本实用新型涉及一种蓄电池板栅结构,尤其涉及一种电动自行车用铅酸蓄电池板栅结构。
背景技术
目前电动自行车上使用最广泛的一种蓄电池是型号为6-DZM-20,该型号电池存在的一个比较大的问题是极板的宽高比较小为0.47~0.5,极板高度相对于宽度太高,这就导致该型号的电池极板下半部分活性物质利用率较低,而上半部分的活性物质经常处在过充电和过放电的状态。对寿命终结的电池解剖发现正极板上半部分活性物质脱落、板栅腐蚀的情况比较多,而下半部分的活性物质和板栅完好。因此,需要一种新的技术方案解决上述问题。

本实用新型提供了一种使用寿命长的电动自行车用铅酸蓄电池板栅结构。
本实用新型采用的技术方案:一种电动自行车用铅酸蓄电池板栅结构,包括上边框、下边框和侧边框,上边框依次由竖筋Ⅰ、竖筋Ⅱ、竖筋Ⅲ和竖筋Ⅳ分为5等分,侧边框上设有横筋,竖筋Ⅱ和竖筋Ⅲ通到下边框并与下边框连接,竖筋Ⅰ和竖筋Ⅳ从板栅的中部开始人字形分叉呈二次放射状通到下边框并与下边框连接,侧边框上还另增一横筋。
本实用新型的有益效果:通过增加了板栅下半部分竖筋的数量,增加了极板下半部分板栅与铅膏的接触面积,从而降低极板下半部分的电阻,使电流分布更加均匀,提高活性物质利用率,同时防止极板上半部分活性物质过充电和过放电而导致的活性物质脱落和板栅腐蚀,提高了电池的使用寿命;增设横筋使横筋的截面积增大,使板栅易于浇铸,同时板栅与铅膏的接触面积增大,板栅的导电性远远大于铅膏,从而也提高的电池的充电接受能力和降低了电池的内阻。

如图1所示,一种电动自行车用铅酸蓄电池板栅结构,包括上边框1、下边框2和侧边框3,上边框1依次由竖筋Ⅰ4、竖筋5、竖筋Ⅲ6和竖筋Ⅳ7分为5等分,侧边框3上设有横筋8,竖筋Ⅱ5和竖筋Ⅲ6通到下边框2并与下边框2连接,竖筋Ⅰ4和竖筋Ⅳ7从板栅的中部开始人字形分叉呈二次放射状通到下边框2并与下边框2连接,侧边框3上还另增一横筋8。
