本发明涉及纤维染色技术领域,尤其是一种聚四氟乙烯纤维的墨绿色染色方法,将聚四氟乙烯纤维、水放入染缸内,升温至30℃,加入助剂,保温10min后再加入染料,保温10min,快速升温至120℃,保温20min,洗净,温度降低至30℃,加入元明粉,以1℃/min的速度升温至80℃,保温40min,洗净降温至30℃,加入皂洗剂,以0.5℃/min的速度升温至60℃,保温10min,再降温至40℃,加入平滑剂,保温20min,降温至30℃,出缸。本发明所得到的一种聚四氟乙烯纤维的墨绿色染色方法,其染色过程中不易产生色花,且色牢度高,可以达到3级。

本发明涉及纤维染色技术领域,尤其是一种聚四氟乙烯纤维的墨绿色染色方法。
背景技术
现有的染色工艺中,对于聚四氟乙烯纤维的墨绿色染色,容易产生色花,且色牢度低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种工序简单,能有效避免色花产生的聚四氟乙烯纤维的墨绿色染色方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所设计的一种聚四氟乙烯纤维的墨绿色染色方法,将聚四氟乙烯纤维、水放入染缸内,升温至30℃,加入助剂,保温10min后再加入染料,保温10min,快速升温至120℃,保温20min,洗净,温度降低至30℃,加入元明粉,以1℃/min的速度升温至80℃,保温40min,洗净降温至30℃,加入皂洗剂,以0.5℃/min的速度升温至60℃,保温10min,再降温至40℃,加入平滑剂,保温20min,降温至30℃,出缸。其中所使用的染料、助剂的配方及用量均为本领域技术人员的常规知识。
本发明所得到的一种聚四氟乙烯纤维的墨绿色染色方法,其染色过程中不易产生色花,且色牢度高,可以达到3级。

下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例1:
本实施例描述的一种聚四氟乙烯纤维的墨绿色染色方法,将聚四氟乙烯纤维、水放入染缸内,升温至30℃,加入助剂,保温10min后再加入染料,保温10min,快速升温至120℃,保温20min,洗净,温度降低至30℃,加入元明粉,以1℃/min的速度升温至80℃,保温40min,洗净降温至30℃,加入皂洗剂,以0.5℃/min的速度升温至60℃,保温10min,再降温至40℃,加入平滑剂,保温20min,降温至30℃,出缸。
