技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种阀控式密封铅酸蓄电池,特别是涉及一种高型铅酸蓄电池板栅。 
背景技术
在某些场所,对阀控式密封铅酸蓄电池的占地面积会有严格限制,要求电池底部面积小、但容量要求大,这就需要将电池设计成高型电池。将电池设计成高型电池,不是简单地将电池拔高,这中间有很多的技术问题和工艺问题需要解决,电池的极板、板栅、电池槽、电池盖、端子、极柱、汇流排、电解质等都需要重新设计。由于板栅包含在极板中,起导电和骨架支撑作用,如设计不合理将导致电池容量早衰、电池失容、极板活性物质脱落。尤其在运输途中,极板需经受振动、颠簸,如板栅结构不好,将造成铅膏脱落,甚至极板开裂,从而使电池损坏。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种运输可靠、铅膏结合牢固、机械强度高的高型电池板栅。 
本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种高型电池板栅,包括极耳、边框筋条、横筋条、纵筋条,所述的边框筋条、横筋条、纵筋条的横截面都采用五边形或六边形形状,所述的横筋条在高度方向上呈左右交错排列,所述板栅设有四根粗筋条,所述粗筋条的两端与边框筋条连接,所述粗筋条的横截面积大于所述的横筋条和纵筋条的横截面积。 
作为优先,所述的四根粗筋条中,有两根呈纵向布置,其两端与上下边框筋条连接,另有两根呈横向布置,其两端与左右边框筋条连接。 
作为优先,所述的四根粗筋条均呈放射状,其两端与上下边框筋条连接。 
本实用新型的有效果如下: 
1、铅膏与板栅结合牢固,运输可靠。由于边框筋条、横筋条、纵筋条的横截面采用多边形形状,比普通的三边形、四边形工艺性要好,与铅膏的结合面积大,接触部分不规则,使铅膏与板栅结合牢固。横筋条在高度方向上呈左右交错排列,其在电池槽底部的投影面积大于排列一致的横筋条,能加大铅膏下落的阻力,同时,交错排列的横筋条与铅膏的结合强度也大于排列一致的横筋条与板栅的结合强度。在运输途中,能保证极板上的铅膏不会脱落,保证极板不会变形开裂。
2、板栅的导电性好、活性物质利用率高。由于板栅高度很高,所以在板栅上设四根粗筋条,来增强板栅下部的导电性。粗筋条的两端与边框筋条连接,粗筋条的横截面积大于所述的横筋条和纵筋条的横截面积,使板栅下部的电阻减小,充放电时板栅下部能获得更大的电流,使下部铅膏中的活性物质能充分参与反应,提高整个极板的活性物质利用率。 
3、板栅骨架强度大,合金用量少,可以节约资源。同样强度的情况下,采用本实用新型的板栅结构,可以减少板栅合金用量,节约资源。

下面结合具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细说明。 
实施例一: 
如图1所示,高型电池板栅,包括极耳、边框筋条、横筋条、纵筋条,其中,边框筋条、横筋条、纵筋条的横截面采用图5~图10所示的五边形或六边形。从图4所示的局部放大图可以看出,横筋条在高度方向上呈左右交错排列,这样可以使铅膏与板栅结合的强度更好。从图1所示的主视图可以看出,板栅中间设有四根粗筋条,有两根呈纵向布置,其两端与上下边框筋条连接,另有两根呈横向布置,其两端与左右边框筋条连接。为四要粗筋条主要起加强下部导电的作用。充电时,能将外部的电流通过电阻最小的途径输送到板栅下部,使下部附着的铅膏活性物质能充分地发生反应,接受充电;放电时,可以将下部活性物质发生化学反应所产生的电流通过电阻最小的途径输送到外部。
实施例二: 
如图2所示,高型电池板栅,包括极耳、边框筋条、横筋条、纵筋条,其中,边框筋条、横筋条、纵筋条的横截面采用图5~图10所示的五边形或六边形。从图4所示的局部放大图可以看出,横筋条在高度方向上呈左右交错排列。从图2所示的主视图可以看出,板栅设有四根粗筋条,四根粗筋条均呈放射状,其两端与上下边框筋条连接。

1.一种高型电池板栅,包括极耳、边框筋条、横筋条、纵筋条,其特征在于:所述的边框筋条、横筋条、纵筋条的横截面都采用五边形或六边形形状,所述的横筋条在高度方向上呈左右交错排列,所述板栅设有四根粗筋条,所述粗筋条的两端与边框筋条连接,所述粗筋条的横截面积大于所述的横筋条和纵筋条的横截面积。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高型电池板栅,其特征在于:所述的四根粗筋条中,有两根呈纵向布置,其两端与上下边框筋条连接,另有两根呈横向布置,其两端与左右边框筋条连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高型电池板栅,其特征在于:所述的四根粗筋条均呈放射状,其两端与上下边框筋条连接。
