Abstract

本发明涉及纺织染整技术领域,提供一种可机洗三防精纺毛织物的制作方法,按照以下工艺步骤进行:(1)织制精纺毛织物;(2)超声波前处理;(3)配置可机洗三防整理液;(4)精纺毛织物的可机洗三防功能整理。本发明的有益效果是:1)利用可机洗三防整理剂TK190独特的压变传导机制,实现毛织物在穿着时具有防水、防油、防沾污性能,而在水洗过程具有防毡缩、易去污功能;2)通过超声波前处理有效提高可机洗三防性能的耐洗性并改善毛织物手感;3)以异丙醇作渗透剂,利用其优异的渗透性与高温易挥发性,可赋予毛织物整理后的自然色彩及超柔手感。

Description

一种可机洗三防精纺毛织物的制作方法
技术领域:
本发明涉及纺织染整技术领域,特别涉及一种可机洗三防精纺毛织物的制作方法。
背景技术:
羊毛弹性好、保暖性能优越,全毛或毛混纺织物在秋冬季节可持久维持人体舒适温湿环境;还可与纤维素纤维、合成纤维,如棉、黏胶混纺或者交织,开发适合春夏穿着的舒适快干、抗皱高档毛织物。但是羊毛纤维卷曲度大,其表面天然鳞片层会使得毛织物在湿、热条件下发生不可逆毡化现象,日常护理不方便。为解决羊毛面料毡缩问题,目前有两种有效途径:1)开发机可洗羊毛织物;2)提高毛织物防水、防油、防沾污性能,减少洗涤次数。
机可洗:
目前,羊毛织物一般是通过羊毛剥鳞处理或机可洗树脂整理实现机可洗。中国专利CN206232914U《一种可机洗羊毛面料》,采用高支羊毛纱线通过丝光整理,使得面料可以机洗而不收缩、掉毛。丝光剥鳞处理虽然赋予羊毛织物永久的防毡缩效果,但是由于羊毛表面疏水鳞片层去除,一旦沾染油渍、污渍,不易清除。中国专利CN201648824U《一种可机洗羊毛》在羊毛表面涂敷一层变性有机硅薄膜,使羊毛具有良好的抗毡缩性能。但有机硅树脂的加入不能与羊毛形成牢度的化学键合,耐洗性较差。
三防整理:
目前三防性能主要依靠三防整理剂或者防护层。中国专利CN205241953U《阻燃三防面料》,通过设置有两个三防层,两个三防层均具有防水、防油、防污的特性,在三防层的经纱的外层包覆有丝绸线层,更加耐洗涤,不容易褪色和起皱,达到减少洗涤的次数。但是丝绸线包覆层的使用增加生产难度,且不适用精纺毛织品。而三防整理剂的使用会造成织物透气舒适型变差、引起色差,且手感较差。
综上,已有机可洗技术与三防整理技术仍存在不足,亟待一种可机洗三防精纺毛织物的制作方法。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中的不足,提供了一种可机洗三防精纺毛织物的制作方法。本发明成本较低,可操作性强,可同时满足毛织物可机洗与三防性能。本发明的目的可以通过以下技术解决方案来实现。
一种可机洗三防精纺毛织物的制作方法,按照以下工艺步骤进行:
(1)织制精纺毛织物:将羊毛纤维与涤纶纤维按70/30~20/80比例混纺,经纺纱、织造工序,制得精纺毛织物;
(2)超声波亲水前处理:将精纺毛织物置于超声波清洗槽并加入3~5g/l纯碱、0.1~0.3g/l净洗剂,超声波处理20~25min;
(3)制备可机洗三防整理液:按浴比1:10~1:15称量去离子水,加入一定浓度的99% 异丙醇与可机洗三防整理剂TK-190,并调节整理液PH、搅拌均匀,得到可机洗三防整理液;
(4)精纺毛织物的可机洗三防功能整理:将精纺毛织物浸入可机洗三防整理液5~10min,两浸两轧、预烘、热定型,得到成品。
进一步地,步骤(1)所述纺纱、织造工序为混条—复精梳—粗纱—细纱—并线—倍捻—蒸纱—整经—织造。
进一步地,步骤(1)所述织造纬经比0.85~0.95。
进一步地,步骤(2)所述超声波清洗频率90~110Hz。
进一步地,步骤(3)所述99%异丙醇溶液比2.5~4.5%,TK190溶液比7.0~8.5%;整理液PH值5.5~6.5。
进一步地,步骤(4)所述二浸二轧的浸轧压强为3~5kg/cm2,浸轧车速12~15m/min,轧余率50%~65%。
进一步地,步骤(4)所述预烘温度120~130℃,预烘5~7min。
进一步地,步骤(4)所述热定型温度165~175℃,定型时间3~5min。
本发明的有益效果在于:1)利用可机洗三防整理剂TK190独特的压变传导机制,实现毛织物在穿着时具有防水、防油、防沾污性能,而在水洗过程具有防毡缩、易去污功能;2)通过超声波前处理有效提高可机洗三防性能的耐洗性并改善毛织物手感;3)以异丙醇作渗透剂,利用其优异的渗透性与高温易挥发性,可赋予毛织物整理后的自然色彩及超柔手感。
具体实施方式:
实施例:
(1)织制精纺毛织物:将羊毛纤维与涤纶纤维按70/30比例混纺,经混条—复精梳—粗纱—细纱—并线—倍捻—蒸纱—整经—织造,制得精纺毛织物。其中精纺毛织物纬经比为0.90。
(2)超声波亲水前处理:将精纺毛织物置于超声波清洗槽,调节超声波频率90Hz,并加入3g/l纯碱、0.3g/l净洗剂,超声波处理20min。
(3)制备可机洗三防整理液:称量去离子水,加入溶液比3.0%的99% 异丙醇与溶液比7.0%可机洗三防整理剂TK-190,并调节整理液PH为5.5、搅拌均匀,得到可机洗三防整理液。
(4)精纺毛织物的可机洗三防功能整理:将精纺毛织物浸入可机洗三防整理液5min,两浸两轧,轧液率50%、130℃预烘5min、175℃热定型2min,得到成品。
织物的防水、防油、防沾污及机可洗性能测试结果分别见表1~4。整理后接触角为142°。
表1 AATCC 22-2010防泼水标准测试及对比测试
防泼水测试按美标AATCC 22-2010进行。结果显示:三防可机洗羊毛面料初次防水评分达90+,10次洗涤后仍保持80+水平,具有极好的防泼水性能及良好的耐洗性。
表2 AATCC 118-2012防油标准测试及对比测试
防油测试测试按美标AATCC 118-2012进行。结果显示:三防可机洗羊毛面料初次防油等级达最高6级,10次洗涤后保持4.5级,具有极好的防油性能及良好的耐洗性。
表3 AATCC 130-2010防沾污标准测试及对比测试
防污渍测试测试按美标AATCC 130-2010进行。结果显示:三防可机洗羊毛面料初次防污渍(番茄、泥土、咖啡等易沾污渍)等级达最高5级,10次洗涤后保持3.5级,具有极好的防污渍性能及良好的耐洗性。

可机洗测试测试按国际羊毛局IWS 31进行。经过7A×1松弛后,测试并记录5A×5下的长度缩率、幅宽缩率及面积毡缩率变化情况。结果表明,三防机可机洗面料达到IWS国际认证面积毡缩率≤8%要求,实现了羊毛可机洗。

Claims (8)

1.一种可机洗三防精纺毛织物的制作方法,其特征在于,按照以下工艺步骤进行:
(1)织制精纺毛织物:将羊毛纤维与涤纶纤维按70/30~20/80比例混纺,经纺纱、织造工序,制得精纺毛织物;
(2)超声波亲水前处理:将精纺毛织物置于超声波清洗槽并加入3~5g/l纯碱、0.1~0.3g/l净洗剂,超声波处理20~25min;
(3)制备可机洗三防整理液:称量去离子水,加入一定浓度的99% 异丙醇与可机洗三防整理剂TK-190,并调节整理液PH、搅拌均匀,得到可机洗三防整理液;
(4)精纺毛织物的可机洗三防功能整理:将精纺毛织物浸入可机洗三防整理液5~10min,两浸两轧、预烘、热定型,得到成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种可机洗三防精纺毛织物的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)所述纺纱、织造工序为混条—复精梳—粗纱—细纱—并线—倍捻—蒸纱—整经—织造。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种可机洗三防精纺毛织物的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)所述织造纬经比0.85~0.95。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种可机洗三防精纺毛织物的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)所述超声波清洗频率90~110Hz。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种可机洗三防精纺毛织物的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)所述99%异丙醇溶液比2.5~4.5%,TK190溶液比7.0~8.5%;整理液PH值5.5~6.5。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种可机洗三防精纺毛织物的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)所述二浸二轧的浸轧压强为3~5kg/cm2,浸轧车速12~15m/min,轧余率50%~65%。
7.根据权利要求1所述一种可机洗三防精纺毛织物的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)所述预烘温度120~130℃,预烘5~7min。
8.根据权利要求1所述一种可机洗三防精纺毛织物的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)所述热定型温度165~175℃,定型时间3~5min。
