本实用新型涉及带有均衡充放电装置的蓄电池,包括正极板和负极板,正极板包于隔板内,负极板置于隔板与隔板之间,多块负极板构成负极群,其特征是在负极群的底端边缘设有极耳,极耳与一垂直向上浇注而成的汇流排连接,汇流排顶端连接作为电池负极的极柱。相对于现有技术,本实用新型在充放电过程中,能够将充放电电流由原来经正极群汇流排下方不足1/3长度引至负极群,转变为充放电电流覆盖汇流排下方2/3以上甚至整个极群,蓄电池正负极群能够充分参与充放电过程,从而实现蓄电池均衡充放电;本实用新型结构简单、充放电性能更好、使用寿命更长。

本实用新型涉及蓄电池,尤其是一种带有均衡充放电装置的蓄电池。
背景技术
目前,现有蓄电池传统极板工艺结构一般是这样的,即由垂直安装的长方形或正方形极板组成正、负极群,正极板包于隔板内,负极板置于隔板与隔板之间,在正极群、负极群上部顶端边缘处设有极耳和汇流排,极耳和汇流排上端连接极柱。电池内注满电解液后,以上设置使电池在充、放电过程中的电流路径最短,电流仅从正极群汇流排下方不足正极群1/3长度处引至负极群,致使正、负极群下半部分完全不能实现充、放电过程,从而影响蓄电池寿命,甚至损坏蓄电池。
实用新型内容
针对以上现有蓄电池的不足,本实用新型的目的是提供一种充放电性能更好,使用寿命更长,并且适合现有工业化生产、带有均衡充放电装置的蓄电池。
本实用新型的目的是通过采用以下技术方案来实现的:
带有均衡充放电装置的蓄电池,包括正极板和负极板,正极板包于隔板内,负极板置于隔板与隔板之间,正极板与电池的正极连接,负极板与电池的负极连接,所述多块负极板构成负极群,在负极群的底端边缘设有极耳,极耳与一垂直向上浇注而成的汇流排连接,汇流排顶端连接作为电池负极的极柱。
作为本实用新型的优选技术方案,所述多块正极板构成正极群,正极群连接作为电池正极的极柱,所述电池负极极柱及汇流排与正极群及正极极柱平行。
作为本实用新型的优选技术方案,所述电池正极板和负极板的形状设为正方形或长方形。
本实用新型的有益效果是:相对于现有技术,本实用新型在传统极板工艺结构的基础上,保持正极群的极耳和汇流排位置不变,在负极群底端的右侧边缘设置极耳,并从极耳垂直向上浇注一条汇流排连接极柱,汇流排与正极群极柱平行,蓄电池充放电过程中,电池正负极群下半部分能够充分参与充放电过程,从而有助于实现蓄电池均衡充放电;本实用新型结构简单、充放电性能更好、使用寿命更长。

如图1所示,带有均衡充放电装置的蓄电池,包括正极板和负极板4,正极板包于隔板内,负极板4置于隔板与隔板之间,正极板与电池的正极连接,负极板4与电池的负极3连接,电池正极板和负极板的形状设为正方形或长方形.所述多块负极板4构成负极群,在负极群的底端边缘设有极耳5,极耳5与一垂直向上浇注而成的汇流排1连接,汇流排1顶端通过导电条2连接作为电池负极的极柱3.所述多块正极板构成正极群,正极群连接作为电池正极的极柱,电池负极极柱3及导电条2、汇流排1与电池正极群及正极极柱互相平行.
本实用新型在充放电过程中,能够将充放电电流由原来经正极群汇流排下方不足1/3长度引至负极群,转变为充放电电流覆盖汇流排下方2/3以上甚至整个极群,实现电池的均衡充、放电,从而延长电池寿命,提高蓄电池充放电性能,本实用新型结构简单,适合现代工业化生产。

1.一种带有均衡充放电装置的蓄电池,包括正极板和负极板,正极板包于隔板内,负极板置于隔板与隔板之间,正极板与电池的正极连接,负极板与电池的负极连接,其特征是:所述多块负极板构成负极群,在负极群的底端边缘设有极耳,极耳与一垂直向上浇注而成的汇流排连接,汇流排顶端连接作为电池负极的极柱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带有均衡充放电装置的蓄电池,其特征是:所述多块正极板构成正极群,正极群连接作为电池正极的极柱,所述电池负极极柱及汇流排与正极群及正极极柱平行。
