石墨烯碳是石墨中的一种,其存在方式同自然界中的碳的化合物有所不同,是由人工通过一些化学或物理的方式制备形成的一种碳单质,由杂化的碳原子在二维平面上有序排列而成,被认为是各维碳材料的基本组成单位。独特的结构赋予了石墨烯优异的性能,尤其在电学、光学、热学、力学等方面更加突出。
石墨烯被誉为“改变21世纪的神奇材料”,具有强导热导电、超轻、耐损等特点,在纺织领域,石墨烯复合纤维面料是一种高端产品,该产品外观和普通纱线、面料并没有太大差别,已成功研发应用于家纺和针织面料,其手感更加柔软,其具有低温远红外线、抗菌抑菌、防静电、导热性能高等多种功能,保暖性比全棉、羊毛、驼绒等面料更强,同时具备面料细腻柔软、舒适、贴肤性,服用性能非常好,适合衬衫、连衣裙、裤装面料,用量大。
但是石墨烯本身为黑色,加工成复合纤维的时候自带灰色,不管石墨烯复合纤维浅染、艳染或是染黑,都给后道染整加工带来了极大的难度,目前,众多的纺织企业对于石墨烯复合纤维在面料染色工艺方面的研究依然存在较大缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的不足,而提供一种透气性好、保暖、抗紫外线的抗菌棉锦纶石墨烯斜纹面料及染色方法,能明显的抑菌效果,并能有效的保护人体的健康,且带给人体一种极佳的舒适度。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种抗菌棉锦纶石墨烯斜纹面料,其特征在于,由经纱和纬纱梭织而成的两上一下的斜纹组织,所述斜纹组织不断重复循环,所述经纱为32S棉纱且采用精梳棉并通过环锭纺方式纺织而成,所述纬纱为70D纯锦纶和70D含石墨烯的锦纶,所述70D纯锦纶和70D含石墨烯的锦纶间隔分布,所述70D含石墨烯的锦纶中在锦纶纺丝过程中将0.5-5%石墨烯材料添加在纺丝液中。
本发明所述石墨烯微粒为粒度≤0.2μm的超细粉末,在锦纶纺丝过程中,添加在纺丝液中,使其均匀的附着在锦纶纱线表面。
本发明所述经纱的经密为145-147根/英寸、纬纱的纬密为93-96根/英寸,面料幅宽为63-65英寸。
本发明所述抗菌棉锦纶石墨烯斜纹面料制备的方法包括以下步骤:
(1)对32S棉纱进行整经,整经车速控制在530-550m/min,卷绕气压控制在3-3.5bar,张力盘重量控制在2.5-2.7g,将纱线卷到经轴上;
(2)将步骤(1)中经轴上的纱线进行浆纱,浆纱速度为65-75m/min;
(3)采用顺穿工艺,将步骤(2)处理过的经纱与纬纱采用两根经纱在上一根经纱在下的方式进行循环织布,织机速度为500-600r/min。
进一步所述抗菌棉锦纶石墨烯斜纹面料制备的方法步骤(3)中织机速度优选560r/min。
本发明所述抗菌棉锦纶石墨烯斜纹面料含量为76%棉纱、12%锦纶和12%含石墨烯锦纶,所述面料的组织结构为2/1斜纹组织,克重156g/m2
本发明还提供一种抗菌棉锦纶石墨烯斜纹面料染色方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
摆布→烧毛→冷堆→洗水→拉幅轧水定型→机缸前处理→机缸活性染色→洗水→拉幅→防缩,具体操作如下:
(1)摆布:
将打卷的坯布通过翻布机上的轮轴前后摆动堆叠;
(2)烧毛:
将步骤(1)中的面料正反面烧毛,烧毛温度为800-900℃,车速为60-65m/min,风压为10-12bar,档位2档;
(3)冷堆:
在风压为10-12bar、车速为60-65m/min、挡位2档和常温的条件下,将步骤(2)中的面料浸轧100%双氧水:11-12g/L、100%烧碱:41-45g/L、精炼剂HS-117:22-27g/L和泡花碱:3-5g/L的混合液,然后在常温下打卷并保持匀速转动20-24小时;
(4)洗水:
将步骤(3)中的面料进行洗水,车速为50-60m/min,温度为80-95℃;
(5)拉幅轧水定型:
将步骤(4)中的面料通过压辊进行拉伸定型,车速为42-48m/min,温度为135-145℃;
(6)机缸前处理:
将乳化剂POL:0.8-1.2g/L、精炼剂:0.8-1.2g/L、稳定剂:0.8-1.2g/L、纯碱:1.8-2.2g/L和100%双氧水:2.8-3.2g/L混合并加入机缸内,设定温度为90-98℃,将步骤(5)中的面料浸入机缸内,时间为30-40min;
(7)机缸活性染色:
0.014%活性黄:2.5-2.8g、0.01%活性红:3.5-3.8g、0.019%活性兰:3.5-3.8g、元明粉:4.3-4.5kg和纯碱:2.9-3.2kg,依次加入到水温为55-65℃的机缸中,将步骤(6)中的面料浸入机缸中40-50min,PH=5-6;
(8)洗水:
在55-65℃的水浴中加入醋酸:0.4-0.5kg,将步骤(7)中的面料浸入其中10-12min,
PH=4.5-5.5,然后加入皂洗液:0.3-0.5kg,升温至85-90℃,时间为10-12min,PH=6.5-7;
(9)拉幅:
将步骤(8)中的面料在温度为130-145℃,车速为38-42m/min的条件下通过压辊左斜2-4cm,然后浸入蓬松柔软剂FLB-09:38-42g/L、水溶性硅油:40-42g/L和柠檬酸:8-15g/L的混合溶液中,PH=7-7.5;
(10)防缩:
将步骤(9)中面料通过防缩机中的橡皮毯进入导辊和承压辊间,车速为50-70m/min,温度为100-130℃。
本发明所述的乳化剂POL主要成分为异构醇醚XP-70,所述精炼剂包括异构醇聚氧乙烯、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和烷基聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐中的一种或多种的混合物,所述稳定剂为硅酸类盐,所述蓬松柔软剂FLB-09主要成分为脂肪酸酰胺、有机硅油。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明,以下实施例是对本发明的解释而本发明并不局限于以下实施例。
实施例一
一种抗菌棉锦纶石墨烯斜纹面料,其特征在于,由经纱和纬纱梭织而成的两上一下的斜纹组织,所述斜纹组织不断重复循环,所述经纱为32S棉纱且采用精梳棉并通过环锭纺方式纺织而成,所述纬纱为70D纯锦纶和70D含石墨烯的锦纶,所述70D纯锦纶和70D含石墨烯的锦纶间隔分布,所述70D含石墨烯的锦纶中在锦纶纺丝过程中将0.5-5%石墨烯材料添加在纺丝液中。
本实施例中的石墨烯微粒为粒度≤0.2μm的超细粉末,在锦纶纺丝过程中,添加在纺丝液中,使其均匀的附着在锦纶纱线表面。
本实施例中经纱的经密为145-147根/英寸、纬纱的纬密为93-96根/英寸,面料幅宽为63-65英寸。
本实施例中一种抗菌棉锦纶石墨烯斜纹面料制备的方法包括以下步骤:
(1)对32S棉纱进行整经,整经车速控制在530-550m/min,卷绕气压控制在3-3.5bar,张力盘重量控制在2.5-2.7g,将纱线卷到经轴上;
(2)将步骤(1)中经轴上的纱线进行浆纱,浆纱速度为65-75m/min;
(3)采用顺穿工艺,将步骤(2)处理过的经纱与纬纱采用两根经纱在上一根经纱在下的方式进行循环织布,织机速度为500-600r/min。
实施例二
本实施例中提供的面料通过实施例一获得,其成分含量为76%棉纱、12%常规锦纶和12%含石墨烯的锦纶,面料的组织结构为2/1斜纹组织,克重156g/m2,设计规格为C32s*N70D+N70D,门幅63-65”,颜色为灰色。
本实施例中提供一种抗菌棉锦纶石墨烯斜纹面料染色方法,包括以下步骤:
摆布→烧毛→冷堆→洗水→拉幅轧水定型→机缸前处理→机缸活性染色→洗水→拉幅→防缩,具体操作如下:
(1)摆布:
将打卷的坯布通过翻布机上的轮轴前后摆动堆叠;
(2)烧毛:
将步骤(1)中的面料正反面烧毛,烧毛温度为800-900℃,车速为60-65m/min,风压为10-12bar,档位2档;
(3)冷堆:
在风压为10-12bar、车速为60-65m/min、挡位2档和常温的条件下,将步骤(2)中的面料浸入100%双氧水:11g/L、100%烧碱:41g/L、精炼剂HS-117:25g/L和泡花碱:4g/L的混合液中,然后在常温下打卷并保持匀速转动20-24小时;
(4)洗水:
将步骤(3)中的面料进行洗水,车速为50-60m/min,温度为80-95℃;
(5)拉幅轧水定型:
将步骤(4)中的面料通过压辊进行拉伸定型,车速为42-48m/min,温度为135-145℃;
(6)机缸前处理:
将乳化剂POL:1.0g/L、精炼剂:1.0g/L、稳定剂:1.0g/L、纯碱:2.0g/L和100%双氧水:3.0g/L混合并加入机缸内,反应设定温度为90-98℃,将步骤(5)中的面料浸入机缸内,时间为30-40min;
(7)机缸活性染色:
0.014%活性黄:2.6g、0.01%活性红:3.6g、0.019%活性兰:3.6g、元明粉:4.4kg和纯碱:3.0kg依次加入到水温为55-65℃的机缸中,将步骤(6)中的面料浸入机缸中40-50min,PH=5-6;
(8)洗水:
在60℃的水浴中加入醋酸:0.4kg,将步骤(7)中的面料浸入其中10-12min,PH=4.5-5.5,然后加入皂洗液:0.4kg,升温至85-90℃,时间为10-12min,PH=6.5-7;
(9)拉幅:
将步骤(8)中的面料在温度为130-145℃,车速为38-42m/min的条件下通过压辊左斜2-4cm,然后浸入蓬松柔软剂FLB-09:40g/L、水溶性硅油:41g/L和柠檬酸:10g/L的混合溶液中,PH=7-7.5;
(10)防缩
将步骤(9)中面料通过防缩机中的橡皮毯进入导辊和承压辊间,车速为50-70m/min,温度100-130℃。
实施例三
本实施例中提供一种抗菌棉锦纶石墨烯斜纹面料染色方法与实施例二中摆布、烧毛、洗水、拉幅轧水定型和防缩的步骤内容相同,且不同之处在于冷堆、机缸前处理、机缸活性染色、洗水和拉幅步骤中所用试剂用量的不同,具体如下:
(3)冷堆:
在风压为10-12bar、车速为60-65m/min、挡位2档和常温的条件下,将步骤(2)中的面料浸轧100%双氧水:11g/L、100%烧碱:43g/L、精炼剂HS-117:22g/L和泡花碱:3g/L的混合液,然后在常温下打卷并保持匀速转动20-24小时;
(6)机缸前处理:
将乳化剂POL:0.8g/L、精炼剂:0.8g/L、稳定剂:0.8g/L、纯碱:1.8g/L和100%双氧水:2.8g/L混合并加入机缸内,反应设定温度为90-98℃,将步骤(5)中的面料浸入机缸内,时间为30-40min;
(7)机缸活性染色:
0.014%活性黄:2.5g、0.01%活性红:3.5g、0.019%活性兰:3.5g、元明粉:4.3kg和纯碱:2.9kg,依次加入到水温为55-65℃的机缸中,将步骤(6)中的面料浸入机缸中40-50min,PH=5-6;
(8)洗水:
在55-65℃的水浴中加入醋酸:0.4kg,将步骤(7)中的面料浸入其中10-12min,PH=4.5-5.5,然后加入皂洗液:0.3kg,升温至85-90℃,时间为10-12min,PH=6.5-7;
(9)拉幅:
将步骤(8)中的面料在温度为130-145℃,车速为38-42m/min的条件下通过压辊左斜2-4cm,然后浸入蓬松柔软剂FLB-09:38g/L、水溶性硅油:40g/L和柠檬酸:8g/L的混合溶液中,PH=7-7.5。
实施例四
本实施例中提供一种抗菌棉锦纶石墨烯斜纹面料染色方法与实施例二和实施例三中摆布、烧毛、洗水、拉幅轧水定型和防缩的步骤内容相同,且不同之处在于冷堆、机缸前处理、机缸活性染色、洗水和拉幅步骤中所用试剂用量的不同,具体如下:
(3)冷堆:
在风压为10-12bar、车速为60-65m/min、挡位2档和常温的条件下,将步骤(2)中的面料浸轧100%双氧水:12g/L、100%烧碱:45g/L、精炼剂HS-117:27g/L和泡花碱:5g/L的混合液,然后在常温下打卷并保持匀速转动20-24小时;
(6)机缸前处理:
将乳化剂POL:1.2g/L、精炼剂:1.2g/L、稳定剂:1.2g/L、纯碱:2.2g/L和100%双氧水:3.2g/L混合并加入机缸内,设定温度为90-98℃,将步骤(5)中的面料浸入机缸内,时间为30-40min;
(7)机缸活性染色:
0.014%活性黄:2.8g、0.01%活性红:3.8g、0.019%活性兰:3.8g、元明粉:4.5kg和纯碱:3.2kg,依次加入到水温为55-65℃的机缸中,将步骤(6)中的面料浸入机缸中40-50min,PH=5-6;
(8)洗水:
在55-65℃的水浴中加入醋酸:0.5kg,将步骤(7)中的面料浸入其中10-12min,PH=4.5-5.5,然后加入皂洗液:0.5kg,升温至85-90℃,时间为10-12min,PH=6.5-7;
(9)拉幅:
将步骤(8)中的面料在温度为130-145℃,车速为38-42m/min的条件下通过压辊左斜2-4cm,然后浸入蓬松柔软剂FLB-09:42g/L、水溶性硅油:42g/L和柠檬酸:15g/L的混合溶液中,PH=7-7.5。

Claims (6)

1.一种抗菌棉锦纶石墨烯斜纹面料,其特征在于,由经纱和纬纱梭织而成的两上一下的斜纹组织,所述斜纹组织不断重复循环,所述经纱为32S棉纱且采用精梳棉并通过环锭纺方式纺织而成,所述纬纱为70D纯锦纶和70D含石墨烯的锦纶,所述70D纯锦纶和70D含石墨烯的锦纶间隔分布,所述70D含石墨烯的锦纶中在锦纶纺丝过程中将0.5-5%石墨烯材料添加在纺丝液中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌棉锦纶石墨烯斜纹面料,其特征在于:所述石墨烯微粒为粒度≤0.2μm的超细粉末。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌棉锦纶石墨烯斜纹面料,其特征在于:所述经纱的经密为145-147根/英寸、纬纱的纬密为93-96根/英寸,面料幅宽为63-65英寸。
4.根据权利要求1-3所述的抗菌棉锦纶石墨烯斜纹面料,其特征在于:所述面料制备的方法包括以下步骤:
(1)对32S棉纱进行整经,整经车速控制在530-550m/min,卷绕气压控制在3-3.5bar,张力盘重量控制在2.5-2.7g,将纱线卷到经轴上;
(2)将步骤(1)中经轴上的纱线进行浆纱,浆纱速度为65-75m/min;
(3)采用顺穿工艺,将步骤(2)处理过的经纱与纬纱采用两根经纱在上一根经纱在下的方式进行循环织布,织机速度为500-600r/min。
5.一种抗菌棉锦纶石墨烯斜纹面料染色方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
摆布→烧毛→冷堆→洗水→拉幅轧水定型→机缸前处理→机缸活性染色→洗水→拉幅→防缩,具体操作如下:
(1)摆布:
将打卷的坯布通过翻布机上的轮轴前后摆动堆叠;
(2)烧毛:
将步骤(1)中的面料正反面烧毛,烧毛温度为800-900℃,车速为60-65m/min,风压为10-12bar,档位2档;
(3)冷堆:
在风压为10-12bar、车速为60-65m/min、挡位2档和常温的条件下,将步骤(2)中的面料浸轧100%双氧水:11-12g/L、100%烧碱:41-45g/L、精炼剂HS-117:22-27g/L和泡花碱:3-5g/L的混合液,然后在常温下打卷并保持匀速转动20-24小时;
(4)洗水:
将步骤(3)中的面料进行洗水,车速为50-60m/min,温度为80-95℃;
(5)拉幅轧水定型:
将步骤(4)中的面料通过压辊进行拉伸定型,车速为42-48m/min,温度为135-145℃;
(6)机缸前处理:
将乳化剂POL:0.8-1.2g/L、精炼剂:0.8-1.2g/L、稳定剂:0.8-1.2g/L、纯碱:1.8-2.2g/L和100%双氧水:2.8-3.2g/L混合并加入机缸内,设定反应温度为90-98℃,将步骤(5)中的面料浸入机缸内,时间为30-40min;
(7)机缸活性染色:
0.014%活性黄:2.5-2.8g、0.01%活性红:3.5-3.8g、0.019%活性兰:3.5-3.8g、元明粉:4.3-4.5kg和纯碱:2.9-3.2kg,依次加入到水温为55-65℃的机缸中,将步骤(6)中的面料浸入机缸中40-50min,PH=5-6;
(8)洗水:
在55-65℃的水浴中加入醋酸:0.4-0.5kg,将步骤(7)中的面料浸入其中10-12min,PH=4.5-5.5,然后加入皂洗液:0.3-0.5kg,升温至85-90℃,时间为10-12min,PH=6.5-7;
(9)拉幅:
将步骤(8)中的面料在温度为130-145℃,车速为38-42m/min的条件下通过压辊左斜2-4cm,然后浸入到蓬松柔软剂FLB-09:38-42g/L、水溶性硅油:40-42g/L和柠檬酸8-15g/L的混合溶液中,PH=7-7.5;
(10)防缩:
将步骤(9)中面料通过防缩机中的橡皮毯进入导辊和承压辊间,车速为50-70m/min,温度为100-130℃。
6.根据权利要求5所述的抗菌棉锦纶石墨烯斜纹面料染色方法,其特征在于:所述乳化剂POL主要成分为异构醇醚XP-70,所述精炼剂包括异构醇聚氧乙烯、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和烷基聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐中的一种或多种的混合物,所述稳定剂为硅酸类盐,所述蓬松柔软剂FLB-09主要成分为脂肪酸酰胺、有机硅油。
