一种铅酸蓄电池用板栅,其特征是有数根横主筋和数根纵主筋,厚度与边框相等,其余筋条厚度均小于主筋。具体讲,板栅中有1~4根横主筋,有1~4根纵主筋,其余筋条厚度均小于横纵主筋0.1~1mm。本实用新型由于增加横纵主筋,可以提高板栅的强度,提高电池的抗蠕变能力,延长电池寿命;横纵主筋厚度与边框相等,其余筋条厚度均小于横纵主筋,既可以提高电池的比能量,又可以有效的控制极板厚度,提高极板的一致性。

本实用新型涉及一种铅酸蓄电池用板栅,属铅酸电池领域。
                      背景技术
目前铅酸蓄电池用板栅,由于电池在使用过程中板栅易变形,影响电池寿命;此处,控制极板厚度来提高极板一致性与增加挂膏量来提高电池比能量一直是矛盾的,同样一片极板,控制厚度来提高极板一致性,极板厚度一般比板栅厚度厚0.1~0.3mm,容量增加很有限;如果增加挂膏量来提高电池比能量,挂膏量可以增加总容量的2%左右,但挂膏后的厚度相差很大,约有1~2mm,影响电池的一致性。
                        发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种强度高,既可以提高电池的比能量,又可以有效控制极板厚度,提高极板一致性的铅酸蓄电池用板栅。
本实用新型的技术方案是,板栅中有横主筋和纵主筋,其厚度与边框相等,其余筋条厚度均小于主筋。板栅中有1~4根横主筋,有1~4根纵主筋,其余筋条厚度小于横纵主筋0.1~1mm。
采用以上技术方案:板栅中增加横纵主筋,可以提高板栅的强度,提高电池的抗蠕变能力,延长电池的使用寿命;横纵主筋厚度与边框相等,其余筋条厚度均小于横纵主筋,既可以提高电池的比能量,又可以有效的控制极板厚度,提高极板的一致性。

                    具体实施方式
如图,板栅中有1根横主筋1和1根纵主筋2,边框3厚度为3mm,横纵主筋与边框厚度相等,为3mm,这样可以提高电池的抗蠕变能力,延长电池的使用寿命。板栅内其余筋条4的厚度为2.5mm,比主筋薄0.5mm,这样既可以提高0.5mm厚的涂膏量,以提高电池的比能量;又可以有效的控制极板厚度在3.0mm~3.2mm以内,提高极板的一致性,保证电池的一致性。

1、一种铅酸蓄电池用板栅,包括边框和筋条,其特征在于筋条中包括横主筋和纵主筋,其厚度与边框相等,其余筋条厚度均小于主筋。
2、根据权利要求1所述的铅酸蓄电池用板栅,其特征在于横主筋有1~4根。
3、根据权利要求1所述的铅酸蓄电池用板栅,其特征在于纵主筋有1~4根。
4、根据权利要求1所述的铅酸蓄电池用板栅,其特征在于板栅中其余筋条厚度小于横纵主筋0.1~1mm。
