一种叠片式软包装锂离子电池,叠片式软包装锂离子电池的电芯由多块带有极耳的极片层叠而成,其特征在于,所述的极片为梯形极片或三角形极片。
所述的极耳为铝箔或铜箔,极耳设置在梯形极片的顶边或侧边上,或设置在三角形极片的底边或侧边上。极耳正极为铝箔,极耳负极为铜箔。
本实用新型的有益效果:
普通的锂离子电池一般有方形结构和圆柱形结构。但有些用电器在使用电池中,希望电池能有其他的形状,如梯形、三角形或其他形状,本实用新型提供的叠片式软包装锂离子电池,可实现软包装电池形状多样化,以满足特殊场合的需要。

如图1和图2,叠片式软包装锂离子电池的电芯5由多块带有极耳的极片层叠而成,所述的极片为梯形极片。所述的极耳为铝箔或铜箔,极耳设置在梯形极片的顶边上。正极片上设有正极耳1,负极片上设有负极耳2,正极耳1层叠在一起并经焊接工艺形成正极3,负极耳2层叠在一起并经焊接工艺形成负极4。
实施例2:
如图3和图4,叠片式软包装锂离子电池的电芯5由多块带有极耳的极片层叠而成,所述的极片为三角形极片。所述的极耳为铝箔或铜箔,极耳设置在三角形极片的底边上。正极片上设有正极耳1,负极片上设有负极耳2,正极耳1(铝箔)层叠在一起并经焊接工艺与电池正极耳连接形成正极3,负极耳2(铜箔)层叠在一起并经焊接工艺与电池负极耳连接形成负极4。
