Abstract
本发明涉及一种高白度棉/锦纶混纺面料连续加工工艺,采用如下加工流程:退煮→干定型→氧漂→增白洗→拉幅→预缩;所述氧漂步骤中,H2O2 10‑20g/L,NaOH 2‑5g/L,螯合剂5‑10g/L,稳定剂5‑10g/L,渗透剂5‑10g/L,蒸箱温度98‑100℃,堆布时间25‑35min。本发明生产方式具有连续性,能够实现大货的连续化生产,效率较高,氧漂中复配料液能够增加织物的底白,为制作高白度增白面料提供基础。利用该种增白方式,增白剂充分发色,有效提高棉/锦纶混纺织物的白度,而且增白后的棉/锦纶混纺织物色泽靓丽,皂洗牢度达到4级以上。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高白度棉/锦纶混纺面料连续加工工艺,属于纺织印染技术领域。
技术背景
锦纶混纺产品具有机械强度高,韧性好,手感好、制品轻、耐热性好等优点,在女装、运动装、风衣等服装领域应用广泛。目前市场上棉/锦纶混纺织物的增白工艺普遍采用卷染/气流增白的方法,选用一些低亲和力类增白剂,在卷染机或气流机浸轧、烘干完成,如此加工的织物的白度较低、生产效率不高,每批白度差异大,达不到高端面料档次,且不能满足高档面料品质稳定、统一的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高白度棉/锦纶混纺面料连续加工工艺,生产方式具有连续性,能够实现大货的连续化生产,效率较高,氧漂中复配料液能够增加织物的底白,为制作高白度增白面料提供基础。利用该种增白方式,增白剂充分发色,有效提高棉/锦纶混纺织物的白度,而且增白后的棉/锦纶混纺织物色泽靓丽,皂洗牢度达到4级以上。
本发明高白度棉/锦纶混纺面料连续加工工艺,采用如下加工流程:退煮→干定型→氧漂→增白洗→拉幅→预缩;所述氧漂步骤中,H2O2 10-20g/L,NaOH 2-5g/L,螯合剂5-10g/L,稳定剂5-10g/L,渗透剂5-10g/L,蒸箱温度98-100℃,堆布时间25-35min。
所述增白洗步骤中采用二苯乙烯二磺酸的衍生物增白剂BHV或1,2二苯乙烯衍生物增白剂PC,浓度为4-10g/L。
二苯乙烯二磺酸的衍生物增白剂BHV或1,2二苯乙烯衍生物增白剂PC为中等或中等偏高亲和力。
所述增白洗步骤:将配制好的增白剂溶液加入容积为30-50L的轧槽内,浸轧棉/锦纶混纺织物,带液率控制55-75%,然后升温到98-100℃、充满饱和蒸汽的导辊式汽蒸箱内汽蒸50-70秒,使增白剂充分发色,再依次经过50℃水洗60-80秒,中和槽中和20-30秒,pH值控制3.5-4.5,50℃清水水洗8-15秒,90℃-120℃的烘筒烘干,烘干后面料pH值控制6-7.5。
所述拉幅步骤中加入柔软剂,柔软剂的酚黄变为4-5级。
柔软剂为硅油类柔软剂、聚氨酯类柔软剂或脂肪酸类柔软剂。
柔软剂为TF-4911、RPU-N或JET。
TF-4911的生产厂家为传化化学有限公司。
RPU-N的生产厂家为昂高化学有限公司。
JET的生产厂家为亨其迈有限公司。
拉幅步骤中并使用阴离子酚黄变抑制剂此处改为NONAX NY,生产厂家为PulcraChemicals,浓度为10-20g/L。
所述的高白度棉/锦纶混纺面料连续加工工艺,步骤如下:
(1)面料经过退煮、定型后,进行氧漂;
(2)氧漂工艺:H2O210‐20g/L,NaOH 2‐5g/L,螯合剂5‐10g/L,稳定剂5‐10g/L,渗透剂5‐10g/L,蒸箱温度98‐100℃,堆布时间25‐40min;
(3)增白:采用二苯乙烯二磺酸的衍生物增白剂BHV或者1,2二苯乙烯衍生物增白剂PC,浓度为5‐15g/L,将配制好的增白剂溶液加入容积为30‐50L的轧槽内,浸轧纯棉织物,带液率控制55%‐75%,然后进入升温到98‐100℃、充满饱和蒸汽的导辊式汽蒸箱内汽蒸50‐70秒,使增白剂充分发色,再依次经过50℃水洗60‐80秒、中和槽中和20‐30秒,pH值控制3.5‐4.5,50℃清水水洗8‐15秒,90℃‐120℃的烘筒烘干,烘干后面料pH值控制6‐7.5;
(4)拉幅柔软:柔软时柔软剂选择对织物黄变影响较小的柔软剂,并使用阴离子酚黄变抑制剂NONAX NY浓度为10‐20g/L。
其技术方案包含如下步骤:
1)面料经过退煮、定型后,进行氧漂。
2)氧漂工艺:H2O2 10-20g/L,NaOH 2-5g/L,螯合剂5-10g/L,稳定剂5-10g/L,渗透剂5-10g/L,蒸箱温度98-100℃,堆布时间25-40min
3)增白:选用中等或中等偏高亲和力的二苯乙烯二磺酸的衍生物增白剂BHV或者1-2二苯乙烯衍生物增白剂PC,浓度为5-15g/L,将配制好的增白剂溶液加入容积为30-50L的轧槽内,浸轧纯棉织物,带液率控制55%-75%,然后进入升温到98-100℃、充满饱和蒸汽的导辊式汽蒸箱内汽蒸50-70秒,使增白剂充分发色,再依次经过50℃水洗60-80S秒、中和槽中和20-30S秒,pH值控制3.5-4.5,50℃清水水洗8-15秒,90℃-120℃的烘筒烘干,烘干后面料pH值控制6-7.5。
5)拉幅柔软:柔软时柔软剂选择对织物黄变影响较小的柔软剂,并使用阴离子酚黄变抑制剂NONAX NY浓度为10-20g/L。
BHV的生产厂家为untsman。
PC的生产厂家为Clariant。
本发明的环保高效增白技术,退煮:剔除布面浆料和杂质;定型:控制门幅,改善缩水;氧漂:通过复配工艺处方提高面料底白;汽蒸增白:充分发色提高白度;拉幅:改善织物手感,增加抗黄变功能。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下技术效果:
本发明的棉/锦纶织物高效增白整理方法,使棉/锦纶织物具有高白特点,并且具有耐洗涤,抗黄变,手感好,吸湿性能佳的特点。具有优良的服用性能。产方式具有连续性,能够实现大货的连续化生产,效率较高。氧漂中复配料液可以增加织物的底白至85以上,为制作高白度增白面料提供基础。利用该种增白方式,增白剂可以充分发色,有效提高棉/锦纶混纺织物的白度至150以上,而且增白后的棉/锦纶混纺织物色泽靓丽,皂洗牢度达到4级以上。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。
织物:CM50*NYLON 100D(SPANDEX20D)*140*90*46/47组织1/1。
实施例1
高白度棉/锦纶混纺面料连续加工工艺:
1)面料经过退煮、定型后,进行氧漂。
2)氧漂工艺:H2O2 10g/L,NaOH 5g/L,螯合剂6g/L,稳定剂6g/L,渗透剂6g/L,蒸箱温度98℃,堆布时间30min
3)增白:选用带轧槽和汽蒸箱的水洗机,轧槽为导辊式轧槽,汽蒸箱为容布量60米的导辊式汽蒸箱,水洗槽为容积为600L的10个水洗槽。选用增白剂PC浓度为10g/L,BHV浓度为4g/L,渗透剂MRZ 2g/L。将配制好的增白剂溶液加入容积为40L的轧槽内,浸轧纯棉织物,带液率控制65%,然后在充满饱和蒸汽的导辊式汽蒸箱内100℃汽蒸50秒,使增白剂充分发色,再依次经过7个50℃的水洗槽水洗60秒、2个常温中和槽中和水20秒,水洗槽pH控制4,最后50℃清水水洗12秒,120℃的烘筒烘干,布面pH值6.8。
5)拉幅柔软:柔软剂使用HSP 30g/L,酚黄变抑制剂NY 10g/L。
使用上述工艺处理后成品白度可以达到150.3-0.65,皂洗牢度4级;
使用传统工艺PC:1.2%,温度:70℃*6道+95℃*6道+60℃*6道,车速:100m/min
卷染增白,白度只有144.7-0.45,皂洗牢度3级,该发明工艺明显要优于传统工艺。
实施例2
织物:CPT50*NYLON40D(SPANDEX20D)*160*120*55/56组织2/1S。
高白度棉/锦纶混纺面料连续加工工艺
1)面料经过退煮、定型后,进行氧漂。
2)氧漂工艺:H2O2 10g/L,NaOH 5g/L,螯合剂6g/L,稳定剂6g/L,渗透剂6g/L,蒸箱温度98℃,堆布时间30min
3)增白:选用带轧槽和汽蒸箱的水洗机,轧槽为导辊式轧槽,汽蒸箱为容布量60米的导辊式汽蒸箱,水洗槽为容积为600L的10个水洗槽。选用增白剂PC浓度为10g/L,BHV浓度为4g/L,渗透剂MRZ 2g/L。将配制好的增白剂溶液加入容积为40L的轧槽内,浸轧纯棉织物,带液率控制65%,然后在充满饱和蒸汽的导辊式汽蒸箱内100℃汽蒸50秒,使增白剂充分发色,再依次经过7个50℃的水洗槽水洗70秒、2个常温中和槽中和水洗30秒,水洗槽pH控制4.5,最后50℃清水水洗10秒,120℃的烘筒烘干,布面pH值6.8。
5)拉幅柔软:柔软剂使用HSP 30g/L,酚黄变抑制剂NY 10g/L。
使用上述工艺处理后成品白度可以达到151.1-0.45,皂洗牢度4级;
使用传统工艺PC:1.0%,温度:70℃*4道+95℃*6道+60℃*4道,车速:90m/min
卷染增白,白度只有143.2-0.35,皂洗牢度3级,该发明工艺明显要优于传统工艺。

1.一种高白度棉/锦纶混纺面料连续加工工艺,其特征在于,采用如下加工流程:退煮→干定型→氧漂→增白洗→拉幅→预缩;所述氧漂步骤中,H2O2 10-20g/L,NaOH 2-5g/L,螯合剂5-10g/L,稳定剂5-10g/L,渗透剂5-10g/L,蒸箱温度98-100℃,堆布时间25-35min。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高白度棉/锦纶混纺面料连续加工工艺,其特征在于,所述增白洗步骤中采用二苯乙烯二磺酸的衍生物增白剂BHV或1,2二苯乙烯衍生物增白剂PC,浓度为4-10g/L。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高白度棉/锦纶混纺面料连续加工工艺,其特征在于,所述增白洗步骤:将配制好的增白剂溶液加入容积为30-50L的轧槽内,浸轧棉/锦纶混纺织物,带液率控制55-75%,然后升温到98-100℃、充满饱和蒸汽的导辊式汽蒸箱内汽蒸50-70秒,使增白剂充分发色,再依次经过50℃水洗60-80秒,中和槽中和20-30秒,pH值控制3.5-4.5,50℃清水水洗8-15秒,90℃-120℃的烘筒烘干,烘干后面料pH值控制6-7.5。

5.根据权利要求4所述的高白度棉/锦纶混纺面料连续加工工艺,其特征在于,柔软剂为硅油类柔软剂、聚氨酯类柔软剂或脂肪酸类柔软剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的高白度棉/锦纶混纺面料连续加工工艺,其特征在于,柔软剂为TF-4911、RPU-N或JET。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高白度棉/锦纶混纺面料连续加工工艺,其特征在于,拉幅中使用阴离子酚黄变抑制剂为NONAX NY,阴离子酚黄变抑制剂浓度为10-20g/L。
8.根据权利要求1所述的高白度棉/锦纶混纺面料连续加工工艺,其特征在于,步骤如下:
(1)面料经过退煮、定型后,进行氧漂;
(2)氧漂工艺:H2O210-20g/L,NaOH 2-5g/L,螯合剂5-10g/L,稳定剂5-10g/L,渗透剂5-10g/L,蒸箱温度98-100℃,堆布时间25-40min;
