本实用新型公开了一种电动助力车阀控铅酸蓄电池,包括电池槽,所述电池槽内设置有正极板、负极板和隔板,所述正极板、负极板和隔板在电池槽内以水平方向分层设置。本实用新型电池的关键主要是电池在整个使用过程中,一方面由于极群高度比普通安装方式低,电解液的分层现象比普通安装方式要轻微的多;另一方面电池内的极板都是水平放置,同一极板的电解液密度相同。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电动助力车阀控铅酸蓄电池。
背景技术
如图1和图2所示,目前,国内所有的电动助力车阀控铅酸蓄电池都是立式安装在电动助力车的电池盒内,正极板4、负极板2和隔板3在电池槽1内以竖直方向分层设置。但是,这种方式的电动助力车阀控铅酸蓄电池特别是高型电池(如6-DZM-20,6-DZM-17)由于电解液在循环使用过程中在高度方向出现分层现象,同一极板上部与下部的电解液密度不一致,导致同一极板表面的电流分布不均匀,从而影响电池循环使用的稳定性。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题就是提供一种提高铅酸蓄电池循环使用稳定性的铅酸蓄电池。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种电动助力车阀控铅酸蓄电池,包括电池槽,所述电池槽内设置有正极板、负极板和隔板,其特征在于:所述正极板、负极板和隔板在电池槽内以水平方向分层设置。
作为优选,若干个所述的铅酸蓄电池水平堆叠放置组成铅酸蓄电池组。
本实用新型电池的关键主要是电池在整个使用过程中,一方面由于极群高度比普通安装方式低,电解液的分层现象比普通安装方式要轻微的多;另一方面电池内的极板都是水平放置,同一极板的电解液密度相同。采用该安装方式的优点主要是:
1.极群高度比普通安装方式低,电解液的分层现象比普通安装方式要轻微得多,从而有利于电池循环的稳定性。
2.同一极板处于同一水平面,而处于同一水平面的电解液密度是一致的,从而使得极板在整个循环使用过程中的电流分布相对较均匀,极板各处的利用率也趋于一致,从而有利于电池循环的稳定性。
3.由于极板与隔板之间采用叠放式,由于重力作用使得极板与隔板间的接触效果比普通安装方式更好,有利于充电效率的提高,从而有利于电池循环的稳定性。

具体实施方式
如图3跟图4所示,为本实用新型电动助力车阀控铅酸蓄电池的实施例,四个铅酸蓄电池水平堆叠放置组成铅酸蓄电池组,而电池槽1内设置有正极板4、负极板2和隔板3,且所述正极板、负极板和隔板在电池槽内以水平方向分层设置。所述隔板为玻璃纤维隔板。
如图5所示,通过实验得出的数据显示,本专利的电池与现有技术的电池比较,电池循环的稳定性大大提高。

1.一种电动助力车阀控铅酸蓄电池,包括电池槽(1),所述电池槽内设置有正极板(4)、负极板(2)和隔板(3),其特征在于:所述正极板(4)、负极板(2)和隔板(3)在电池槽(1)内以水平方向分层设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电动助力车阀控铅酸蓄电池,其特征在于:若干个所述的铅酸蓄电池水平堆叠放置组成铅酸蓄电池组。
