本实用新型公开了一种电动助力车用铅酸蓄电池,包括电池槽和若干个极群,所述电池槽内设有挡板将所述电池槽分成若干个并排的电池单格,每个极群置于一个电池单格内。本实用新型由于采用了上述技术方案,能够有效的降低板栅用铅量,汇流排用铅量,大大降低了产品成本。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电动助力车用铅酸蓄电池。 
背景技术
随着电动助力车行业的发展,作为新型绿色交通工具,有着广阔的市场前景和巨大的环保价值,但在用户使用中对电动助力车电池的一次充电续行里程,爬坡能力、载重等要求也越来越高,随着电动助力车的发展,电机从过去180W做到了350W、500W、800W,对电池的使用条件及电池的技术改进也是一个巨大的挑战。 
随着电动助力车电池行业10几年发展,技术也趋近于成熟,越来越多的蓄电池生产厂家跻身于此行业,价格竞争越来越激励,随着社会的发展,近年来,由于工荒使工资成本增加和环境保护意识的增强等因素,导致产品成本急剧增加,市场竞争越来越激烈,降低成本是每个电池生产厂家持续稳定发展的必然趋势。 
目前市场上的6-DZM-10/12都是采用2×3结构设计,单格极板装配为7+/8-,AGM隔板总厚度比较厚,电池装配时,隔板压缩率为20%左右,电池在使用过程中经过反复充放电,AGM隔板产生“弹性疲劳”,使极群压力变小,易产生电池容量衰减原因之一,电池单格间、电池与电池间衰减不一致,易导致电池单只容量落后。极板比较厚,活性物质利用率比较低,活性物质为27%-28%,2Hr重量比能量34-35Wh/kg。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种电动助力车用铅酸蓄电池,能 够有效的降低板栅用铅量,汇流排用铅量,大大降低了产品成本。 
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:电动助力车用铅酸蓄电池,包括电池槽和若干个极群,所述电池槽内设有挡板将所述电池槽分成若干个并排的电池单格,每个极群置于一个电池单格内。 
作为优选,所述电池槽内设有挡板将所述电池槽分成6个并排的电池单格。 
作为优选,单个极群包括相互交错层叠的4个正极板和5个负极板。 
作为优选,所述正、负极板的宽高比均为1.2。 
作为优选,所述正、负极板的厚度均为1.5-2.3mm。 
本实用新型由于采用了上述技术方案,能够有效的降低板栅用铅量,汇流排用铅量,大大降低了产品成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步描述。 
图1所示为本实用新型电动助力车用铅酸蓄电池,包括电池槽1和若干个极群2,所述电池槽1内设有挡板11将所述电池槽分成6个并排的电池单格12,如图2所示,每个极群置于一个电池单格内。单个极群包括相互交错层叠的4个正极板和5个负极板。所述正、负极板的宽高比均为1.2。所述正、负极板的厚度均为1.5-2.3mm,有利于增大了极板电化学反应表面积,增强了电池大电流放电能力,能有效改善充电接受性能,提高正、负极活性物质利用率。 
以下以6-DZM-12为例,对2×3结构的现有电动助力车用铅酸蓄电池和1×6结构的本实用新型电动助力车用铅酸蓄电池进行对比,正、负极活性物质相同情况对比如下:

本实用新型电动助力车用铅酸蓄电池6-DZM-10/12采用1×6结构设计,单格极板装配为4+/5-,由于AGM隔板总厚度相对比较薄,电池在使用过程中经过反复充放电,AGM隔板产生“弹性疲劳”的对极群装配压力相对比于隔板总厚度厚的影响较小一些,从而能够保证电池质量;采用薄型极板,提高活性物质利用率,活性物质为30%-32%,2Hr重量比能量提高至40-41Wh/kg。 
本实用新型电动助力车用铅酸蓄电池电池槽结构采用1×6结构,单格间距较短,相对电池汇流排短,有利于节约用铅。减小了极板的宽高比,对缓解电解液层化现象起到一定的积极作用,充放电时在电流在极板上分布均匀,减小了电化学极化,有效缓解极板充放电时,下部充电不足,下部放电不彻底的状 况,避免下部产生极板硫酸盐化和钝化现象,保证了产品质量。

1.电动助力车用铅酸蓄电池,包括电池槽和若干个极群,其特征在于:所述电池槽内设有挡板将所述电池槽分成若干个并排的电池单格,每个极群置于一个电池单格内。
2.根据权利要求1所述电动助力车用铅酸蓄电池,其特征在于:所述电池槽内设有挡板将所述电池槽分成6个并排的电池单格。
3.根据权利要求1所述电动助力车用铅酸蓄电池,其特征在于:单个极群包括相互交错层叠的4个正极板和5个负极板。
4.根据权利要求3所述电动助力车用铅酸蓄电池,其特征在于:所述正、负极板的宽高比均为1.2。
5.根据权利要求3所述电动助力车用铅酸蓄电池,其特征在于:所述正、负极板的厚度均为1.5-2.3mm。
