背景技术
石墨烯材料是从碳材料中剥离出来、由碳原子组成的,有光、电、磁、机械等物理性能和化学性质。生物质石墨烯将植物秸秆中的半纤维素、木质素、纤维素进行分离、纯化。以植物秸秆为原料,用基团配位组装析碳原理的制造石墨烯,然后与锦纶以不同比例进行生产,设计不同效果的石墨烯服装面料。
氧化石墨烯的水溶液纺制成长达数米的纤维。采用化学还原的方法将其处理,得到了石墨烯锦纶纤维,该石墨烯锦纶纤维的各种指标为,直径5-30微米,强度100-300MPa,导电率2000-5000S/m。
石墨烯碳原料优点能赋予复合材料于优良的力学、电学、热学、防辐射、抗菌性等功能特性,具有远红外功能:对6-14μm波长远红外线法向发射率达88%;抑菌功能:抑菌率达到99%;吸湿透气功能:吸收人体皮肤散发的湿气及汗液,使人体的肌肤保持干爽;抗静电功能:低的表面电阻率,能将静电荷迅速释放,抑制和减少静电荷。可以作为纳米增强多功能添加剂提高复合纤维的性能。缺点是石墨烯为黑色,靓丽颜色无法实现,含量超过3%,使织物强力下降。
尼龙纤维分子量一般为1.5-3万,优点具有高机械强度,软化点高,耐热,磨擦系数低,耐磨损,自润滑性,吸震性和消音性,耐油,耐弱酸,耐碱和一般溶剂,电绝缘性好,有自熄性,无毒,无臭,耐候性好,染色性差。缺点是吸水性大,影响尺寸稳定性和电性能,纤维增强可降低树脂吸水率,使其能在高温、高湿下工作。
棉纤维的优点是吸湿性强,耐碱、保温、通气性能好等优点;缺点是缩水率较大,约为4-10%。耐光性、耐热性一般,不耐酸。微生物对棉织物有破坏作用,表现在不耐霉菌。
目前未见关于石墨烯锦棉梭织织物印染方法的报道,本发明结合锦纶棉的优点,石墨烯的功能,设计石墨烯尼龙棉织物梭织面料。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种石墨烯锦棉梭织织物的印染方法,根据石墨烯功能,利用锦纶与棉纤维的优点结合,提供一种石墨烯锦棉梭织织物的印染方法,该印染加工过程,测试指标,石墨烯功能具备,提供一种性能优异的石墨烯锦棉休闲装面料。
本发明的技术方案为:
一种石墨烯锦棉梭织织物的印染方法,包括如下步骤:翻缝→退浆氧漂→定型→丝光→打底机染色→焙烘→还原皂洗机汽蒸固色→拉幅→预缩;
(1)退浆氧漂工艺
退浆工艺:烧碱28-30g/L;退浆剂5-6g/L,分散螯合剂HF-1 1.8-2.2g/L;温度:100-104℃;时间:45-55min;
氧漂工艺:烧碱3-4g/L,双氧水5-6g/L,双氧水稳定剂5-6g/L,氧漂剂6g/L,分散螯合剂HF-1 2g/L;温度:90-100℃;时间:35-45min;
(2)定型工艺
温度:205-215℃;时间:20-30s;幅宽:成品加4-5cm;
(3)丝光工艺
烧碱:210-220g/L;时间:50-60秒;幅宽:成品幅宽;
石墨烯锦棉织物在前处理工艺中,原料测试数据与经过步骤(1)-(3)烧碱、双氧水处理后处理后数据无变化。
(4)打底机染色:颜色:藏蓝
工艺参数设定:g/L;
工艺条件:轧染:轧余率45-50%。
(5)焙烘
焙烘温度80-100℃。
(6)还原皂洗机汽蒸固色:颜色:藏蓝
工艺参数:g/L;
烧碱38-40g/L;
保险粉38-40g/L;
烧碱3-6g/L;
防沾皂洗剂DL-106 2.5-3.5g/L;
工艺条件:汽蒸温度:102℃,时间:70-80秒。
皂洗工艺温度:90-100℃,时间:5min。
(7)拉幅工艺:后整理工艺
柔软剂18-22g/L;
温度:140-150℃,时间,48-52秒;幅宽:成品幅宽。
(8)预缩工艺
缩率3%;
温度100-108℃。
进一步的,步骤(1)中退浆剂为精炼剂88ECO。采用该退浆剂处理后退浆干净、去杂及乳化效果好,毛效高。
进一步的,步骤(1)中分散螯合剂HF-1为分散螯合剂PCA,螯合工作液中的钙离子,达到软化水的目的,螯合工作液中的铁离子,防止双氧水遇铁离子剧烈反应,产生残洞。
进一步的,步骤(1)中双氧水稳定剂为双氧水稳定剂P。该双氧水稳定剂P使双氧水有效分解,避免剧烈反应达到漂白织物的目的。
进一步的,步骤(1)中氧漂剂为双氧水,处理后增加织物的白度。
进一步的,步骤(4)中分散螯合剂HF-1为分散螯合剂PCA。螯合工作液中的钙离子,达到软化水的目的,螯合工作液中的铁离子,防止双氧水遇铁离子剧烈反应,产生残洞。
进一步的,步骤(6)中防沾皂洗剂DL-106为皂洗剂CO。采用该皂洗剂CO皂洗干净,增加织物牢度。
进一步的,步骤(7)中柔软剂为有机硅柔软剂01R。采用该有机硅柔软剂01R使织物手感丝滑,柔弱无骨软似绵。
本发明还提供一种上述方法得到石墨烯锦棉梭织织物。
本发明得到石墨烯锦棉梭织织物,用于留白灰、藏青、黑色,深灰色织物中的应用。
本发明的有益效果在于,
本发明提供一种石墨烯锦棉梭织织物的印染方法,得到的石墨烯梭织面料石墨烯远红外功能、抑菌功能、吸湿透气功能、抗静电功能优异。
该石墨烯梭织纤维,由于石墨烯是经过碳化,颜色是黑色,在留白灰、藏青、黑色,深灰色得到应用。
锦纶纤维加入1%的功能化石墨烯,使聚丙烯腈的玻璃化转变温度提高40℃,提高了聚合物的热稳定性。
总之,本发明提供的石墨烯锦纶棉休闲服装面料,该印染加工过程,测试指标,石墨烯功能具备,是一种性能优异的石墨烯锦棉休闲装面料。

为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本发明中的技术方案,下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都应当属于本发明保护的范围。
织物材料石墨烯锦纶36.8tex;石墨烯锦纶59tex;全棉36.8tex;全棉59tex。
织物规格C/N36.8texX59tex密度402X212织法3/1幅宽160。
染化料分散染料:分散黑S-3BL 100%、分散深蓝HGL 200%、分散红玉S-5BL100%;活性染料:活性黑ED 200%、活性红SBE 100%;助剂:NaOH,退浆剂,双氧水H2O2,双氧水稳定剂,氧漂剂,分散螯合剂HF-1、氯化钠NaCl、碳酸氢钠Na2CO2、防染盐S、防沾皂洗剂DL-106。
仪器烧毛机,退浆机,定型机,丝光机,打底机,焙烘机,还原皂洗机,拉幅机,预缩机,SF600PLUS-CT电脑测色配色仪,Y571B型摩擦牢度测试仪,SW-12A耐洗色牢度试验机。
实施例1
一种石墨烯锦棉梭织织物的印染方法,包括如下步骤:翻缝→退浆氧漂→定型→丝光→打底机染色→焙烘→还原皂洗机汽蒸固色→拉幅→预缩;
(1)退浆氧漂工艺
退浆工艺:烧碱29g/L;退浆剂6g/L,分散螯合剂HF-1 2g/L;温度:102℃;时间:50min;
氧漂工艺:烧碱3g/L,双氧水6g/L,双氧水稳定剂5g/L,氧漂剂6g/L,分散螯合剂HF-1 2g/L;温度:95℃;时间:40min;
(2)定型工艺
温度:210℃;时间:25s;幅宽:成品加5cm;
(3)丝光工艺
烧碱:215g/L;时间:55秒;幅宽:成品幅宽;
上述步骤(1)-(3)为前处理,该前处理半成品指标如表1所示。

石墨烯锦棉织物在前处理工艺中,原料测试数据与经过步骤(1)-(3)烧碱、双氧水处理后处理后数据无变化。
(4)打底机染色:颜色:藏蓝
工艺参数设定:g/L;
工艺条件:轧染:轧余率48%。
(5)焙烘
焙烘温度90℃。
步骤(4)-(5)工艺处理后,指标如表2所示。

工艺参数:g/L;
工艺条件:汽蒸温度:102℃,时间:75秒。
皂洗工艺温度:95℃,时间:5min。
步骤(6)工艺处理后,指标如表3所示。

柔软剂20g/L;
温度:145℃,时间,50秒;幅宽:成品幅宽。
(8)预缩工艺
缩率3%;
温度105℃。
石墨烯锦棉织物经过步骤(4)-(8)处理后,即染色与染料、固色液及后整理影响无变化。
实施例2
一种石墨烯锦棉梭织织物的印染方法,包括如下步骤:翻缝→退浆氧漂→定型→丝光→打底机染色→焙烘→还原皂洗机汽蒸固色→拉幅→预缩;
(1)退浆氧漂工艺
退浆工艺:烧碱28g/L;退浆剂5g/L,分散螯合剂HF-1 2.2g/L;温度:100℃;时间:50min;
氧漂工艺:烧碱4g/L,双氧水5.5g/L,双氧水稳定剂6g/L,氧漂剂6g/L,分散螯合剂HF-1 2g/L;温度:90℃;时间:45min;
(2)定型工艺
温度:215℃;时间:20s;幅宽:成品加5cm;
(3)丝光工艺
烧碱:210g/L;时间:60秒;幅宽:成品幅宽;
上述步骤(1)-(3)为前处理,该前处理半成品指标如表1所示。

(4)打底机染色:颜色:藏蓝
工艺参数设定:g/L;
工艺条件:轧染:轧余率45%。
(5)焙烘
焙烘温度100℃。
(6)还原皂洗机汽蒸固色:颜色:藏蓝
工艺参数:g/L;
烧碱38g/L;
保险粉38g/L;
烧碱3g/L;
防沾皂洗剂DL-106 3g/L;
工艺条件:汽蒸温度:102℃,时间:80秒。
皂洗工艺温度:90℃,时间:5min。
(7)拉幅工艺:后整理工艺
柔软剂20g/L;
温度:150℃,时间,52秒;幅宽:成品幅宽。
(8)预缩工艺
缩率3%;
温度108℃。
石墨烯锦棉织物经过步骤(4)-(8)处理后,即染色与染料、固色液及后整理影响无变化。
实施例3
一种石墨烯锦棉梭织织物的印染方法,包括如下步骤:翻缝→退浆氧漂→定型→丝光→打底机染色→焙烘→还原皂洗机汽蒸固色→拉幅→预缩;
(1)退浆氧漂工艺
退浆工艺:烧碱30g/L;退浆剂5.5g/L,分散螯合剂HF-1 1.8g/L;温度:104℃;时间:50min;
氧漂工艺:烧碱3.5g/L,双氧水5g/L,双氧水稳定剂5.5g/L,氧漂剂6g/L,分散螯合剂HF-1 2g/L;温度:100℃;时间:35min;
(2)定型工艺
温度:205℃;时间:30s;幅宽:成品加5cm;
(3)丝光工艺
烧碱:220g/L;时间:50;幅宽:成品幅宽;
上述步骤(1)-(3)为前处理,该前处理半成品指标如表1所示。

(4)打底机染色:颜色:藏蓝
工艺参数设定:g/L;
工艺条件:轧染:轧余率50%。
(5)焙烘
焙烘温度80℃。
(6)还原皂洗机汽蒸固色:颜色:藏蓝
工艺参数:g/L;
工艺条件:汽蒸温度:102℃,时间:70秒。
皂洗工艺温度:100℃,时间:5mi n。
(7)拉幅工艺:后整理工艺
柔软剂20g/L;
温度:140℃,时间,48秒;幅宽:成品幅宽。
(8)预缩工艺
缩率3%;
温度100℃。
石墨烯锦棉织物经过步骤(4)-(8)处理后,即染色与染料、固色液及后整理影响无变化。
处理完成后,成品指标如表4所示。

对本发明得到的石墨烯锦棉织物,进行功能化对比如下表5和表6。

由上述数据可知,本发明得到的石墨烯锦棉织物,远红外功能、抑菌功能等效果均优异,提供一种新的石墨烯服装梭织面料,打开国内外市场,为未来创新纺织奠定基础。

1.一种石墨烯锦棉梭织织物的印染方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:翻缝→退浆氧漂→定型→丝光→打底机染色→焙烘→还原皂洗机汽蒸固色→拉幅→预缩。
2.根据权利要求1所述的石墨烯锦棉梭织织物的印染方法,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:翻缝→退浆氧漂→定型→丝光→打底机染色→焙烘→还原皂洗机汽蒸固色→拉幅→预缩;
(1)退浆氧漂工艺
退浆工艺:烧碱28-30g/L;退浆剂5-6g/L,分散螯合剂HF-1 1.8-2.2g/L;温度:100-104℃;时间:45-55min;
氧漂工艺:烧碱3-4g/L,双氧水5-6g/L,双氧水稳定剂5-6g/L,氧漂剂6g/L,分散螯合剂HF-1 2g/L;温度:90-100℃;时间:35-45min;
(2)定型工艺

7.根据权利要求1所述的石墨烯锦棉梭织织物的印染方法,其特征在于,步骤(6)中防沾皂洗剂DL-106为皂洗剂CO。
8.根据权利要求1所述的石墨烯锦棉梭织织物的印染方法,其特征在于,步骤(7)中柔软剂为有机硅柔软剂01R。
9.根据权利要求1所述的石墨烯锦棉梭织织物的印染方法得到石墨烯锦棉梭织织物。
10.根据权利要求9所得到的织物,用于留白灰、藏青、黑色,深灰色织物中的应用。
