本发明公开了一种柑橘类水果保鲜剂,由以下重量份原料制成:硼砂20‑30份、聚乙烯醇1‑5份、植酸3‑8份、维生素C 2‑5份、柠檬酸钠1‑5份、植物提取液65‑80份,所述的植物提取液按重量份计由丁香8‑18份、厚朴10‑20份、香蒿8‑15份和金银花5‑12份制备而成。本发明的保鲜剂环保健康,抗菌广谱性好。

本发明涉及水果保鲜技术领域,具体涉及一种柑橘类水果保鲜剂。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,水果已经是人们生活中不可缺少的生活物质之一,然而不同水果均具有很强的季节性和地域性,并且生理活性高,含水量大,结构松软,易腐烂生霉、鲜度下降,因此给水果的保鲜及流通带来很大的困难。目前水果保鲜的主要技术有:低温气调法,该法价格昂贵,并且长时间保存后也会有腐烂现象;小包装保鲜,该法降氧速度慢,保鲜效果差;化学保鲜剂法,由于具有毒副作用的化学药剂的残留、不易去除而影响人体健康,因此要做到安全、无毒以及纯天然的水果保鲜剂的开发,应用前景十分广泛。
发明内容
针对上述,本发明的目的是提供一种柑橘类水果保鲜剂,其环保健康,抗菌广谱性好。
本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种柑橘类水果保鲜剂,由以下重量份原料制成:硼砂20-30份、聚乙烯醇1-5份、植酸3-8份、维生素C 2-5份、柠檬酸钠1-5份、植物提取液65-80份,所述的植物提取液按重量份计由丁香8-18份、厚朴10-20份、香蒿8-15份和金银花5-12份制备而成。
优选地,所述的保鲜剂,由以下重量份原料制成:硼砂25份、聚乙烯醇3份、植酸5.5份、维生素C 3.5份、柠檬酸钠3份、植物提取液72.5份,所述的植物提取液按重量份计由丁香13份、厚朴15份、香蒿11.5份和金银花8.5份制备而成。
所述的植物提取液的制备方法为:按重量份称取丁香、厚朴、香蒿和金银花,粉碎,过100-200目筛,再加入200-300重量份水,浸泡30分钟后加热煎煮40分钟,过滤,滤渣再加入100-200重量份水,加热煎煮30分钟,过滤,合并两次滤液,即可。
本发明的优点是:本发明的保鲜剂,不仅能减少柑橘类的营养成分的流失,也能使水果保持较好色泽,且无毒副作用,抗菌效果好,各组分可以协同配合,抗菌广谱性能好,有益于推广。

实施例1
一种柑橘类水果保鲜剂,由以下重量份原料制成:硼砂20份、聚乙烯醇1份、植酸3份、维生素C 2份、柠檬酸钠1份、植物提取液65份,所述的植物提取液按重量份计由丁香8份、厚朴10份、香蒿8份和金银花5份制备而成。
实施例2
一种柑橘类水果保鲜剂,由以下重量份原料制成:硼砂25份、聚乙烯醇3份、植酸5.5份、维生素C 3.5份、柠檬酸钠3份、植物提取液72.5份,所述的植物提取液按重量份计由丁香13份、厚朴15份、香蒿11.5份和金银花8.5份制备而成。
实施例3
一种柑橘类水果保鲜剂,由以下重量份原料制成:硼砂30份、聚乙烯醇5份、植酸8份、维生素C 5份、柠檬酸钠5份、植物提取液80份,所述的植物提取液按重量份计由丁香18份、厚朴20份、香蒿15份和金银花12份制备而成。

1.一种柑橘类水果保鲜剂,其特征在于由以下重量份原料制成:硼砂20-30份、聚乙烯醇1-5份、植酸3-8份、维生素C 2-5份、柠檬酸钠1-5份、植物提取液65-80份,所述的植物提取液按重量份计由丁香8-18份、厚朴10-20份、香蒿8-15份和金银花5-12份制备而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保鲜剂,其特征在于由以下重量份原料制成:硼砂25份、聚乙烯醇3份、植酸5.5份、维生素C 3.5份、柠檬酸钠3份、植物提取液72.5份,所述的植物提取液按重量份计由丁香13份、厚朴15份、香蒿11.5份和金银花8.5份制备而成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的保鲜剂,其特征在于所述的植物提取液的制备方法为:按重量份称取丁香、厚朴、香蒿和金银花,粉碎,过100-200目筛,再加入200-300重量份水,浸泡30分钟后加热煎煮40分钟,过滤,滤渣再加入100-200重量份水,加热煎煮30分钟,过滤,合并两次滤液,即可。
