该蓄电池克服了现有技术铅酸蓄电池的全部缺 点,具有结构简单、性能可靠、价格低廉、无污染、寿命 长、免维护、功率大、可快速充电、便于大批量工业化 生产等诸多优点,将取代铅酸蓄电池并特别适合做为 电动车辆的电源,是化学电源领域的重大突破。

Description

本实用新型涉及电化学领域,属于化学电源。
目前各行业广泛使用的是铅酸蓄电池,而现有技术的铅酸蓄电池在制造和使用过程中存在着严重的重金属和酸雾污染,同时还存在着生产工艺复杂、寿命短、功率小、维护要求高、充电时间长等难以克服的缺点。
本实用新型的目的是:采用新材料、新工艺、新电解质配方设计和制造工艺简单、无污染、寿命长、功率大、免维护、可快速充电的蓄电池。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:用球状铜粉采用粉末治金工艺烧结而成的微孔铜板做为正极板,用干电池的锌板做为负极板,用去离子水添加氢氧化钾和氧化锌做为电解质,用耐碱纸做为正极板隔套,采用现有技术的蓄电池壳等零件和装配工艺组装成铜锌碱性蓄电池。
本实用新型与现有技术的铅酸蓄电池相比具用生产工艺简单、寿命长、功率大、生产和使用中无污染、使用中免维护,可以高电压大电流快速充电等优点。

本实用新型包括电极桩头(1)(5)、电极连接板(2)(7)、正极板(3)、正极板隔套(4)、蓄电池盖(6)、负极板(8)、电解质(9)和蓄电池壳(10)。
下面结合附图说明本实用新型的实施例。
1.正极板(3),用球状铜粉采用粉末冶金工艺烧结而成,烧结时保证其孔隙率在40%至60%之间,烧结后期使其氧化,即成为正极板(3)。
2.负极板(8)用锌锰干电池的锌板剪切制成。
3.正极板隔套用厚度0.2mm至0.5mm的耐碱纸制做。
4.电解质(9)按去离子水60%至80%,氢氧化钾15%至35%,氧化锌5%的比例配制。不同比例的电解质分别用于起动型、牵引型和照明型蓄电池。
5.电极连接板(2)(7)用弹性良好的黄铜片制做,装配时插在正极板(3)和负极板(8)上。
其他零件和装配工艺采用铅酸蓄电池现有技术即可实施本实用新型。

1、一种铜锌碱性蓄电池,由电极桩头(1)(5)、电极连接板(2)(7)、正极板(3)、正极板隔套(4)、蓄电池盖(6)、负极板(8)、电解质(9)和蓄电池壳(10)组成。其特征在于用铜基粉未冶金烧结的微孔铜板做为正极板(3)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的铜锌碱性蓄电池,其特征在于用电池锌板做为负极板(8)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的铜锌碱性蓄电池,其特征在于用耐碱纸制做正极板隔套(4)。
4、根据权利要求1所述的铜锌碱性蓄电池,其特征在于用去离子水、氢氧化钾和氧化锌配制电解质(9)。
