一、技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种用于铅酸蓄电池的正、负极之间,保证电流顺利通过并防止正、负极短路的微孔膜:摩托车铅酸蓄电池的超高分子量聚乙烯隔板。
二、背景技术:
现在铅酸蓄电池的隔板大部分采用超高分子量聚乙烯材料制成,超高分子量聚乙烯隔板具有抗氧化性强和可以封袋的特点,其主要是由基片和与基片成一体的筋条组成,其中大筋条分布在隔板中央,小筋条分布在隔板两侧。两侧分布小筋条的目的是有利于隔板封袋,袋式隔板能有效防止电池中正、负极板的物质脱落造成的短路。摩托车蓄电池外形较小,所用的隔板尺寸也较小,且隔板的尺寸型号多,为了有利于装配,封袋时一般只封一边,小筋条的用处不是很明显。且因小筋条的存在导致不能大面积地生产隔板材料,然后再分切成隔板的工艺,使隔板的生产效率大大降低。
三、发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是解决现有技术中存在的上述问题,提供一种利于大面积地生产隔板材料,然后再分切成隔板的生产工艺,且不影响隔板实际使用的摩托车铅酸蓄电池的超高分子量聚乙烯隔板。
为完成上述目的,本实用新型的技术解决方案是:一种摩托车铅酸蓄电池的超高分子量聚乙烯隔板,它是由基片和与基片成一体位于基片一面的筋条组成的,各筋条的设计参数相同,均匀分布在基片上。
由于本实用新型在基片上均匀分布的筋条的各参数完全相同,所以,可以将隔板材料做的面积很大,再分切成隔板所需面积,制成隔板即可,其工艺简单,比单独制作单一隔板省时省力,大大提高了生产效率,且减小了单独制作隔板时分切边界所带来的费料损失,大大降低了生产成本。
