一种电动自行车蓄电池用高利用率极板极栅,涉及蓄电池。目前,国内电动自行车蓄电池的板栅结构极板附着活性物质利用率低、输出功率小,而且因为电流主要是经板栅上部极耳输出,使得板栅上部筋条活性物质利用率相对较高,造成板栅上部腐蚀严重。一种电动自行车蓄电池用高利用率极板板栅,其特征在于板栅上部筋条致密且横截面积大、下部筋条疏松且横截面积小。当蓄电池放电时,可有效利用附着的活性物质将电流最大化的汇聚到极耳处输出,还可以有效增加筋条耐腐蚀性能。本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种电动自行车蓄电池用高利用率极板板栅,存在活性物质利用率高、输出功率大、上部板栅筋条耐腐蚀的优点。

本发明涉及蓄电池,更具体的为一种电动自行车蓄电池用高利用率极板板栅。
背景技术
目前,国内电动自行车蓄电池的板栅结构包含:板栅边框、板栅横筋条、板栅竖筋条,板栅的设计方案一般采用的是:采用板栅横筋条、板栅竖筋条分别与板栅边框平行且横截面积相同、分布均匀呈现矩形栅格结构的设计方案,这种板栅设计方案可以减少板栅制造过程的难度,但是此种设计结构使得极板上的附着活性物质利用率低、输出功率小,而且因为电流输出主要是将电流汇集到板栅上部经极耳输出,使得板栅上部筋条的活性物质利用率相对下部较高,造成板栅上部腐蚀严重,最终导致蓄电池使用寿命缩短。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种电动自行车蓄电池用高利用率极板板栅,可以克服板栅上部活性物质利用率低、输出功率小、腐蚀严重的不足,具有活性物质利用率高、输出功率大、上部板栅筋条耐腐蚀的特点。
本发明是通过如下方式实现的:一种电动自行车蓄电池用高利用率极板板栅,其特征在于板栅上部筋条致密且横截面积大、下部筋条疏松且横截面积小。当蓄电池放电时,上部致密的板栅横筋条、板栅竖筋条可以有效的利用附着的活性物质将电流最大化的汇聚到极耳处输出,上部致密横截面积大的筋条结构还可以有效的增加筋条耐腐蚀性能,保障蓄电池的循环寿命。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种电动自行车蓄电池用高利用率极板板栅,存在活性物质利用率高、输出功率大、上部板栅筋条耐腐蚀的优点。

当蓄电池放电时,图2高利用率电动自行车蓄电池用极板板栅结构示意图中上部致密的5上部竖筋条和6上部横筋条可以有效的利用附着的活性物质将来自较为疏松的3下部竖筋条和4下部横筋条部位的电流最大化的汇聚到1极耳处输出,上部致密横截面积大的筋条结构还可以有效的增加5上部竖筋条和6上部横筋条的耐腐蚀性能,配合2板栅边框使得图2高效电动自行车蓄电池用极板板栅结构示意图中的板栅寿命上远超过图1通用的极板板栅结构示意图中的通用板栅。
