本系列发明涉及一种蓄电池。本系列发明还涉及一种维护蓄电池性能的装置。本系列发明还涉及该蓄电池的制造方法。本系列发明还涉及该维护蓄电池性能的装置的制造方法。
现有的蓄电池铅极板板栅上的糊泥在使用状态时容易脱落,尤其是正极板上的糊泥较易脱落,导致蓄电池性能降低。糊泥脱落的原因是多方面的。
本系列发明的目的是提供一种高性能的蓄电池和/或维护蓄电池性能的装置,它们分别能延缓极板板栅上的糊泥脱落.
本系列发明是这样实现的(一个总的发明构思有两项以上的发明):
1.一种电动自行车,其特征在于下斜管(6)的下部距离曲轴(链轮中轴)较远而距离前轮中轴较近,从而车架底部宽。
2.蓄电池极板板栅的筋条从原来的“+”字形分布排列改变为呈“T”字形分布排列。
3.蓄电池极板板栅的筋条从原来构成长方形框架改变为构成具有多个弧形的框架。
4.维护蓄电池性能的装置由承载蓄电池的倾斜的承载物所组成,在倾斜的承载物上设有作用于蓄电池的避震装置。
5.位于倾斜的承载物上的蓄电池盒设有保持蓄电池水平放置的纠位装置。
6.蓄电池盒位于两轮车后轮的上部和后轮上部的两侧,在蓄电池盒内设有保持蓄电池水平放置的承载面。
7.蓄电池盒设有可通流体的孔。
8.一种维护蓄电池性能的方法,把电动车的蓄电池组成蓄电池组,每组的电压可选24伏特或36、48等伏特,在多个蓄电池组之间设自动转换电路,当蓄电池组(1)负载工作一段时间后,转换电路自动关闭蓄电池组(1)的通路同时接通蓄电池组(2),当蓄电池组(2)负载工作一段时间后,转换电路自动关闭蓄电池组(2)的通路同时接通蓄电池组(1)或其它蓄电池组.如此,各个蓄电池组轮流循环负载工作.
以上每种技术方案都能一定程度地延缓极板板栅上的糊泥脱落。
本系列发明的具体结构由以下的实施例及其附图给出.

参照图1至4,蓄电池外壳1内排列有多个基室3,每个基室3内放有正、负极板、隔板和电解质,电压约2伏特,然后把各基室的正、负极按次序串联。在蓄电池外壳设凹槽2,当蓄电池放置在倾斜的细长物体上时,如图5或6所示嵌放,这样蓄电池水平放置而不是倾斜放置.所以,受震动时,极板板栅不易变形,糊泥不易脱落.
当倾斜的承载物4为两轮车的下斜管或座管时,这种蓄电池便体现出耐震动的高性能.
参照图6,在蓄电池外壳与承载物之间设避震装置5。最好该避震装置是弹簧。
参照图7,多个蓄电池以阶梯式水平放置在下斜管6和座管7上。图7中弧形虚线为蓄电池盒的外形主视示意曲线,最好座管前2个蓄电池与最下面1个蓄电池组成一组,装在蓄电池盒8内,其余3个组成另一组,装在蓄电池盒9内。
参照图8,蓄电池一种放置方式,蓄电池盒设有保持蓄电池水平放置的纠位装置10是阶梯式承载物.
参照图9,蓄电池另一种方置方式,最上面1个蓄电池与下面2个蓄电池隔开一段距离,使蓄电池盒留有凹面11,便于上、下车跨脚.
参照图10,在蓄电池盒9内设保持蓄电池水平放置的纠位装置10.纠位装置可用弹簧或水平承载面或弹性填充物。这样,中美合资“倍特”牌电动自行车的蓄电池就不至于过早降低性能。然而,整车重心严重偏后仍未改变。
参照图11,蓄电池盒外壳设有孔12,便于流体(空气等)通过,使蓄电池盒降温,进而延缓糊泥的脱落。
参照图12,板栅的筋条13呈“T”字形14而不是如以往呈“+”字形分布排列,筋条错开排布能延缓糊泥脱落。
参照图13,板栅的筋条边缘13构成具有多个弧形的框架15,也能延缓糊泥脱落.
参照图14,电路中有两组蓄电池和一电动机16,开关自动在蓄电池组(1)或(2)之间定时接通、断开。用自动转换电路交替“开”、“关”两组蓄电池。
