本发明涉及纤维染色技术领域,尤其是一种莫代尔涤纶混纺纤维的紫色染色方法,将混纺纤维、水加入染缸,升温至40℃,加入助剂,保温10min后再加入染料,保温10min,然后以1℃/min的速度升温至60℃,保温30min,然后清洗干净,温度降至30℃,加入纯碱,快速升温至98℃,保温40min,清洗干净,降温至40℃,加入皂洗剂,快速升温至60℃,保温20min,清洗干净,温度降至40℃,加入平滑剂,保温20min,即可出缸。本发明所得到的一种莫代尔涤纶混纺纤维的紫色染色方法,其染色过程中不易产生色花,且色牢度高,可以达到3级。

技术领域
本发明涉及纤维染色技术领域,尤其是一种莫代尔涤纶混纺纤维的紫色染色方法。
背景技术
现有的染色工艺中,对于莫代尔涤纶混纺纤维的紫色染色,容易产生色花,且色牢度低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种工序简单,能有效避免色花产生的莫代尔涤纶混纺纤维的紫色染色方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所设计的一种莫代尔涤纶混纺纤维的紫色染色方法,将混纺纤维、水加入染缸,升温至40℃,加入助剂,保温10min后再加入染料,保温10min,然后以1℃/min的速度升温至60℃,保温30min,然后清洗干净,温度降至30℃,加入纯碱,快速升温至98℃,保温40min,清洗干净,降温至40℃,加入皂洗剂,快速升温至60℃,保温20min,清洗干净,温度降至40℃,加入平滑剂,保温20min,即可出缸。其中所使用的染料、助剂的配方及用量均为本领域技术人员的常规知识。
本发明所得到的一种莫代尔涤纶混纺纤维的紫色染色方法,其染色过程中不易产生色花,且色牢度高,可以达到3级。

实施例1:
本实施例描述的一种莫代尔涤纶混纺纤维的紫色染色方法,将混纺纤维、水加入染缸,升温至40℃,加入助剂,保温10min后再加入染料,保温10min,然后以1℃/min的速度升温至60℃,保温30min,然后清洗干净,温度降至30℃,加入纯碱,快速升温至98℃,保温40min,清洗干净,降温至40℃,加入皂洗剂,快速升温至60℃,保温20min,清洗干净,温度降至40℃,加入平滑剂,保温20min,即可出缸。
