Abstract
本发明涉及染色技术领域,尤其是一种丝光布染色方法,前处理:将丝光布、水加入染缸中,同时加入除油剂、螯合剂、精炼酶、双氧水,然后升温至98℃,保温60min,以1℃/min的速度降温至80℃,然后进行过酸除氧处理;染色:将温度升温至40℃,加入助剂、保温15min,再加入染料保温30min,加入1/6的元明粉保温20min,再加入1/3的元明粉保温20min,加入1/2的元明粉保温20min,然后以1℃/min的速度升温至60℃,保温20min,将温度降至50℃,加入1/6的纯碱保温20min,再加入1/3的纯碱保温20min,加入1/2的纯碱保温15min,再升温至60℃,保温60min,最后出缸。本发明所得到的一种丝光布染色方法,能有效的提高丝光布的染色色牢度,且不易产生色花。

技术领域
本发明涉及染色技术领域,尤其是一种丝光布染色方法。
背景技术
现有的丝光布染色过程中容易出现色花。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种工序简单,不易产生色花的丝光布染色方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所设计的一种丝光布染色方法,前处理:将丝光布、水加入染缸中,同时加入除油剂、螯合剂、精炼酶、双氧水,然后升温至98℃,保温60min,以1℃/min的速度降温至80℃,然后进行过酸除氧处理;染色:将温度升温至40℃,加入助剂、保温15min,再加入染料保温30min,加入1/6的元明粉保温20min,再加入1/3的元明粉保温20min,加入1/2的元明粉保温20min,然后以1℃/min的速度升温至60℃,保温20min,将温度降至50℃,加入1/6的纯碱保温20min,再加入1/3的纯碱保温20min,加入1/2的纯碱保温15min,再升温至60℃,保温60min,最后出缸。其中染料、助剂的类型及用量均为本领域技术人员的常规知识。
前处理中除油剂相对于水的用量为2g/L,螯合剂相对于水的用量为1g/L,精练酶相对于水的用量为1.5g/L,双氧水相对于水的用量为6g/L。
本发明所得到的一种丝光布染色方法,能有效的提高丝光布的染色色牢度,且不易产生色花。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例1:
本实施例描述的一种丝光布染色方法,前处理:将丝光布、水加入染缸中,同时加入除油剂、螯合剂、精炼酶、双氧水,然后升温至98℃,保温60min,以1℃/min的速度降温至80℃,然后进行过酸除氧处理;染色:将温度升温至40℃,加入助剂、保温15min,再加入染料保温30min,加入1/6的元明粉保温20min,再加入1/3的元明粉保温20min,加入1/2的元明粉保温20min,然后以1℃/min的速度升温至60℃,保温20min,将温度降至50℃,加入1/6的纯碱保温20min,再加入1/3的纯碱保温20min,加入1/2的纯碱保温15min,再升温至60℃,保温60min,最后出缸。其中染料、助剂的类型及用量均为本领域技术人员的常规知识。
前处理中除油剂相对于水的用量为2g/L,螯合剂相对于水的用量为1g/L,精练酶相对于水的用量为1.5g/L,双氧水相对于水的用量为6g/L。

1.一种丝光布染色方法,其特征是:前处理:将丝光布、水加入染缸中,同时加入除油剂、螯合剂、精炼酶、双氧水,然后升温至98℃,保温60min,以1℃/min的速度降温至80℃,然后进行过酸除氧处理;染色:将温度升温至40℃,加入助剂、保温15min,再加入染料保温30min,加入1/6的元明粉保温20min,再加入1/3的元明粉保温20min,加入1/2的元明粉保温20min,然后以1℃/min的速度升温至60℃,保温20min,将温度降至50℃,加入1/6的纯碱保温20min,再加入1/3的纯碱保温20min,加入1/2的纯碱保温15min,再升温至60℃,保温60min,最后出缸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种丝光布染色方法,其特征是:前处理中除油剂相对于水的用量为2g/L,螯合剂相对于水的用量为1g/L,精练酶相对于水的用量为1.5g/L,双氧水相对于水的用量为6g/L。
