
(3)干定型:在定型机上进行定型;
(4)免烫:将助剂、催化剂、纤维保护剂、柔软剂和渗透剂加入到定型机的轧料槽中,面料在定型机上通过轧料槽两浸两轧后,烘干;
(5)浸轧:通过浸轧机浸轧助剂后打卷堆置;
(6)卷染:在卷染机中先用清水处理,然后加入抗酚黄变剂处理,出布烘干;
(7)拉幅:将柔软剂、甲醛捕捉剂和中和酸加入到定型机的轧料槽中,面料在定型机上通过轧料槽两浸两轧后,烘干;
(8)预缩:机械预缩,即得。
4.根据权利要求3所述的抗酚黄变白色锦纶免烫面料的制备方法,其特征在于步骤(1)中所述的高温退浆温度为85-95℃。
5.根据权利要求3所述的抗酚黄变白色锦纶免烫面料的制备方法,其特征在于步骤(2)中所述的尼龙增白剂为二苯乙烯衍生物,抗黄变整理剂的用量为2-4g/L,尼龙增白剂的用量为18-22g/L,中和酸的用量为3-5g/L,烘干温度为110-130℃,烘干车速为40-60m/min。
6.根据权利要求3所述的抗酚黄变白色锦纶免烫面料的制备方法,其特征在于步骤(3)中所述的定型温度为180-195℃,定型车速为30-40m/min。
7.根据权利要求3所述的抗酚黄变白色锦纶免烫面料的制备方法,其特征在于步骤(4)中所述的助剂为N-羟甲基酸胺类树脂,催化剂为氯化镁催化剂,纤维保护剂为聚乙烯蜡分散乳液,柔软剂为弱阳离子柔软剂,渗透剂为聚乙二醇醚衍生物渗透剂,助剂的用量为80-130g/L,催化剂的用量为24-40g/L,纤维保护剂的用量为20-30g/L,柔软剂的用量为20-30g/L,渗透剂的用量为0.8-1.2g/L,烘干温度为155-165℃,烘干车速为25-35m/min。
8.根据权利要求3所述的抗酚黄变白色锦纶免烫面料的制备方法,其特征在于步骤(5)中所述的助剂为碱稳定剂、酸稳定剂、活性剂和补助剂的混合物,碱稳定剂的用量为2-3g/L,酸稳定剂的用量为10-20g/L,活性剂的用量为10-20g/L,补助剂的用量为2-3g/L,堆置时间为4-6小时。
9.根据权利要求3所述的抗酚黄变白色锦纶免烫面料的制备方法,其特征在于步骤(6)中所述的抗酚黄变剂的用量为18-22g/L,清水处理温度为65-75℃,清水处理时间为15-25min,抗酚黄变剂处理温度为75-85℃,抗酚黄变剂处理时间为30-40min。
10.根据权利要求3所述的抗酚黄变白色锦纶免烫面料的制备方法,其特征在于步骤(7)中所述的柔软剂为弱阳离子型柔软剂,甲醛捕捉剂为咪唑啉衍生物,柔软剂的用量为30-60g/L,甲醛捕捉剂的用量为30g/L,中和酸的用量为1-2g/L,烘干温度为100-120℃,烘干车速为60-70m/min;步骤(8)中所述的机械预缩的条件为胶毯温度90-100℃,呢毯温度100-120℃,车速50-60m/min。
