一种圆孔极板栅塑胶活性物质铅酸蓄电池。该 蓄电池的主要技术特征是用圆孔极板栅取代现有技 术矩形孔和多边形孔极板栅,用塑胶配制活性物质取 代现有技术的活性物质。
该蓄电池与现有技术铅酸蓄电池相比具有比能 量大、寿命长、可快速充电的优点。在全面提高铅酸 蓄电池使用性能方面取得重大进展。

Description

本实用新型涉及电化学领域,属化学电源。
现有技术的铅酸蓄电池存在着比能量小、寿命短、充电时间长的缺点,已不能满足社会经济技术发展对蓄电池产品的需求。
本实用新型的目的是:采用新结构、新材料、新工艺对现行技术进行改进,设计制造比能量高,寿命长,可快速充电的铅酸蓄电池。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:
一.用圆孔极板栅取代现有技术矩形孔和多边形孔极板栅,增加活性物质与极板栅的接触面积,使每一孔中的活性物质在充放电过程中的线尺寸变化保持一致,从而使铅酸蓄电池的输出    功率提高20%,并使其使用寿命延长一倍以上。
二.用PVC胶液做粘合剂,改变现有技术活性物质在极板栅上的成型机理,制成塑胶活性物质,使活性物质具有一的强度和塑性,使用这种活性物质可制成厚度在1mm以下的超薄极板,因此可以大幅度提高活性物质的利用率和铅酸蓄电池的比能量,并增强铅酸蓄电池快速充电的性能,同时也可降低成本。

如图1所示,本实用新型包括圆孔极板栅(1)、隔板(2)、塑胶正极活性物质(3)、塑胶负极活性物质(4)、电解质(5)、电池壳(6)组成。
下面结合附图说明本实用新型的实施例。
1.圆孔极板栅(1)的几何形状如图2、图3所示,采用现有技术材料浇铸而成,孔与孔应紧密相连,孔的内表面曲线是圆弧或抛物线,如铸模加工困难亦可用两条相交直线代替,圆孔极板栅最重要的几何尺寸是φA必须大于φB。
2.正极活性物质(3)和负极活性物质(4),按铅粉80%、净化水15%、PVC胶液5%的比例配制,充分搅拌均匀后涂在圆孔极板栅(1)上,接着按现有技术即可制成正负极板。
3.隔板(2)、电解质(5)、蓄电池壳(6)均直接采用现有技术,并按现有技术进行装配即可实施本实用新型。

1、一种圆孔极板栅塑胶活性物质蓄电池,由极板栅(1)、隔板(2)、活性物质(3)(4)电解质(5)、电池壳(6)组成,其特征在于用圆孔极板栅(1)制作正负极板。
2、根据权利要求1.所述的蓄电池,其特征在于圆孔极板栅孔的内表面曲线为圆弧、抛物线或两条相交的直线。
3、根据权利要求1.所述的蓄电池,其特征在于活性物质用氧化铅、净化水和PVC胶液配制而成。
