本发明涉及纤维染色技术领域，尤其是一种莫代尔涤纶混纺纤维的紫色染色方法，将混纺纤维、水加入染缸，升温至40℃，加入助剂，保温10min后再加入染料，保温10min，然后以1℃/min的速度升温至60℃，保温30min，然后清洗干净，温度降至30℃，加入纯碱，快速升温至98℃，保温40min，清洗干净，降温至40℃，加入皂洗剂，快速升温至60℃，保温20min，清洗干净，温度降至40℃，加入平滑剂，保温20min，即可出缸。本发明所得到的一种莫代尔涤纶混纺纤维的紫色染色方法，其染色过程中不易产生色花，且色牢度高，可以达到3级。

技术领域
本发明涉及纤维染色技术领域，尤其是一种莫代尔涤纶混纺纤维的紫色染色方法。
背景技术
现有的染色工艺中，对于莫代尔涤纶混纺纤维的紫色染色，容易产生色花，且色牢度低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种工序简单，能有效避免色花产生的莫代尔涤纶混纺纤维的紫色染色方法。
为了达到上述目的，本发明所设计的一种莫代尔涤纶混纺纤维的紫色染色方法，将混纺纤维、水加入染缸，升温至40℃，加入助剂，保温10min后再加入染料，保温10min，然后以1℃/min的速度升温至60℃，保温30min，然后清洗干净，温度降至30℃，加入纯碱，快速升温至98℃，保温40min，清洗干净，降温至40℃，加入皂洗剂，快速升温至60℃，保温20min，清洗干净，温度降至40℃，加入平滑剂，保温20min，即可出缸。其中所使用的染料、助剂的配方及用量均为本领域技术人员的常规知识。
本发明所得到的一种莫代尔涤纶混纺纤维的紫色染色方法，其染色过程中不易产生色花，且色牢度高，可以达到3级。

下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例1：
本实施例描述的一种莫代尔涤纶混纺纤维的紫色染色方法，将混纺纤维、水加入染缸，升温至40℃，加入助剂，保温10min后再加入染料，保温10min，然后以1℃/min的速度升温至60℃，保温30min，然后清洗干净，温度降至30℃，加入纯碱，快速升温至98℃，保温40min，清洗干净，降温至40℃，加入皂洗剂，快速升温至60℃，保温20min，清洗干净，温度降至40℃，加入平滑剂，保温20min，即可出缸。
