背景技术
现有阀控铅酸蓄电池的极板多为涂膏式极板,其板栅结构有放射型、横竖筋型等等,主要起支撑活性物质和传导电流的作用。对一些高型电池,其极板尺寸比较狭长,在涂板、化成工艺过程中易变形,过程产品报废较多;安装成的电池在使用过程中,也容易弯曲变形,导致脱粉、短路等现象,影响电池的使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种设计合理,能有效提高极板性能的蓄电池用等挠度极板。
本实用新型为一种蓄电池用等挠度极板,包括边框和置于边框内纵横交叉分布放置的细筋,其特征在于纵向细筋之间每隔3~5根设有一根粗筋,粗筋的截面积为细筋的3~6倍。
本实用新型在设计蓄电池板栅过程中,根据极板的高度,在板栅高度方向的纵向边框之间间隔设置粗筋,使极板的结构设计更趋合理,改进了蓄电池板栅高度方向的排列结构,使其高度方向边缘的挠度减小,从而减小极板制作过程和使用过程的变形,提高极板的性能。
本实用新型的实施不仅可以减小极板的变形,防止脱粉以提高电池的使用寿命,而且因其挠度减小,在电池的设计过程中,可以减小极板在电池槽中的预留空间,将极板的宽度适度增加,这样就使极板的容量增大,电池的容量也增大,提高了电池的使用性能和寿命。

本实用新型主要由边框3,置于边框3内纵横交叉分布放置的细筋2,置于纵向细筋2之间每隔3~5根设置的一根粗筋1等构成,粗筋1的截面积为细筋的3~6倍。从附图中可以看出本实用新型的挠度Y2比现有无粗筋极板的挠度Y1<1/5。在设计过程中还可注意筋条的分布,以达到最大程度的提高蓄电池板栅性能的目的。
