背景技术
由于弹力织物具有较好的弹性,穿着舒适得到广大消费者的青睐,随着新的弹力纤维的不断出现以及人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对弹力面料的需求逐渐增加。尽管弹力面料具有诸多优点,但也存在不足之处,目前市场上弹力面料多数以经纬向棉包氨纶为主,面料成品后布面平整度差,洗后需要熨烫。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种经弹纬棉的高免烫经纬双弹面料的加工工艺,面料穿着柔软舒适、具有高免烫性、高回复性等特点,洗后平整度极高,达到洗可穿的效果。
本发明所述的经弹纬棉的高免烫经纬双弹面料的加工工艺,经纱采用氨纶弹力纱,纬纱使用纯棉;加工工艺包括以下步骤:织造-设计-烧毛-退煮-煮练-氧漂-干定型-丝光-液氨-增白-免烫-柔软;免烫工序条件:采用树脂、催化剂、纤维保护剂和渗透剂的水溶液进行免烫处理,含量如下:树脂100~120g/L,催化剂30~45g/L,纤维保护剂15~25g/L,渗透剂1~2g/L,烘房温度140~150℃,车速60~70m/min,拉幅超喂20~25%,扩幅大于进布幅宽的1~2cm。
优选地,经纱采用氨纶弹力纱40英支包40D,纬纱使用纯棉40支,该织物棉含量为95%~97%,氨纶弹性丝弹力含量3%~5%,织物组织为平纹、纬重平或提花。
织物组织优选为平纹。
织造工序条件:车速800rpm,张力150kg,后梁高度3cm,深度4cm,停经架高度4~-5mm,棕框页数2~4页,棕高126~130mm,主喷时间内开口角为200~300°;

退煮工序条件:退浆酶3ml/kg、渗透剂5ml/kg、精炼酶1ml/kg,蒸箱汽蒸100℃*15min;料槽温度50℃。
退煮工序中将退浆酶、渗透剂、精炼酶配置成料液进行加工。
退煮工序中:退浆酶为鲁瑞精细化工DS-HT,渗透剂为鲁瑞精细化工渗透剂WA-M,精练酶为昂高化工精炼酶601-L。
煮练工序条件:采用NaOH、精炼剂、SA-U、渗透剂和螯合剂的水溶液进行煮练,含量如下:NaOH 45g/L、精炼剂4g/L、SA-U 2g/L、渗透剂6g/L、螯合剂4g/L;车速70米/分,退浆蒸箱水槽液位7-10cm;料槽温度50±3℃,煮练蒸箱水槽液位7-10cm。
煮练工序中:精炼剂为昂高化工精炼剂CRC,渗透剂为昂高化工渗透剂MRZ,螯合剂为SQ-A。
氧漂工序条件:采用NaOH、H2O2、螯合剂、稳定剂和渗透剂的水溶液进行氧漂,含量如下:NaOH 2.5g/L、H2O2 10g/L、螯合剂10g/L、稳定剂6g/L、渗透剂6g/L;蒸箱汽蒸100℃*25min;
氧漂工序中:螯合剂为鲁瑞精细化工螯合剂SQ-A,稳定剂为稳定剂266,渗透剂为鲁瑞精细化工渗透剂。
干定型工序条件:工艺温度180℃~195℃,车速24~30m/min,超喂20~25。
丝光工序条件:NaOH浓度:210~220g/L;张力架200~250N,超喂量105~110%,含潮率5%;车速:80m/min,丝光扩幅区域幅宽大于进布幅宽1~2cm。
液氨工序:车速60m/min,温度110m/min。
增白工序:增白剂8g/L,汽蒸2分钟;
增白工序中:增白剂使用昂高化工的增白剂。
免烫工序条件:采用树脂、催化剂、纤维保护剂和渗透剂的水溶液进行免烫处理,含量如下:树脂100~120g/L,催化剂30~45g/L,纤维保护剂15~25g/L,渗透剂1~2g/L,烘房温度140~150℃,车速60~70m/min,拉幅超喂20~25%,扩幅大于进布幅宽的1~2cm。
免烫工序中:树脂为鲁瑞精细化工的CR-E,催化剂为鲁瑞精细化工的CT-C,纤维保护剂为鲁瑞精细化工的SF-P,渗透剂为昂高化工的MRZ。
柔软工序条件:柔软剂10~30g/L,上超喂10~15%,下超喂0~-1%,烘房温度110~130℃,扩幅大于进布幅宽1~2cm。
柔软工序中:柔软剂使用传化智联股份有限公司的TF-4911。
本发明中使用的树脂、催化剂、纤维保护剂、螯合剂、精炼剂、退浆酶优选为鲁瑞精细化工有限公司,渗透剂为昂高化工(中国)有限公司,柔软剂优选为传化智联股份有限公司。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
(1)本发明生产方式具有连续性,可以实现大货的连续化生产。
(2)棉含量高,可以提升面料的手感及饱满度,经过免烫整理后具有较高的免烫性能。
(3)本发明技术含量高,尤其应用在高免烫性衬衫面料上,符合市场需求。
(4)采用本发明免烫工艺可以实现面料免烫性3.5级,且强力可以满足纺织品国标要求。
(5)采用本柔软工艺条件在提升面料手感的前提下,可以有效的减少织物降强,满足面料生产需求。
(6)通过采用本发明工艺,减少织物降强,使用本发加工工艺的面料成品免烫性在AATCC 124方法下5次水洗外观可达到3.5级以上,整理过程中织物通过机械力自然收缩使弹性在ASTM D3107-2011方法下可达到15%以上。
(7)经本发明处理后的面料穿着柔软舒适、具有高免烫性、高回复性等特点,洗后平整度极高,达到洗可穿的效果。

11、柔软工序:柔软剂使用传化智联的TF-4911浓度为5g/L,上超喂10%,下超喂-1%,烘房温度110℃,扩幅大于进布幅宽2cm。

9、增白:增白剂使用昂高化工的增白剂PC:8g/L,汽蒸2分钟。
10、免烫工序:树脂使用鲁瑞精细化工的CR-E:120g//l,催化剂使用鲁瑞精细化工的CT-C:45g,纤维保护剂使用鲁瑞精细化工的SF-P:15g/L,渗透剂使用昂高化工的MRZ:1g/L,烘房温度140℃,车速60m/min,拉幅超喂20%,扩幅大于进布幅宽的2cm。
11、柔软工序:柔软剂使用传化智联的TF-4911浓度为10g/L,上超喂10%,下超喂-1%,烘房温度110℃,扩幅大于进布幅宽2CM。
使用上述工艺处理后成品免烫性在AATCC 124方法下5次水洗外观可达到3.5级以上,整理过程中织物通过机械力自然收缩使弹性在ASTM D3107-2011方法下可达到18.6%。
实施例3
面料规格:LYCRA40(40D)*CPT40*130*90*55/56,组织:1/1+DB,经纱采用氨纶弹力纱,纬纱使用纯棉,混纺比:织物棉含量为96%,氨纶弹性丝弹力含量4%。
工艺流程依次为:织造-设计-烧毛-退煮-煮练-氧漂-干定型-丝光-液氨-增白-免烫-柔软
1、织造工艺:车速800rpm,张力150kg,后梁高度3cm,深度4cm,停经架高度5mm,棕框页数4页,棕高130mm,主喷时间内开口角为300°;
2、设计工艺:经向理论弹性20%,纬向理论弹性:20%。
3、烧毛工序:车速110m/min,火焰强度15mber,透烧。
4、退煮工序:退浆酶鲁瑞精细化工DS-HT:3ml/kg、鲁瑞精细化工渗透剂(WA-M)5ml/kg、昂高化工精炼酶601-L1ml/kg、蒸箱汽蒸100度*15min;料槽温度50度
煮练工艺:NaOH 45g/L;昂高化工精炼剂(CRC)4g/L,鲁瑞精细化工SA-U 2g/L;昂高化工渗透剂(MRZ)6g/L;螯合剂(SQ-A)4g/L;车速70米/分,退浆蒸箱水槽液位7-10cm;料槽温度50±3℃,煮练蒸箱水槽液位7-10cm。
5、氧漂工序:NaOH 2.5g/L;H2O2:10g/L(27.5%);鲁瑞精细化工螯合剂SQ-A:10g/L;稳定剂266:6g/L;鲁瑞精细化工渗透剂:6g/L;蒸箱汽蒸100℃*25min。
6、干定型工序:工艺温度195℃,车速24m/min、超喂20%。
7、丝光工序:NaOH浓度:220g/L;张力架200N,超喂量105%含潮率5%;车速:80m/min,丝光扩幅区域幅宽大于进布幅宽2cm。
8、液氨工序:车速60m/min,温度110m/min。
9、增白工序:使用昂高化工的增白剂PC:8g/L。汽蒸2分钟。
10、免烫工序:树脂使用鲁瑞精细化工的CR-E:120g//l。催化剂使用鲁瑞精细化工的CT-C:45g。纤维保护剂使用鲁瑞精细化工的SF-P:15g/L,渗透剂使用昂高化工的MRZ:1g/L。烘房温度140℃,车速60m/min,拉幅超喂20%,扩幅大于进布幅宽的2cm。
11、柔软工序:柔软剂使用传化智联的TF-4911浓度为5g/L,上超喂10%,下超喂-1%,烘房温度110℃,扩幅大于进布幅宽2cm。
使用上述工艺处理后成品免烫性在AATCC 124方法下5次水洗外观可达到3.5级以上,整理过程中织物通过机械力自然收缩使弹性在ASTM D3107-2011方法下可达到18.6%。

Claims (10)

1.一种经弹纬棉的高免烫经纬双弹面料的加工工艺,其特征在于:经纱采用氨纶弹力纱,纬纱使用纯棉;加工工艺包括以下步骤:织造-设计-烧毛-退煮-煮练-氧漂-干定型-丝光-液氨-增白-免烫-柔软;免烫工序条件:采用树脂、催化剂、纤维保护剂和渗透剂的水溶液进行免烫处理,含量如下:树脂100~120g/L,催化剂30~45g/L,纤维保护剂15~25g/L,渗透剂1~2g/L,烘房温度140~150℃,车速60~70m/min,拉幅超喂20~25%,扩幅大于进布幅宽的1~2cm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的经弹纬棉的高免烫经纬双弹面料的加工工艺,其特征在于:经纱采用氨纶弹力纱40英支包40D,纬纱使用纯棉40支,该织物棉含量为95%~97%,氨纶弹性丝弹力含量3%~5%,织物组织为平纹、纬重平或提花。
3.根据权利要求1所述的经弹纬棉的高免烫经纬双弹面料的加工工艺,其特征在于:织造工序条件:车速800rpm,张力150kg,后梁高度3cm,深度4cm,停经架高度4~-5mm,棕框页数2~4页,棕高126~130mm,主喷时间内开口角为200~300°;
设计工序条件:经向理论弹性15~20%,纬向理论弹性:18~24%;
烧毛工序条件:车速100~110m/min,火焰强度15-20mber,透烧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的经弹纬棉的高免烫经纬双弹面料的加工工艺,其特征在于:
退煮工序条件:退浆酶3ml/kg、渗透剂5ml/kg、精炼酶1ml/kg,蒸箱汽蒸100℃*15min;料槽温度50℃;
煮练工序条件:采用NaOH、精炼剂、SA-U、渗透剂和螯合剂的水溶液进行煮练,含量如下:NaOH 45g/L、精炼剂4g/L、SA-U 2g/L、渗透剂6g/L、螯合剂4g/L;车速70米/分,退浆蒸箱水槽液位7-10cm;料槽温度50±3℃,煮练蒸箱水槽液位7-10cm。
5.根据权利要求4所述的经弹纬棉的高免烫经纬双弹面料的加工工艺,其特征在于:
退煮工序中:退浆酶为鲁瑞精细化工DS-HT,渗透剂为鲁瑞精细化工渗透剂WA-M,精练酶为昂高化工精炼酶601-L;
煮练工序中:精炼剂为昂高化工精炼剂CRC,渗透剂为昂高化工渗透剂MRZ,螯合剂为SQ-A。
6.根据权利要求1所述的经弹纬棉的高免烫经纬双弹面料的加工工艺,其特征在于:
氧漂工序条件:采用NaOH、H2O2、螯合剂、稳定剂和渗透剂的水溶液进行氧漂,含量如下:NaOH 2.5g/L、H2O2 10g/L、螯合剂10g/L、稳定剂6g/L、渗透剂6g/L;蒸箱汽蒸100℃*25min;
干定型工序条件:工艺温度180℃~195℃,车速24~30m/min,超喂20~25。
7.根据权利要求6所述的经弹纬棉的高免烫经纬双弹面料的加工工艺,其特征在于:
丝光工序条件:NaOH浓度:210~220g/L;张力架200~250N,超喂量105~110%,含潮率5%;车速:80m/min,丝光扩幅区域幅宽大于进布幅宽1~2cm;
液氨工序:车速60m/min,温度110m/min;
增白工序:增白剂8g/L,汽蒸2分钟。
8.根据权利要求6所述的经弹纬棉的高免烫经纬双弹面料的加工工艺,其特征在于:
氧漂工序中:螯合剂为鲁瑞精细化工螯合剂SQ-A,稳定剂为稳定剂266,渗透剂为鲁瑞精细化工渗透剂。
9.根据权利要求1所述的经弹纬棉的高免烫经纬双弹面料的加工工艺,其特征在于:
免烫工序中:树脂为鲁瑞精细化工的CR-E,催化剂为鲁瑞精细化工的CT-C,纤维保护剂为鲁瑞精细化工的SF-P,渗透剂为昂高化工的MRZ。
10.根据权利要求1所述的经弹纬棉的高免烫经纬双弹面料的加工工艺,其特征在于:
柔软工序条件:柔软剂10~30g/L,上超喂10~15%,下超喂0~-1%,烘房温度110~130℃,扩幅大于进布幅宽1~2cm。
