Description

本实用新型涉及一种蓄电池盖,尤指一种装有手把利于搬提大型蓄电池的蓄电池盖。
蓄电池使用范围很广,诸如紧急照明设备、不断电装置以及汽车、摩托车等,都须使用蓄电池,根据设计需要,可就蓄电量多少以及电压大小选择所需的蓄电池,有时也须串联多个蓄电池使用(如不断电装置);其中就单一蓄电池而言,随着电量多少及电压大小有不同的体积,例如一般汽车中有冷气、音响等电器设备,使汽车中所装设的蓄电池蓄电量须远大于摩托车所使用的蓄电池的蓄电量,因此汽车蓄电池体积无可避免远大于摩托车所使用的蓄电池。
实际上,由于摩托车所使用的蓄电池体积小、重量轻,可以一手握拿,因此拿取时较轻便;汽车装设的蓄电池则体积大、重量重,不仅无法以一手握拿,甚至两手捧拿都感到很吃力,导致搬运时极为不便,为便利搬运,可见如图1所示的蓄电池盖的结构设计(由于蓄电池本体并非本实用新型的发明要点,故在图中未示出,也不叙述),其在蓄电池盖1的对应两侧面上设有中间增强肋11,一个连接顶底面的增强凹槽12,供手指由两边穿入凹槽12往上爪提;虽然该蓄电池盖1在两侧开设凹槽12,拿取较为便利,但这种搬运方式仍完全是由手指尖部施力,因此施力上较为困难。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种蓄电池盖,尤指一种装有手把利于搬提大型蓄电池的蓄电池盖。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,即提供一种蓄电池盖,其在对应两侧面上设有凹槽,该各凹槽顶壁上都朝外开设嵌孔,并设有一提带,该提带两端各设有扣耳,且扣耳内端形成束缩状颈部而可对应嵌入上述嵌孔,使扣耳抵于凹槽的顶壁中。
本实用新型的优点在于它带有手把可用于提搬蓄电池,方便实用。
以下结合附图,描述本实用新型的实施例,其中:

请参阅图2、3,本实用新型的蓄电池盖2同样在对应两侧面上设有中间增强肋21,连接一对增强凹槽22,即凹槽22在其顶壁221上朝外开设一对增强肋21,其两侧设外窄内宽造型的嵌孔23;另外,设有一提带24,其由略具弹性的塑料材料制成,可轻易地弹性弯曲,其两端各设有一对其内端为束缩状颈部242的扣耳241,设计上,颈部242的宽度约与上述孔23较窄的外端相适应(或略大于嵌孔23较窄外端),而扣耳241的宽度则明显大于嵌孔23较宽的内端,使整体提带24可藉各扣耳241的颈部242对应嵌入电池盖2的嵌孔23中,在往上握执提带24时,各扣耳241抵于所对应的嵌孔23底部外缘(即抵于顶壁221中),而可平衡地向上提起蓄电池盖2(也就是将整个蓄电池提起)。
一般汽车所使用重量重的蓄电池上设置本实用新型的蓄电池盖,当需要搬移时,只要将提带24两端各扣耳241对应嵌扣入蓄电池盖2两侧的各嵌孔23内,即能迅速完成组装,且使用上可以将整个手掌握持提带24并往上搬提,非常方便。由本实用新型提供搬提便利的蓄电池盖与前述已知蓄电池盖相比较可以发现,已知蓄电池盖以双手手指尖部施力,显然较为不方便且较难施力。
请再参阅本实用新型蓄电池盖的另一实施例,其中与第一实施例相同之处不再叙述,下面仅对不同点加以说明,请参阅图4,其中该蓄电池盖3两侧凹槽31的顶壁311上开设一宽度显然较上述第一实施例大的嵌孔32,凹槽31在嵌孔32两旁可各设置一增强肋33以增强其强度,且该嵌孔32同样具有外端窄内端宽的造型,而该提带34则于两端各设有一内端形成一束缩状颈部342的扣耳341,同样能藉两端的扣耳341嵌扣入嵌孔32而能向上提起整个蓄电池盖2,也就是能将整个蓄电池提起。

  1. 一种蓄电池盖,其在对应两侧面设有凹槽;其特征在于:该各凹槽顶壁上都朝外开设嵌孔,并设有一提带,该提带两端各设有扣耳,且扣耳内端形成束缩颈部而可对应嵌入上述嵌孔,使扣耳抵于凹槽的顶壁中。
