随着大众生活水平的提高,人们更注重对生活品质的追求。高档服饰、家用纺织品成为当前中产阶级的主要消费群,该消费群已逐渐形成了独特的消费品味,但当下的服饰、家纺产品,已无法满足人们快速增长的个性化需求。
蚕丝是一种天然蛋白质纤维材料,是生产夏季高档轻薄型服饰面料的主要原料之一,具有其它纤维及加工品无可替代的独特性能和无可比拟的旺盛生命力。蚕丝的主要品种是桑蚕丝和柞蚕丝,此外还有蓖麻蚕丝、天蚕丝、樟蚕丝等等。蚕丝(茧丝)由两条平行的单丝组成,蚕丝纤维的主体为丝素,丝素的外围被丝胶包覆。在蚕丝的物质组成中,除丝素和丝胶外,还含有少量蜡质物、无机物质和色素等。其含量随蚕的品种、饲养条件等不同而变化。蚕丝蛋白的基本化学结构单元是α-氨基酸,丝素和丝胶所包含的氨基酸组成存在明显的差异。
桑蚕丝富含有对人体有益的18种氨基酸与蛋白质而被世人誉为“纤维皇后”,由于桑蚕丝从栽桑养蚕至缫丝织绸的生产过程中未受到污染,因此被世人推崇为绿色纤维。桑蚕丝纤维是高级的纺织原料,纤维细而柔软,具有较好的强伸性。作为天然蛋白质类纤维,其制成的面料外观高贵典雅,光泽优雅柔和,质感滑爽细腻,穿着飘逸、滑爽、透气,深受广大消费者的青睐,因此也广泛的应用于衣物制造纺织领域。
然而,真丝织物耐光性差,不可长时间暴晒,若长时间在太阳下面暴晒,织物会发黄。且夏季人体出汗,易滋生细菌,因此真丝织物防紫外性能和抗菌性都有待提高。

(3)汽蒸;
(4)洗涤烘干;

优选地,一种夏季清凉女装的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)防紫外整理:将面料在防紫外整理液中浸渍15-25分钟,浸渍温度35-45℃,其中面料与防紫外整理液的质量比为1:(10-20),再通过烘干机烘干;
(2)抗菌整理:将经步骤(1)处理的面料在抗菌整理液中浸渍15-25分钟,浸渍温度35-45℃,其中面料与抗菌整理液的质量比为1:(10-20),再通过烘干机烘干;
(3)汽蒸:将经步骤(2)处理的面料在温度为110-120℃汽蒸1-3分钟,再在95-100℃汽蒸5-10分钟;
(4)洗涤烘干:将经步骤(3)处理的面料水洗1-3次,低温烘干,得到防紫外抗菌面料;
(5)将防紫外抗菌面料进行裁剪,并按常规女装制备工艺缝制即得。
优选地,一种夏季清凉女装的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)预处理:将面料在预处理溶液中浸渍25-35分钟,浸渍温度15-25℃,其中面料与预处理溶液的质量比为1:(10-20),再通过烘干机烘干,得到预处理面料,所述预处理溶液包括下述重量份原料:丙酸钙1-5份、苹果酸1-3份、水85-95份;
(2)防紫外整理:将预处理面料在防紫外整理液中浸渍15-25分钟,浸渍温度35-45℃,其中面料与防紫外整理液的质量比为1:(10-20),再通过烘干机烘干;
(3)抗菌整理:将经步骤(2)处理的面料在抗菌整理液中浸渍15-25分钟,浸渍温度35-45℃,其中面料与抗菌整理液的质量比为1:(10-20),再通过烘干机烘干;
(4)汽蒸:将经步骤(3)处理的面料在温度为110-120℃汽蒸1-3分钟,再在95-100℃汽蒸5-10分钟;
(5)洗涤烘干:将经步骤(4)处理的面料水洗1-3次,低温烘干,得到防紫外抗菌面料;
(6)将防紫外抗菌面料进行裁剪,并按常规女装制备工艺缝制即得。
优选地,步骤(2)所述的防紫外整理液由下述重量份原料制备而成:青石莲提取物1-10份、紫外线吸收剂0.1-1份、二氧化钛1-3份、渗透剂0.01-1份、水85-95份。
优选地,所述青石莲提取物由下述方法制备而成:加入青石莲重量8-12倍的水,95-100℃煎煮2个小时,趁热采用300目滤布过滤,收集滤液;滤渣中再加入6-10倍青石莲重量的水,95-100℃煎煮1个小时,采用300目滤布过滤弃渣,合并两次滤液,在压力0.06MPa、温度为40℃下的条件下进行真空减压浓缩,再冷冻干燥,得到青石莲提取物。
优选地,所述紫外线吸收剂为肉桂酸和/或叶绿素铜钠,更优选地,所述紫外线吸收剂为肉桂酸和叶绿素铜钠质量比(3-5):1的混合物。
优选地,所述渗透剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
优选地,所述所述抗菌整理液包括下述重量份原料:甘草酸二钾0.01-1份、氧化锌1-2份、水90-98份。
优选地,所述面料材质为100wt%桑蚕丝。
本发明还提供了一种夏季清凉女装,采用上述方法制备而成。
本发明夏季清凉女装及其制备方法,采用桑蚕丝面料,桑蚕丝面料具有良好的吸湿、散热能力,减龄效果显著,并对桑蚕丝面料进行了整理,使面料的防紫外和抗菌性能显著。
具体实施方式
防紫外性能测试:依据GB/T 18830-2009《纺织品防紫外性能的评定》对实施例中制备的防紫外抗菌面料的进行防紫外性能测试。
抗菌性能测试:采用国家标准GB/T20944.3-2008《纺织品抗菌性能的评价第3部分:振荡法》进行抗菌性定量测试,采用耐洗色牢度试验机洗涤方法,测试水洗30次后织物的抑菌率。所测试的微生物:大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)AS.1.90;白色念珠菌(Candidaalbicance)AS.2.2086。
桑蚕丝面料,采用湖州蚕井丝绸有限公司提供的100wt%桑蚕丝面料,纱支28,克重为130g/m2。
青石莲,拉丁学名:Rhizoma Polypodiodis Nipponicae,别称水龙骨,采用亳州市四芝堂药业有限责任公司提供的水龙骨干燥根茎。
青石莲提取物的制备方法:加入青石莲重量10倍的水,98℃煎煮2个小时,然后采用300目滤布过滤,收集滤液;滤渣中再加入青石莲重量8倍的水,98℃煎煮1个小时,采用300目滤布过滤弃渣,合并两次滤液,在压力0.06MPa、温度为40℃下的条件下进行真空减压浓缩为密度为1.30g/mL(20℃)的稠膏,在-20℃下冷冻干燥12小时后,即可得到青石莲提取物。
乙醇,CAS号:64-17-5。
丙酸钙,CAS号:4075-81-4。
苹果酸,CAS号:6915-15-7。
二氧化钛,CAS号:13463-67-7。采用南京天行新材料有限公司提供的型号为TTP-A10的纳米二氧化钛,粒径10nm。
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,江苏省海安石油化工厂生产的渗透剂JFC,渗透力≤60秒(0.1%水溶液)。
甘草酸二钾,CAS号:68797-35-3。
氧化锌,CAS号:1314-13-2,采用南京天行新材料有限公司提供的型号为TZP-50的纳米氧化锌,粒径30nm。
肉桂酸,CAS号:140-10-3。
叶绿素铜钠,CAS号:28302-36-5。
实施例1
一种夏季清凉女装的原料(重量份):
防紫外整理液:青石莲提取物5份、紫外线吸收剂0.05份、二氧化钛2份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.1份、水93份;
抗菌整理液:甘草酸二钾0.05份、氧化锌1.5份、水95份。
防紫外整理液制备方法:将青石莲提取物、紫外线吸收剂、二氧化钛、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚加入到水中混合均匀,即得防紫外整理液。
所述紫外线吸收剂为肉桂酸。
抗菌整理液制备方法:将甘草酸二钾、氧化锌加入到水中混合均匀,即得抗菌整理液。
一种夏季清凉女装的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)防紫外整理:将面料在防紫外整理液中浸渍20分钟,浸渍温度40℃,其中面料与防紫外整理液的质量比为1:15,再通过烘干机在100℃干燥5分钟;
(2)抗菌整理:将经步骤(1)处理的面料在抗菌整理液中浸渍20分钟,浸渍温度40℃,其中面料与抗菌整理液的质量比为1:15,再通过烘干机在100℃干燥5分钟;
(3)汽蒸:将经步骤(2)处理的面料在温度为115℃下用水蒸汽蒸2分钟,再在98℃下用水蒸汽蒸8分钟;
(4)洗涤烘干:将经步骤(3)处理的面料水洗2次,65℃干燥6小时,得到防紫外抗菌面料;
(6)将防紫外抗菌面料进行裁剪,并按常规女装制备工艺缝制即得。
实施例2
一种夏季清凉女装的原料(重量份):
预处理溶液:丙酸钙3份、苹果酸2份、水95份;
防紫外整理液:青石莲提取物5份、紫外线吸收剂0.05份、二氧化钛2份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.1份、水93份;
抗菌整理液:甘草酸二钾0.05份、氧化锌1.5份、水95份。
预处理溶液制备方法:将丙酸钙、苹果酸加入到水中,搅拌均匀,即得预处理溶液。
防紫外整理液制备方法:将青石莲提取物、紫外线吸收剂、二氧化钛、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚加入到水中混合均匀,即得防紫外整理液。
所述紫外线吸收剂为肉桂酸。
抗菌整理液制备方法:将甘草酸二钾、氧化锌加入到水中混合均匀,即得抗菌整理液。
一种夏季清凉女装的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)预处理:将面料在预处理溶液中浸渍30分钟,浸渍温度20℃,其中面料与预处理溶液的质量比为1:15,再通过烘干机在100℃干燥5分钟,得到预处理面料;
(2)防紫外整理:将预处理面料在防紫外整理液中浸渍20分钟,浸渍温度40℃,其中面料与防紫外整理液的质量比为1:15,再通过烘干机在100℃干燥5分钟;
(3)抗菌整理:将经步骤(2)处理的面料在抗菌整理液中浸渍20分钟,浸渍温度40℃,其中面料与抗菌整理液的质量比为1:15,再通过烘干机在100℃干燥5分钟;
(4)汽蒸:将经步骤(3)处理的面料在温度为115℃下用水蒸汽蒸2分钟,再在98℃下用水蒸汽蒸8分钟;
(5)洗涤烘干:将经步骤(4)处理的面料水洗2次,65℃干燥6小时,得到防紫外抗菌面料;
(6)将防紫外抗菌面料进行裁剪,并按常规女装制备工艺缝制即得。
实施例3
与实施例2基本相同,区别仅在于:
防紫外整理液原料(重量份):紫外线吸收剂0.05份、二氧化钛2份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.1份、水98份。
防紫外整理液制备方法:将紫外线吸收剂、二氧化钛、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚加入到水中混合均匀,即得防紫外整理液。
所述紫外线吸收剂为肉桂酸。
实施例4
与实施例2基本相同,区别仅在于:
所述步骤(4)中汽蒸:将经步骤(3)处理的面料在温度为98℃下用水蒸汽蒸10分钟。
实施例5
与实施例2基本相同,区别仅在于:
所述步骤(4)中汽蒸:将经步骤(3)处理的面料在温度为115℃下用水蒸汽蒸10分钟。
实施例6
与实施例2基本相同,区别仅在于:
所述紫外线吸收剂为叶绿素铜钠。防紫外性能测试结果:UPF 91.8,T(UVA)3.69;抑菌性能测试结果:大肠杆菌抑菌率94.2%,白色念珠菌抑菌率95.1%。
实施例7
与实施例2基本相同,区别仅在于:
所述紫外线吸收剂为肉桂酸和叶绿素铜钠按质量比4:1混合而成。防紫外性能测试结果:UPF 94.7,T(UVA)3.51;抑菌性能测试结果:大肠杆菌抑菌率99.2%,白色念珠菌抑菌率99.8%。
测试例1
对实施例1-5的制备的防紫外抗菌面料进行防紫外性能测试。具体结果见表1。

实施例2使用了预处理步骤,其防紫外效果明显优于实施例实施例1。这是因为在弱酸性条件下钙离子使纤维分子结构松弛,从而有利于后续工艺的物质分子渗透到纤维内部。
实施例2采用在在防紫外整理液中添加了青石莲提取物,其防紫外效果明显优于实施例3。
实施例2采用分阶段汽蒸,其防紫外效果明显优于实施例4和实施例5。
测试例2
对实施例1-5的制备的防紫外抗菌面料进行抗菌性能测试。具体结果见表2。

Claims (10)
1.一种夏季清凉女装的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)防紫外整理;
(2)抗菌整理;
(3)汽蒸;
(4)洗涤烘干;
(5)将面料进行裁剪,并按常规女装制备工艺缝制即得。
2.一种夏季清凉女装的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)防紫外整理:将面料在防紫外整理液中浸渍15-25分钟,浸渍温度35-45℃,其中面料与防紫外整理液的质量比为1:(10-20),再通过烘干机烘干;
(2)抗菌整理:将经步骤(1)处理的面料在抗菌整理液中浸渍15-25分钟,浸渍温度35-45℃,其中面料与抗菌整理液的质量比为1:(10-20),再通过烘干机烘干;
(3)汽蒸:将经步骤(2)处理的面料在温度为110-120℃汽蒸1-3分钟,再在95-100℃汽蒸5-10分钟;
(4)洗涤烘干:将经步骤(3)处理的面料水洗1-3次,低温烘干,得到防紫外抗菌面料;
(5)将防紫外抗菌面料进行裁剪,并按常规女装制备工艺缝制即得。
3.一种夏季清凉女装的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:

(4)汽蒸:将经步骤(3)处理的面料在温度为110-120℃汽蒸1-3分钟,再在95-100℃汽蒸5-10分钟;
(5)洗涤烘干:将经步骤(4)处理的面料水洗1-3次,低温烘干,得到防紫外抗菌面料;
(6)将防紫外抗菌面料进行裁剪,并按常规女装制备工艺缝制即得。
4.如权利要求3所述的夏季清凉女装的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)所述的防紫外整理液由下述重量份原料制备而成:青石莲提取物1-10份、紫外线吸收剂0.1-1份、二氧化钛1-3份、渗透剂0.01-1份、水85-95份。
5.如权利要求4所述的夏季清凉女装的制备方法,其特征在于,所述青石莲提取物由下述方法制备而成:加入青石莲重量8-12倍的水,95-100℃煎煮2个小时,趁热采用300目滤布过滤,收集滤液;滤渣中再加入6-10倍青石莲重量的水,95-100℃煎煮1个小时,采用300目滤布过滤弃渣,合并两次滤液,在压力0.06MPa、温度为40℃下的条件下进行真空减压浓缩,得到青石莲提取物浓缩液,再冷冻干燥,即可得到青石莲提取物。
6.如权利要求4所述的夏季清凉女装的制备方法,其特征在于,所述紫外线吸收剂为肉桂酸和/或叶绿素铜钠。
7.如权利要求4所述的夏季清凉女装的制备方法,其特征在于,所述渗透剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
8.如权利要求3或4所述的夏季清凉女装的制备方法,其特征在于,所述所述抗菌整理液包括下述重量份原料:甘草酸二钾0.01-1份、氧化锌1-2份、水90-98份。
9.根据权利要求3或4所述的夏季清凉女装的制备方法,其特征在于,所述面料材质为100wt%桑蚕丝。
10.一种夏季清凉女装,其特征在于,采用权利要求1-9中任一项方法制备而成。
