本发明涉及染色技术领域，尤其是一种纱线的翠绿色染色方法，前处理：将纱线、水加入染缸，加入除油剂、渗透剂、精练酶、双氧水，升温至98℃，保温60min，然后降温至80℃，洗水过酸，除氧染色；染色：升温至40℃，加入助剂、元明粉，保温10min，再加入染料，保温15min后以1℃/min的速度升温至90℃，保温20min，降温至60℃，加入1/6的纯碱，保温20min，加入1/3的纯碱，保温20min，再加入1/2的纯碱，保温20min，最后出缸。本发明所得到的一种纱线的翠绿色染色方法，能有效的避免色花、色块、色渍的产生，而且色牢度高。

纱线的翠绿色染色方法
技术领域
本发明涉及染色技术领域，尤其是一种纱线的翠绿色染色方法。
背景技术
由于翠兰染料属于大分子结构染料，所以在纱线的翠绿色染色过程中容易出现色块、色渍等情况，染色质量差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种工序简单，能有效的避免色块、色渍产生的纱线的翠绿色染色方法。
为了达到上述目的，本发明所设计的一种纱线的翠绿色染色方法，前处理：将纱线、水加入染缸，加入除油剂、渗透剂、精练酶、双氧水，升温至98℃，保温60min，然后降温至80℃，洗水过酸，除氧染色；染色：升温至40℃，加入助剂、元明粉，保温10min，再加入染料，保温15min后以1℃/min的速度升温至90℃，保温20min，降温至60℃，加入1/6的纯碱，保温20min，加入1/3的纯碱，保温20min，再加入1/2的纯碱，保温20min，最后出缸。其中各种助剂、染料的配方及用量为本领域技术人员的常规知识。
前处理中除油剂相对于水的用量为1g/L,渗透剂相对于水的用量为1g/L，精练酶相对于水的用量为2g/L，双氧水相对于水的用量为8g/L。
本发明所得到的一种纱线的翠绿色染色方法，能有效的避免色花、色块、色渍的产生，而且色牢度高。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例1：
本实施例描述的一种纱线的翠绿色染色方法，前处理：将纱线、水加入染缸，加入除油剂、渗透剂、精练酶、双氧水，升温至98℃，保温60min，然后降温至80℃，洗水过酸，除氧染色；染色：升温至40℃，加入助剂、元明粉，保温10min，再加入染料，保温15min后以1℃/min的速度升温至90℃，保温20min，降温至60℃，加入1/6的纯碱，保温20min，加入1/3的纯碱，保温20min，再加入1/2的纯碱，保温20min，最后出缸。

1.一种纱线的翠绿色染色方法，其特征是：前处理：将纱线、水加入染缸，加入除油剂、渗透剂、精练酶、双氧水，升温至98℃，保温60min，然后降温至80℃，洗水过酸，除氧染色；染色：升温至40℃，加入助剂、元明粉，保温10min，再加入染料，保温15min后以1℃/min的速度升温至90℃，保温20min，降温至60℃，加入1/6的纯碱，保温20min，加入1/3的纯碱，保温20min，再加入1/2的纯碱，保温20min，最后出缸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纱线的翠绿色染色方法，其特征是：前处理中除油剂相对于水的用量为1g/L,渗透剂相对于水的用量为1g/L，精练酶相对于水的用量为2g/L，双氧水相对于水的用量为8g/L。
