Description

本实用新型涉及一种塑壳干电池。
现有的干电池常采用碳棒做正极,锌皮筒做负极,中间装有电糊(电解质),这种干电池往往由于碳棒表面积小而容易在其表面形成气膜,影响电化学反应速度,还使锌皮筒氧化不均而导致漏液,从而加速了电池内阻的增加和电动势的降低,减少了干电池的使用寿命。
本实用新型的任务在于提供一种不易形成气膜,能使电化学反应充分进行,不漏损电解液,使用寿命长的塑壳干电池。
本实用新型包括正极、负极和电糊,其特征在于正极为碳膜筒,负极为锌棒,在碳膜筒的外表面有塑料封壳。
本实用新型由于增大了正极的表面积,在碳膜筒内表面上不易形成气膜,因而使电化学反应进行得充分彻底,同时由于外壳的耐腐蚀能力增强,不漏损电解液,有助于减缓电池内阻的增加,稳定电动势,延长使用寿命。
