Abstract
本发明公开了一种保健地瓜粉及其制备方法,涉及保健食品技术领域。所述保健地瓜粉包括如下重量份的原料:地瓜70‑80份、山楂5‑10份、南瓜子5‑10份、食用香料5‑10份、低聚糖5‑10份、天门冬5‑10份、香薷5‑10份、淡竹叶3‑8份、白扁豆3‑8份和厚朴3‑8份。本发明保健地瓜粉具有养阴清热、润肺滋肾、利尿消肿、解表驱寒和抗菌的功效,还能提高香味、改善口感、促进消化和增加维生素合成,且改善人体内的微生态环境,调节肠道菌群和增强人体免疫功能,可有效防治中暑、头疼发热和便秘等问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及保健食品技术领域,具体涉及一种保健地瓜粉及其制作方法。
背景技术
地瓜营养丰富,含有人体所必需的钙、铁、锌、铜、磷等多种元素。它还有降低血压、血脂等功效。可用于治疗胃热烦渴,或饮酒过度;热伤津液,大便燥结等。地瓜粉具有一定的药用价值,上火时可用来降火。倒入水加热搅拌,做成粘稠状的透明液体,可加糖调味。地瓜的来源丰富,但目前的木薯粉药用价值并不高。而随着近年来夏季气候的日益升温,且年轻人群体工作、生活压力的增大,容易患上中暑、头痛、便秘等多种疾病,因此利用来源丰富的地瓜作为主料,制作具有多种功效的保健地瓜粉对中暑、头痛、便秘等患者具有重要意义。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种保健地瓜粉及其制作方法,该保健地瓜粉具有养阴清热、润肺滋肾、利尿消肿、解表驱寒和抗菌的功效,还能提高香味、改善口感、促进消化和增加维生素合成,且改善人体内的微生态环境,调节肠道菌群和增强人体免疫功能,可有效防治中暑、头疼发热和便秘等问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种保健地瓜粉,包括如下重量份的原料:地瓜70-80份、山楂5-10份、南瓜子5-10份、食用香料5-10份、低聚糖5-10份、天门冬5-10份、香薷5-10份、淡竹叶3-8份、白扁豆3-8份和厚朴3-8份。
较优的,一种保健地瓜粉,包括如下重量份的原料:地瓜72份、山楂8份、南瓜子8份、食用香料8份、低聚糖8份、天门冬8份、香薷8份、淡竹叶5份、白扁豆5份和厚朴5份。
优选地,所述食用香料为香蜂花、香茅草或薰衣草中的一种或两种以上。
优选地,所述低聚糖包括麦芽低聚糖葡萄糖、壳质低聚糖、木低聚糖或低聚果糖中的一种或两种以上。
本发明还提供了一种保健地瓜粉的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)称取上述重量份原料;
(2)将地瓜煮熟去皮后烘干,与南瓜子放入地瓜中,碾碎,过筛,得混合粉末;
(3)将山楂、天门冬、香薷、淡竹叶、白扁豆和厚朴粉碎后混合搅拌,加入5-10重量倍的水中,大火煮开后放入食用香料,转小火继续煎煮,过滤,得滤液;
(4)在步骤(2)的混合粉末中加入低聚糖和上述滤液,搅拌均匀,烘干,即得到本发明的保健地瓜粉。
优选地,所述步骤(2)中过筛的目数为200-300目。
优选地,所述步骤(3)中小火煎煮的时间为5-10分钟。
优选地,所述步骤(4)中的搅拌时间为2-3小时。
制作本发明所使用的成分介绍如下:
山楂:含多种有机酸,可促消化。口服后增强胃液酸度,提高胃蛋白酶活性,促进蛋白质的消化;山楂味酸,刺激胃黏膜促进胃液分泌;山楂中含脂肪酶,能促进脂肪的消化;山楂含有维生素C等成分,口服可增进食欲;山楂对胃肠运动功能具有调节作用,对痉挛状态的胃肠平滑肌有抑制作用,对松弛状态的平滑肌有兴奋作用,同时山楂对变形杆菌、大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等有较强的抑菌作用。
低聚糖:可改善体内微生态环境,有利于双歧杆菌和其它有益菌的增殖,经代谢产生有机酸使肠内pH值降低,抑制肠内沙门氏菌和腐败菌的生长,调节胃肠功能,抑制肠内腐败物质,改变大便性状,防治便秘,并增加维生素合成,起到调节肠道菌群和增强免疫能力的作用。
香蜂花:药用价值极高,可作刺激剂或轻泻剂,其煎剂多用于治头痛及牙痛;又为一很好蜜源植物;又富含维生素C,目前多用于食品业加工作调味品及酿酒业上;植株富含芳香油,油主要成分为柠檬醛,柠檬醛可用作调香剂,是中国规定使用的食用香料。
香茅草:是一种具有柑橘类水果香味、气味浓郁芬芳的植物,也是在东南亚各国饮食中不可或缺的香料。香茅也是治疗发烧、肌肉痉挛、反胃和头疼的药材。香茅更含有大量的抗氧化剂,能预防人体产生氧化压力,这种导致心脏病和癌症的首要病因之一的症状;研究也发现,香茅含有对抗大肠杆菌的抗菌功能。
薰衣草:具有舒缓压力的功能,不仅可用于制作花香蜡烛和环境清新剂,还用于烹饪中。薰衣草是钙和维他命A的重要来源,也含有丰富的铁和维他命C成分,维他命C能帮助抵御季节性的过敏症。
天门冬:具有养阴清热,润肺滋肾的功效。用于治阴虚发热、咳嗽吐血、肺痈、咽喉肿痛、消渴、便秘等病症。天门冬块根含淀粉33%,蔗糖4%及其他多种营养成分。天门冬全草含天冬酰胺(天门冬素)、β-谷固醇、固体皂苷、黏液质、糖醛衍生物、17种氨基酸、丰富的维生素、无机元素、豆固醇、内酯、黄酮、蒽醌及强心苷等成分。
香薷:既能发汗而解表,又能化湿和中而解暑,还能开宣肺气而利水消肿。功似麻黄,药力亦强,治阴寒闭暑及风水水肿最宜,故素有“夏月麻黄”之称。治急性肠胃炎、腹痛吐泻、夏秋阳暑、头痛发热、恶寒无汗、霍乱、水肿、鼻衄、口臭等症。香薷有发汗解热作用,并可刺激消化腺分泌及胃肠蠕动,对肾血管能产生刺激而使肾小管充血,滤过压增大,呈现利尿作用。因此,夏日常用香薷煮粥服食或泡茶饮用,既可预防中暑,又可增进食欲。
白扁豆:性味,甘微温,入脾胃二经,有补脾胃,和中化湿,利尿消肿,清肝明目、消暑解毒等功效,主治脾胃虚弱、泄泻、呕吐、暑湿内蕴、脘腹胀痛、赤白带下等病,又能解酒毒。
淡竹叶:具有清热除烦,利尿通淋的功效十主治热病烦渴,口舌生疮,牙龈肿痛,小儿惊啼,肺热咳嗽,胃热呕哕,小便赤涩淋浊。
厚朴:味辛、性温,具有行气化湿、温中止痛、降逆平喘的功效。厚朴煎剂对葡萄球菌、链球菌、赤痢杆菌、巴氏杆菌、霍乱弧菌有较强的抗菌作用;而且对横纹肌强直也有一定的缓解作用。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果为:
本发明在地瓜粉中加入山楂、天门冬、香薷、淡竹叶、白扁豆和厚朴等中草药,同时加入食用香料和低聚糖,各成分充分混合为一体,起到了协同增效作用,使本发明地瓜粉不仅具有养阴清热、润肺滋肾、利尿消肿、解表驱寒和抗菌的功效,还能提高香味、改善口感、促进消化和增加维生素合成,且改善人体内的微生态环境,调节肠道菌群和增强人体免疫功能,可有效防治中暑、头疼发热和便秘等问题。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
实施例1
一种保健地瓜粉,采用如下原料制成:地瓜、山楂、南瓜子、香蜂花、麦芽低聚糖葡萄糖、天门冬、香薷、淡竹叶、白扁豆和厚朴。
本发明实施例一种保健地瓜粉的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)称取上述重量份原料;
(2)将70份地瓜煮熟去皮后烘干,与5份南瓜子放入地瓜中,碾碎,过200目筛,得混合粉末;
(3)将5份山楂、5份天门冬、5份香薷、3份淡竹叶、3份白扁豆和3份厚朴粉碎后混合搅拌,加入5重量倍的水中,大火煮开后放入5份香蜂花,转小火继续煎煮5分钟,过滤,得滤液;
(4)在步骤(2)的混合粉末中加入5份麦芽低聚糖葡萄糖和上述滤液,搅拌2小时使其充分混合均匀,烘干,即得到本发明的保健地瓜粉。

实施例2
一种保健地瓜粉,采用如下原料制成:地瓜、山楂、南瓜子、香茅草、麦壳质低聚糖、木低聚糖、天门冬、香薷、淡竹叶、白扁豆和厚朴。
本发明实施例一种保健地瓜粉的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)称取上述重量份原料;
(2)将80份地瓜煮熟去皮后烘干,与10份南瓜子放入地瓜中,碾碎,过250目筛,得混合粉末;
(3)将10份山楂、10份天门冬、10份香薷、8份淡竹叶、8份白扁豆和8份厚朴粉碎后混合搅拌,加入10重量倍的水中,大火煮开后放入10份香茅草,转小火继续煎煮10分钟,过滤,得滤液;
(4)在步骤(2)的混合粉末中加入10份比例为1:1的麦壳质低聚糖和木低聚糖的混合物及上述滤液,搅拌3小时使其充分混合均匀,烘干,即得到本发明的保健地瓜粉。

实施例3
一种保健地瓜粉,采用如下原料制成:地瓜、山楂、南瓜子、薰衣草、香蜂花、木低聚糖、低聚果糖、天门冬、香薷、淡竹叶、白扁豆和厚朴。
本发明实施例一种保健地瓜粉的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)称取上述重量份原料;
(2)将72份地瓜煮熟去皮后烘干,与8份南瓜子放入地瓜中,碾碎,过300目筛,得混合粉末;
(3)将8份山楂、8份天门冬、8份香薷、5份淡竹叶、5份白扁豆和5份厚朴粉碎后混合搅拌,加入10重量倍的水中,大火煮开后放入10份比例为1:1的薰衣草和香蜂花的混合香料,转小火继续煎煮10分钟,过滤,得滤液;
(4)在步骤(2)的混合粉末中加入8份比例为1:1的木低聚糖和低聚果糖的混合料以及上述滤液,搅拌2.5小时使其充分混合均匀,烘干,即得到本发明的保健地瓜粉。
本实施例在地瓜粉中加入山楂、天门冬、香薷、淡竹叶、白扁豆和厚朴等中草药,同时加入食用香料和低聚糖,各成分充分混合为一体,起到了协同增效作用,使本发明地瓜粉不仅具有养阴清热、润肺滋肾、利尿消肿、解表驱寒和抗菌的功效,还能提高香味、改善口感、促进消化和增加维生素合成,且改善人体内的微生态环境,调节肠道菌群和增强人体免疫功能,可有效防治中暑、头疼发热和便秘等问题。
申请人还对本发明保健地瓜粉的功效进行了试验,分别选取80名中暑、头疼发热患者和40名便秘患者,其中60名中暑、头疼发热患者和60名便秘患者用开水冲喝本发明中3个实施例获得的保健地瓜粉,每个实施例的两种不同的患者均为20名,另外20名中暑、头疼发热患者和20名便秘患者用开水冲喝普通的地瓜粉(对照组),冲喝时两者的浓度相同,冲喝5天后,对患者进行调查,得到如下数据:

通过表中统计的数据发现,冲喝本发明实施例的保健地瓜粉5天后,中暑、头疼发热患者和便秘患者已基本恢复,只有少数仍需继续服用,但冲喝普通地瓜粉的患者,较多人症状仍不见好转,表明了本发明可有效治疗中暑、头疼发热和便秘等问题。
上述说明是针对本发明较佳可行实施例的详细说明,但实施例并非用以限定本发明的专利申请范围,凡本发明所提示的技术精神下所完成的同等变化或修饰变更,均应属于本发明所涵盖专利范围。
Claims (8)
1.一种保健地瓜粉,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的原料:地瓜70-80份、山楂5-10份、南瓜子5-10份、食用香料5-10份、低聚糖5-10份、天门冬5-10份、香薷5-10份、淡竹叶3-8份、白扁豆3-8份和厚朴3-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保健地瓜粉,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的原料:地瓜72份、山楂8份、南瓜子8份、食用香料8份、低聚糖8份、天门冬8份、香薷8份、淡竹叶5份、白扁豆5份和厚朴5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的保健地瓜粉,其特征在于,所述食用香料为香蜂花、香茅草或薰衣草中的一种或两种以上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的保健地瓜粉,其特征在于,所述低聚糖包括麦芽低聚糖葡萄糖、壳质低聚糖、木低聚糖或低聚果糖中的一种或两种以上。
5.一种权利要求1-4任一项所述的保健地瓜粉的制作方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)称取上述重量份原料;
(2)将地瓜煮熟去皮后烘干,与南瓜子放入地瓜中,碾碎,过筛,得混合粉末;
(3)将山楂、天门冬、香薷、淡竹叶、白扁豆和厚朴粉碎后混合搅拌,加入5-10重量倍的水中,大火煮开后放入食用香料,转小火继续煎煮,过滤,得滤液;
(4)在步骤(2)的混合粉末中加入低聚糖和上述滤液,搅拌均匀,烘干,即得到本发明的保健地瓜粉。
6.根据权利要求5所述的保健地瓜粉的制作方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中过筛的目数为200-300目。
7.根据权利要求5所述的保健地瓜粉的制作方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中小火煎煮的时间为5-10分钟。
8.根据权利要求5所述的保健地瓜粉的制作方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中的搅拌时间为2-3小时。
