本实用新型涉及动力型铅酸蓄电池的改进和提高。
现有技术的动力型铅酸蓄电池一般都采用垂直极板的结构,为保证正常使用,现有技术动力型铅酸蓄电池的极板厚度都设计的很厚,使得现有技术的动力型铅酸蓄电池体积大、重量大,比能量低,无法快速充电,无法适应电动汽车发展的需要。
本实用新型的目的是:采用水平极板结构,尽可能减小极板的厚度,提高铅酸蓄电池的比能量及大电流充放电的性能和深放电的循环寿命。
本实用新型和现有技术相比,比能量提高25%,快速充电性能提高40%,深放电循环寿命提高50%。
图1是本实用新型的剖视图。
本实用新型包括:负极桩(1)、负极板(2)、隔板(3)、正极板(4)、电解质(5)、正极桩(6)、电池壳(7)。
下面结合图1说明本实用新型的实施例:
1、用99.9%的纯铅铸造负极桩(1)和正极桩(6);
2、采用现有技术制造负极板(2)和正极板(4),负极板(2)的厚度1.2mm,正极板(4)厚度1.5mm;
3、用电烙铁和焊锡将负极板(2)与负极桩(1)、正极板(4)与正极桩(6)焊接在一起;
4、隔板(3)、电解质(5)、电池壳(7)采用现有技术即可实施本实用新型。
