Abstract
本发明涉及纤维染色技术领域,尤其是一种牛奶纤维的黑色染色方法,将牛奶纤维、水加入染缸,升温至40℃后加入助剂,保温10min后再加入染料,保温20min后以0.5℃/min的速度升温至80℃,保温60min,清洗干净,温度降至40℃,加入纯碱,快速升温至98℃,保温10min,清洗干净,温度降至40℃,加入皂洗剂,快速升温至60℃,保温10min,以1℃/min 的速度降温至40℃,加入平滑剂,保温20min,再降温至30℃,出缸即可。本发明所得到的一种牛奶纤维的黑色染色方法,其染色过程中不易产生色花,且色牢度高,可以达到3级。

技术领域
本发明涉及纤维染色技术领域,尤其是一种牛奶纤维的黑色染色方法。
背景技术
现有的染色工艺中,对于牛奶纤维的黑色染色,容易产生色花,且色牢度低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种工序简单,能有效避免色花产生的牛奶纤维的黑色染色方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所设计的一种牛奶纤维的黑色染色方法,将牛奶纤维、水加入染缸,升温至40℃后加入助剂,保温10min后再加入染料,保温20min后以0.5℃/min的速度升温至80℃,保温60min,清洗干净,温度降至40℃,加入纯碱,快速升温至98℃,保温10min,清洗干净,温度降至40℃,加入皂洗剂,快速升温至60℃,保温10min,以1℃/min 的速度降温至40℃,加入平滑剂,保温20min,再降温至30℃,出缸即可。其中所使用的染料、助剂的配方及用量均为本领域技术人员的常规知识。
本发明所得到的一种牛奶纤维的黑色染色方法,其染色过程中不易产生色花,且色牢度高,可以达到3级。

下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例1:
本实施例描述的一种牛奶纤维的黑色染色方法,将牛奶纤维、水加入染缸,升温至40℃后加入助剂,保温10min后再加入染料,保温20min后以0.5℃/min的速度升温至80℃,保温60min,清洗干净,温度降至40℃,加入纯碱,快速升温至98℃,保温10min,清洗干净,温度降至40℃,加入皂洗剂,快速升温至60℃,保温10min,以1℃/min 的速度降温至40℃,加入平滑剂,保温20min,再降温至30℃,出缸即可。

1.一种牛奶纤维的黑色染色方法,其特征是:将牛奶纤维、水加入染缸,升温至40℃后加入助剂,保温10min后再加入染料,保温20min后以0.5℃/min的速度升温至80℃,保温60min,清洗干净,温度降至40℃,加入纯碱,快速升温至98℃,保温10min,清洗干净,温度降至40℃,加入皂洗剂,快速升温至60℃,保温10min,以1℃/min 的速度降温至40℃,加入平滑剂,保温20min,再降温至30℃,出缸即可。
